After visited 2 other nearby storage facilities, none of them make me satisfied until I found SoCal Self Storage. I run a small business so I need some storage space. Manager Muriel guided me to see a couple units so I know the size need. Their units are clean and neat. I want to mention they also have security system that other storages do not have. Plus they let you borrow their truck if you are a customer. Their office offer tea and water. Muriel will ask every customer if they want something to drink. Super friendly. Once I am done with my tour I know this is it. Signing contract was super easy with Muriel. On my move-in day, Nick helped me set up and answered me some questions. I had a storage here for about 14 months and really appreciated the customer service and cleanliness. Everything operated smoothly beginning with my move-in and even with my move-out. I was able to schedule my move-in and borrow the track for one day, which was extremely helpful and helped me save an additional cost. This storage business is a must. Muriel, the front desk receptionist was contagiously so sweet and friendly and helped me with all the necessary paperwork for moving into one of their units. During the over a year stay with them, I was always readily able to access my storage unit with ease. The unit was a smaller unit but the perfect size for my things. Also note that there were a few times I was past due for my unit due to the pandemic and being laid off that Muriel forgave my late fees more than once. This was the first time I stored with SoCal Self storage. I had booked my storage unit a few weeks before I needed it (a bit last minute on my part), but Muriel was accommodating to my storage needs and very friendly! She gave me a lock for free, and offered to move me to a unit that was closer to the elevator - after seeing that I was alone and didn't have too much help moving things in and that I was alone. She was flexible and willing to accommodate to what I needed to make moving things in more efficient for me. The storage units are cleaned and temperature controlled which is a benefit. The payment and logistics and policies were clearly communicated. Additionally, always sent email reminders of when payment is due. I would definitely will store here again! Of all the storage places I have stored at, my experience with SoCal Self Storage has been the smoothest and its all thanks to Muriel and her team. So what can I say about a storage place I thought to myself. Well let me start with the staff there. Muriel and her team all have the same mindset and personality. Everyone is so nice and they really do take care of you. The phrase "birds of a feather" comes to mind when I think of the staff. The units are clean and tall. Well spaced our and air conditioned. I actually moved out today and I was surprised that I get sad to go. Muriel has taken good care of me and my things for the past ten years. They have everything you need to move. AAA+ Storage facility! Super clean, climate controlled storage units; very secure facility. A manager is on duty at all times when the facility is open. They have a 15-ft box truck they will loan you at no cost when you move into a unit... you only have to pay for gas. Muriel was amazingly accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend!
