Chef Dani is absolutely amazing. She has catered for my wedding, my mom-in-laws Celebration of Life, and we have also gotten individual orders from her when she offers them (such as her Thanksgiving Pie selection - omg. Apple pie was so good, BUT THE BANANA CREAM was such a hit). She has an eye for detail and elegance, with wonderful variety on her top notch, famous honeycomb charcuterie boards. For my wedding, I gave her an idea and a budget, she came back with wonderful and creative options (also accommodating my vegan family) so I increased the budget because it all sounded so amazing!! Her food is amazing, but Dani herself is absolutely fabulous. She is so kind and loving, and professional - and you feel that with everything. read more

We ordered Chef Dani's Pot Pie meal from her weekly menu. It was insanely delightful. The portions were sizable. Excellent value. We ordered two but ended up sharing one portion. Here's the scoop: The pot pie was delicious, the crust was pure perfection and, the rue and vegetables were incredibly tasty. The salad was perfectly crispy and, again, enough for two portions. Sadly, I started writing about the Whiskey Pecan Bread Pudding but immediately experienced a foodgasm causing me to not be able to focus on my typing. Holy-moly, the bread pudding was divine! Mildly sweet and not over-sugared, the whiskey sauce with bits of pecan, was a perfect complement. We microwaved it for 10 seconds (I know, I know, sacrilegious), then added a scoop of Haagen-Dazs (only the best and pure ingredients, as if the dessert wasn't good enough on its own), the rest I can't remember because it went down so fast. Overall, five stars for: Value Taste Portion size Service with a smile and love Thank you Chef Dani! We look forward to supporting you again and referring others to your fantastic service. read more

I was looking for a caterer for my son's graduation reception and found Chef Dani online. I booked her for paella and a grazing table based on the reviews and pictures on her Instagram page. I kept my fingers crossed that I made the right choice since I had no idea how the food was going to taste. The day of the event arrived and I was so happy! I know one might think that a charcuterrie table can be basic but Chef Dani's choice of meats and cheeses were phenomenal! The paella took a while to cook but it was worth the wait! All my guests were impressed. The servers were very attentive and very efficient! I will definitely book her again and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caterer! read more

Special thank you to Dani! Nails it once again. Not only is the food fabulous yet she is fabulous. I have had her cater work destination themed events and the menu's she creates are incredible. We just had an open house event at our office and the staff couldn't stop raving about how AMAZING the food was not to mention the signature drink she put together, creative and so yummy!. Chef Dani is heaven sent! Let her do the cooking, so you can enjoy your guests. You'll have nothing to worry about and will totally impress your guests. I've used her and her team twice in the past couple of years. Once for a summer backyard BBQ and a couple of days ago for a Friendsgiving at my house. Both times the quality and taste of her cooking has been mouthwateringly delicious. I'm a foodie with a discerning palate. You can taste the high quality ingredients in her cooking. You can see the care and pride she takes in her cooking, in her presentation. You can also sense her love of what she does, immediately upon meeting her. It's been such a pleasure working with her and all my guests are always complementing her food. I would highly recommend her for any catering job you have, big or small. I will most definitely be using her again and again! You won't be disappointed. Thank you Chef Dani and team. read more

I have been to several parties catered by the Amazing Dani, and she has never disappointed. From setup to cleanup her whole operation is impeccable. First off her food is amazing! Most prepared food tastes packaged or bland, but Dani's dishes are just as warm and tasty as her spirit is. In my own humble opinion, one of her best dishes is her lamb chops. They are seriously to die for. She serves them medium rare and includes a sweet bbq sauce for dipping. I can eat at least ten...and counting For dinner she knows how to please a crowd with a beautiful tri-tip that is perfectly medium rare. This tough 'n sweet blondie also makes a delicious broccolini. Tender and garlicky, it's the perfect summer side. If I haven't convinced you yet that you need Dani's food in your life, then just take a leap of faith and just try it (though I assure you there's no leap to take). Her professionalism is inspiring. The way she's able to direct guests while cooking ten things at once is a feat in its own and she does it so effortlessly - doesn't even break a sweat! So if you want some awesome home cooked food and a wonderful party, THIS IS YOUR GO TO GIRL! read more

Chef Dani catered my event the other weekend and, not to be redundant, but it the whole experience finally culminating with the food truly was fabulous. Chef Dani is extremely accommodating and helpful, fun to work with and innovative with the food and design ideas, and even managed to blow away my expectations on the actual output. Both the presentation on the food was gorgeous and the food itself was phenomenal. Plus, Chef Dani worked with me up front and was so cooperative to create the exact menu that I wanted. Also, she and her staff were very professional the day of the event and kept everyone happy and wanting more food. read more

