1. I appreciated Juan's clear communication and timely follow-up/through from the initial inquiry, to finalization of details, to event setup / breakdown, to final payment. 2. His equipment is clean and in mint condition. (He also provided the exact color tablecloths I requested.) 3. Equipment was delivered and set up ON TIME. He and his crew also returned to break down and pick up on time (much to the disappointment of my guests who were sad the party had to come to an end! lol) Note: I found JC Party Rentals bc many of the other major equipment rental companies do not work on weekends and will charge an arm and a leg for same-day delivery & pickup! His same-day fee was more reasonable. Highly recommend this company! read more

Great service! We rented a Marg machine & it was a huge hit (esp with me who was the pre party taste tester ) I didn't care for the neon color of the margaritas but they clearly tasted pretty good. read more

I have never had a vendor speak to an assistant or myself so aggressively and alarmingly. We booked Juan's services for several tables and chairs for a corporate event. When trying to contact Juan to confirm the booking and to confirm we could add a table, he was impossible to reach. We paid our deposit via zelle and have bank verification to his number and name. In end, he was so difficult and angry, we just wanted to let him know we wouldn't be using his services and didn't even care we lost our deposit, and he was combative at that. I highly suggest not using this company for anything set up/rental related. read more

Be careful. This place's website is a bait and switch. Website says $250 but it's $285. Website says free delivery and setup in OC but charges $40 extra for Fullerton. Website says includes cups and salt, but nope! I highly recommend looking elsewhere. read more

I had a big party for my girlfriend's birthday. she referred me to JC margaritas and party rental. I originally intended on just getting some tables and chairs and noticed they did photo booth as well. Not only were they polite and on time with the pick up and drop off of the tables and chairs but the photo booth was a HUGE hit. The party was a very memorable night and the goofy photo strips For everyone to remember fun the occasion is a fantastic way to keep the memory alive amongst our friends and family. I'm goin be laughing at all the photos on a USB card I received with all the pictures for years. I want to thank Juan personally for being a big part of an extremely successful and festive party. Awesome = awesomer! Great service and communication before dropping off and picking up. The mixes they provide are sooooo good. Machine was so basic that You could probably teach a monkey to use it within 2 seconds. Thx a ton J read more

The service provided was great, we used them for a wedding back in 2019 in Temecula. This was a bit out of their service range but they worked with me and stepped up after we got screwed over by Mr. Margarita at the last min. read more

The service JC Margaritas & Party Rentals was absolutely horrible. From scheduling, communication, and the service itself. I reserved the soft serve machine 6 weeks in advance and still they did not deliver the product requested. When the machine was delivered, they gave me vanilla mix and not chocolate. I was told that they had gone to 4 places and nobody had chocolate..which is funny because my sister found a place to buy it within 45 minutes. When asked to have a discount for the poor service & communication, all that was offered to me was $30 when the whole rental cost $365. Very very poor business edict. I will never use them again. read more

I needed a last minute cotton candy machine when another company cancelled. Unfortunately almost everywhere was closed as it was a Sunday. The cotton candy was the biggest hit at our cubscout banquet. I will definitely use them for all my needs in the future. read more

We had a great experience with Juan @ JC Margaritas. He was easy to contact and very flexible to work with. He came by and delivered the Margarita machine and set it up while everyone was at the event at a different location. We ended up using one side for margaritas and the other for Pina Coladas. The machine did a great job and was a big hit. Definitely recommend using JC Margaritas and we will use them again for next party. read more

Showed up with just the margarita machines only. Yet the ad on Craigslist includes the following: Rental includes: - 1 MARGARITA MACHINE (2 Bowls -- makes about 170 glasses of 8oz) - 1 HEAVY DUTY CART - 2 FREE MIXES OF YOUR CHOICE (Lime, Strawberry or Piña Colada) - 100 CUPS AND STRAWS - SALT RIMMER (only with the lime mix) - MIXING CONTAINER - HEAVY DUTY EXTENSION CORD - FREE DELIVERY AND SETUP - FREE PICK-UP AND CLEANING - EASY INSTRUCTIONS Our bartender had to leave to get more cups. We were supposed to receive the salt since we got the lime mix. Juan doesn't do contracts it's all done by text. I would suggest he should do a contract to cover himself and that way everything is in writing and no one is disappointed. read more
