His equipment is clean and in mint condition. (He also provided the exact color tablecloths I requested.) 3. Equipment was delivered and set up ON TIME. I have never had a vendor speak to an assistant or myself so aggressively and alarmingly. We booked Juan's services for several tables and chairs for a corporate event. When trying to contact Juan to confirm the booking and to confirm we could add a table, he was impossible to reach. We paid our deposit via zelle and have bank verification to his number and name. In end, he was so difficult and angry, we just wanted to let him know we wouldn't be using his services and didn't even care we lost our deposit, and he was combative at that. The service JC Margaritas & Party Rentals was absolutely horrible. From scheduling, communication, and the service itself. I reserved the soft serve machine 6 weeks in advance and still they did not deliver the product requested. When the machine was delivered, they gave me vanilla mix and not chocolate. I was told that they had gone to 4 places and nobody had chocolate..which is funny because my sister found a place to buy it within 45 minutes. When asked to have a discount for the poor service & communication, all that was offered to me was $30 when the whole rental cost $365. Very very poor business edict. I needed a last minute cotton candy machine when another company cancelled. Unfortunately almost everywhere was closed as it was a Sunday. When I explained what happened, the company bought the machine to me. They picked it up the next day also. They also beat their competitors price by 40 dollars.