Chef Dani helped me pull off a very memorable small family gathering to celebrate my father's 80th birthday. She helped me plan a wonderful menu. The food was perfectly prepared and the presentation was flawless. Her assistant Katy was so organized and provided excellent service. The guests were all raving about the food, including my picky mother, who had nothing but wonderful compliments for All Things Fabulous catering. Thank you Chef Dani & Katy! Let me just say DANI is AMAZING! We used All Things Fabulous Catering for our wedding cocktail hour appetizers! Dani went above and beyond to make everything exactly how envisioned it and she absolutely KILLED IT! Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious and beautifully plated and presented all her appetizers were! We had a variety of appetizers from vegetable spring rolls and spicy teriyaki meatballs to a Korean style pulled pork bahn mi and thai chicken satay's with an amazing chimichurri! (OMG her chimichurri is TO DIE FOR!). I would highly recommend Dani and her team for any event you may need catering for! Dani catered my wedding on October 23, 2019. One of the more important things for my husband and I was delicious food for our family and friends (second being good booze, lol!). I was starting to lose hope of finding a caterer I could actually afford that didn't just taste average (I love restaurant food but I think we all hope for magical on our wedding day) and then Dani reached out to me on a wedding group I was a part of. I mentioned my budget and she put together a menu for me, then we scheduled a tasting. Oh. My. GOD was everything delicious! It was everything I had hoped for and more! Day of the wedding everything tasted and looked amazing, exactly as it had at the tasting. She is so sweet and willing to help, and I'm not kidding her food is beyond unbelievably good! When I talk about the wedding with guests who attended, first thing they comment on after the general "You were so pretty that day" niceties? It's always "The food you had was so freaking good, never been to a wedding with food like that before". YEEES! SUCCESS!! read more

This is a review that is long overdue. Chef Dani catered our 50-person wedding at a private residence in San Clemente at the end of September, and I can't tell you how amazing she, her staff, and the food that she prepared was. Chef Dani was easy to talk to and menu planning was fun. She had dozens of choices to choose from and really helped us decide on our final menu, even though making a decision on the food was very difficult with so many yummy choices! She came onsite a few days before our wedding to survey our kitchen and staging areas. Then she made sure we had a plan for where tables were going to be set and reviewed the overall timing of the event. The wedding was outside and we had some bursts of rain on the day, but Chef Dani handled them like a true professional. Everyone raved about the food and the service. Thank you again Chef Dani for making our special day so wonderful! We appreciate it so much and look forward to working with you again. read more

First of all let me start out by saying that the owner Dani is one amazing woman along with her staff. Very few times do you get such a well-rounded catering company from customer service to the most incredible tasting foods. I use her for all my events , from a private holiday dinner with 10 to a grand event serving 400 guests . If want the best , book with Dani ! read more

When I dream of food, I dream of Dani's leg of lamb. The taste is beyond good, it's lamb candy. Chef Dani and her wonderful team catered my wife's 50th Birthday and we were really impressed. Very professional, friendly, accommodating and, of course...excellent food. I'm a novice to party planning at a larger scale, but Dani made it easy for me and took a lot of the pressure off. And rave reviews from even our pickiest guests! Menu had something for everyone and was smartly designed with the warm weather and outdoor venue in mind. Highly recommend. read more

Do yourself a favor and plan your event with Chef Dani! It was literally the easiest part of my whole event, and the most important! The food was amazing, Chef Dani is so easy going, professional, and ALL my guests gushed over the food! Dani and her team are truly brilliant! Dani has helped us with the most special events of our life. She is kind, professional, warm and has become a member of our family. Most recently she catered my birthday dinner with the theme, A Night in Paris. She arrives with a huge smile and hug wishing me a happy birthday. We worked together on the menu but I gave her little direction as she already knew creatively what she wanted to prepare. Our appetizers were incredible but when we got to the beef bourguignon it was truly the best I have ever had. I cannot stop thinking about how delicious our meal was and how lucky we are to know Dani. She is so special in our lives and truly is unbelievably talented. Thank you to Dani and the team!! read more

While working with Dani we felt she was really on her game, accommodating, patient (as working with brides can be challenging) and had worked diligently to lay out a fabulous menu for our wedding reception of 100. Unfortunately, my now husband and I canceled the event so we never had the opportunity enjoy any of the tasty grub we planned for. That said, Dani was great to work with and I will certainly call upon her in the future and recommended her to those in need of catering services! Thanks again, Dani! read more

