Good soup, decent pizza, they cut corners There's a host of pizza places I have yet to try, and this is one of them. Came in on a dreary Sunday sand gave them a shot. Server was nice, was professional and honest with all my questions. I ordered the small house special and their soup of the day - a chicken noodle made from scratch. Food came after a short delay. Took pics and dug in. The soup was good, the broth was seasoned and had lots of chicken. The chicken was very overcooked, it was very clear that the soup was made that morning and was super heated the entire day. Veggies were pure mush and the noodles were oddly al dente Pizza was next, and the best part was the sausage. Not Italian, but meaty, fresh, and plentiful. The crust was crisp on the bottom but soft on the inside. Fully cooked and akin to a Chicago style pizza crispness when fresh out the oven. The sauce is a lightly seasoned hunts tomato puree, and the cheese was very light and had no flavor. Meaning the pizza had to rely on the toppings for flavor, and the toppings had little to offer beyond texture. I transported the pizza back home after eating a few slices. As soon as the pizza had a chance to cool the crust became very soft. A shame, cause I really liked the crisp. Guessing the pizza steamed a little bit in the box. They know how to make good food, but they do cut corners with their prep and it translates into their final product. It's like your standard family pizza restaurant, it's okay but nothing special.

This is one of my favorite pizza places in town. It's very close to my house, thankfully. I love their pizza! Oh, yes the frequent takeouts for home! Delicious House Special pizza. Yum!!! Also, this restaurant deserves a lot of awesomeness in service. I frequently go there for takeout (once in a little while). It's the best!

It is a nice place if you want to actually sit and talk without a lot of noise or crowds. Great for a date or a relaxed evening where conversation is part of the point. It's priced higher than some other options around, so probably more of a special occasion spot than somewhere I would go regularly. That said, when I want a good meal with good service in a calmer setting, I would come back.

It's much bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside. At 5:30, we were the first ones seated on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, and it was good we had a reservation because the tables filled up quickly. Before we even noticed that the room was a bit chilly, someone brought over a space heater to make sure we were comfortable. My mother uses a rollator, and we were pleased that there was plenty of space to park it in a corner near our table. Staff were super helpful in getting her situated. Our server, Nicole, was friendly and attentive, as were all the other staff. We asked if they could do a non-alcoholic cocktail and she said sure, do you prefer something sweet or something gingery? We said gingery, definitely not sweet. With just those instructions the bartender sent over virgin Moscow Mules with ginger beer and fresh lime in copper cups -- delicious! We started with house salads which were fresh and nicely dressed with vinaigrette. Then we had the braised beef & truffle pappardelle, roasted cod, vegetable & mushroom risotto, and the homemade ravioli du jour, which was stuffed with mushrooms, swiss cheese and leeks. The person who ordered the ravioli is a vegetarian, so the chef came out to tell him the sauce had a beef stock base and suggest other options. He went with a truffle sauce. As she was delivering our salads and main courses, Nicole asked if anyone would like freshly ground pepper or grated cheese -- a nice touch that a lot of restaurants don't do these days. We were all delighted our food. For dessert, we shared the ricotta donuts and the cannoli. The donuts came out piping hot, coated in cinnamon & sugar, with a yummy caramel sauce on the side. The cannoli with orange zest, chocolate and pistachios was also marvelous. All in all, it was a perfect evening. Superb food and service, great atmosphere, and attention to our group's special needs. I'd like to make this a family tradition every year.

We also ordered the mozzarella sticks which I loved the cheese pull was perfection and nice crunch on the outside , highly recommend as well . For my entre I got the NY strip . Busy place for a Wednesday evening. Our server, Autumn, was efficient, pleasant, and attentive. My friend and I split rollatinis, which were very good. She also had the veal parm (her go-to meal at TT). I went for Grandma Lena's Sunday Sauce. Don't tell my doctor, but we also had four Aperol Spritzes. My first time; very refreshing. Rolls arrived w a saucer of EVOO mixed w spices. Her VP covered the plate...a very generous portion. Side of penne. My dish reminded me of my sister's best friend, Honey's Sunday sauce. A smorgasbord of different meats and other ingredients slow-cooked all afternoon. There was sausage, braised short ribs, a meatball, etc over spaghetti in a marinara sauce w a dollop of ricotta on top. Both of us took leftovers home. A couple of other things to mention. On Wednesday evening, TT features live music. On this day, it was a singer / guitar player. While she was very good, it can get loud, especially if you're seated in close proximity. Also, entrees took a bit longer to arrive. Maybe because of the crowd? Anyway, food was awesome, drinks potent. A relaxing way to spend an evening. 5 stars

They do a coat check and the bar area and sitting nearby is super trendy appearing with couches and well lit social gathering spots right near the front of the restaurant. They also have quieter areas on the side and back where we sat that is more peaceful if you want. The food was very good. A few things were slightly off which is why I dropped this to a 4 rather than a 5. The ricotta and honey app was solid but the bread was a bit too charred and the bang for buck on the order was a bit low for what you get. Conversely, the special zucchini flower with zucchini spaghetti was out of this world good. It was sad that you only get 1 flower in the order as it is not really able to be shared, but it is worth the taste if they have it on the menu the night you go. The main dishes were very good. The pasta tasted fresh as if homemade though both the penne and lasagne sheets were a tad thick for our tastes. However the taste was on point and I have to say that was one of the better lasagne's I've tasted in some time. The flatbread pizza was probably the biggest hit for the table. Good balance of sweet, tart and protein with the peppery arugula giving a nice touch of freshness to the dish. It is big too, plenty enough as a meal for 1 or to share between 2 if getting apps and other things. The nice thing is no issues of greasiness or feeling bloated when we finished and left. The food was filing and very tasty and this is worth a trip back. I do think the wine is a bit on the pricey end compared to many places I've seen around lately. The desert menu looked like it would be a hit for us, but we had no room after our meals. Even the kids enjoyed the food quite a bit though we did have some ala vodka left over at the end.

We went to the front and ordered the butternut squash ravioli in butter sauce and their lobster roll special. Food came out in a reasonable timeframe, we perused the oils and vinegars while we waited. The lobster roll was a flop. Dry lobster on top of lettuce barely warmed on a non toasted hot dog bun. It's a ravioli shop, so I didn't have high expectations, but figured they have worked with lobster before so I had higher hopes The ravioli we got were also a pretty big flop. Raw uncooked pasta in broken butter sauce and no seasoning. The butternut squash filling was puréed to heck and reminded me of frozen butternut squash sides you buy from the grocery store. Not bad, but lacking. The fries and onion rings were good. Bagged but good quality, the highlight of our meal. The staff were friendly, and the space was small but cozy. I highly suspect the faults of the kitchen are mainly due to them not having dine in orders frequently. I would stick with the prepared pastas and make whatever you buy at home.
