She stated that Anthony would come out the very next morning and see all options available. The very next morning, Anthony had completed a thorough and detailed estimate with pictures attached. The pricing was a lot lower than I even imagined, especially after dealing with another AC service provider (which I will never do business with again after the great service and pricing from Anthony and the crew). Was scheduled to have work start by 9/1 but received a call from Anthony advising that his crew would be out a day sooner to help with the heatwave. A new AC unit and furnace were installed along with everything that goes with it. They even did some drywall work! Anthony and the crew at Diamond Air are our go to ac and furnace providers. They stand behind their work and their great customer service makes it easy to do business. Shout out to Howie as well. He came out in February to check something another ac company scared us about. She sent over the terms of our agreement and paperwork via e-signature and explained on what to expect since we were financing. She assured us we were not going to be charged until after the job was officially completed. On installation day, Mike and Andrew arrived and worked hard throughout the entire day. The overall price was fair, including the additional crane cost needed to place the unit on the roof. During the installation, they discovered that one of the parts (sensor) was not working properly. Mike assured us that he would not leave until the AC was functioning--and he kept his word. What stood out most was Mike's patience and kindness. I had a ton of questions about which product to install and the installation process. Edward was very patient and explained everything in detail. He installed the mini split quickly and professionally with zero issue. His pricing was very competitive and fair and he uses top of the line products. The only hiccup would be that I wanted a 115V installed but it ended up being a 230V even after I was assured that it is a 115V. Unfortunately, that meant my electrical panel is completely full and I wouldn't be able to have Edward install another mini split for me. Regardless, the mini split has been working perfectly for an entire year now. No weird sounds, zero issues with cooling or heating and my electric bill went down significantly. I will always recommend Edward to anyone that asks me if I know a trustworthy HVAC person.