All things fabulous is the perfect name for this catering company as thats exactly what I got. I hired Dani, the owner, to cater for the grand opening of my Salon. She was very professional and enthusiastic right from the start. She had great food suggestions and even setup a small tasting before I made any final decisions. The day of my event she arrived on time, the food was fabulous and even her staff was professional, friendly and on top of everything. I didn't have to attend to anything but my guest. All throughout the night my guest raved about the food and also of Dani's vivacious personality! The night was a big hit thanks to Dani and her staff!! I will definitely hire her again and I would highly recommend her. read more

Dani is AMAZING! I called All Things Fabulous on a Saturday to see if Dani could do a dinner for some guests and us on Monday. Yes, 2 days later. She made some arrangments with her current schedule and BAM! We were in! We exchanged a few texts about the menu and we were set! Dani showed up on time and went right to work. She even broke away from the kitchen to make us some margaritas with some incredible mix that she brought. Food was amazing! Service was amazing! The entire process was amazing! Thanks, Dani! We'll definitely hire you again soon! read more

OMG YUM!!!! All Things Fabulous' food is truly gourmet! Dani is the best, and you can taste the homemade love in all of her dishes. I have hired her for several different events and have asked her to do a wide range of foods including Hawaiian, Greek, Italian, Mexican and creative American, and she impresses every time. In addition to her amazing food she is prompt and professional always. I will definitely plan to use her for future events! read more

Where do I even start. AMAZING! Dani is incredible and made it so easy to work with. She takes into account every detail and goes above and beyond every expectation. From beginning to end I could not ask for better service. She was always quick to respond to emails, calls, and text. The tasting was incredible! Even my now husband, who is a picky eater, loved everything she made for us. The food was just as amazing at the event as it was at the tasting. We just had a wedding for about 70-75 guest and she killed it! From the beautiful Charcuterie display of fresh fruit, cheese, meats, and crackers to the passed appetizers of chicken verde tacos, crab cakes, and ahi. Perfection! Then to dinner where she was so kind to accommodate serving the tables family style. We started with a summer salad with pears and bread baskets where I asked if we could include a bread similar to the brown bread at cheesecake factory (my favorite bread) and that is exactly what she did. Dinner included asparagus, carrots and roasted corn, salmon that was cooked to perfection and was a big hit, Herb Encrusted Beef Tenderloin again cooked perfectly, and Truffle mashed potatoes YUM! Dessert included mini tiramisu (my favorite!), cheesecake (my husband's favorite!) and beautiful berry, peach, and apple pies. Besides the food, Dani's sister bartended. besides the normal beer, wine, and regular mixers we also had two fresh mixes of cucumber mint and strawberry basil that the guest then could pick what liquor they wanted with. Worked out perfectly. I want to have another event just so I can hire Dani again. Looking forward to next time! I cannot thank you enough. read more

This weekend we had an Hawaiian themed dinner for two dozen people. Dani was fabulous to work with. Not only was the dinner fantastic, but so was the service, attitude, creativity and attentiveness. When we worked together on the menu, Dani came up with excellent recommendations while always having a "can-do" attitude. If I could give Dani a ten star rating I would. I highly recommend using her for your next party. You won't regret it! read more

Dani is an absolute pleasure to work with. I found her online when I was looking for some help with my Labor Day party. Dani was simply spectacular in the planning and execution of our event. The food. Delicious. The presentation. amazing. Don't miss out on the charcuterie platter BTW. Everyone raved! But listen, lots of people can make great food. What Dani did that was special was making it all so easy! This was for my wife's birthday and she shares a birthday with our son - so we had a kid party flow right into this adult family dinner. Dani arrives at the peak of the chaos. Tells me not to sweat it and she comes up with a plan on the fly. Not many could do that!!!! She and her team went above and beyond, left the kitchen spotless (remember there was a 7 year old birthday that preceded them) and just helped me pull off a great night. So fun, so personable! Plus she complimented my baking. Again and again we will call Dani! Thank you thank you! read more

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was with Chef Dani. I read the flawless reviews here and upon reaching out and speaking with her, I booked her to cater a heavy app open house for the night before my sister's memorial. We knew that quite a few people were coming in from out of town, but did not know exactly how many people would drop in. We also were navigating trying to make it feel casual and organic, yet nice and warm. Dani and her team were fantastic. I was very busy leading up to that evening, and not able to give her a tremendous amount of input. She took my input and executed exactly what I had hoped for. We ended up with a huge crowd, and all were well fed and raving about the food and service. Her Charcuterie table was unbelievable--a true masterpiece. And every passed appetizer was excellent. From bartending to service to food prep, service and clean up, she and her team did it all with grace. At the end of the night, some of us were chatting about how yummy the grilled cheese and tomato soup appetizer was. A few people had not tried it, and Dani kindly and cheerfully cooked up one last batch for us, even though she had pretty much cleaned everything up. I will absolutely be using Dani for any event in the future, either large or small. read more
