We were stressed because another company canceled our order last minute. I called this shop, and thankfully Mike answered -- he was literally about to leave for the day. Mike was incredibly helpful, funny, and most importantly, kind. He really took his time reviewing all the designs I wanted and made sure everything looked right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and his work. What I appreciated the most is that Mike is an honest man, and sadly that's hard to find in businesses nowadays. He has amazing work ethic and truly goes above and beyond for his customers. So y'all, come support Mike's business! You won't regret it. Thank you for everything, Mike! We absolutely loved our BTS concert shirts!

This was especially helpful to me as I am legally blind and don't necessarily present as disabled, and it was really nice to not need to bring this up in order to get the level of service I need. Joe did it automatically. He even reminded me not to forget my glasses as I left and to the lady next to me making copies to be sure not to forget her original in the machine.
