Again, the delivery and pick up was timely and my request to move the layout of the tables was accommodated even after they set up the furniture. The prices are super reasonable compared to other rental companies in the area. I highly recommend Legacy Party Rentals and will be using them again in the future.

It's 930 and I call her and she said she was only delivering the chairs and would double check the invoice about the umbrellas. I sent her a screenshot of the invoice which included the umbrellas. She said she was running behind and we'll get back to me. She never got back to me. I called her multiple times. Texted her multiple times and no response. She is completely unprofessional. I understand there's delays but to ignore your client is unacceptable. I had to call another rental company last minute to get chairs and umbrellas for my occasion. On Call was perfect because the linens were neatly pressed for me so I didn't have to worry about wrinkled table cloths.
