We used Back Bay Photobooth for our wedding and loved them! They worked with us to make a custom template that suited our wedding. The photo quality was fantastic, and they also made digital photo slideshows with music that our guests enjoyed. Pricing was very reasonable and my only regret is that I forgot to take solo photobooth pictures with just my groom!

Aaron and the team were excellent. They made the entire process simple and stress-free. On the day of the event, they handled everything with the utmost professionalism. We'll definitely be using them again. Thank you!!

Effortlessly and beautifully executed service! First, their Photo Booth rental was competitively priced. Their staff members were excellent. They were easy to communicate with and diligent following up. Our original coordinator was Brennon. He provided templates that were so much fun and coordinated with our invitation. The best part is he created a second photo frame template that was uniquely personalized for our occasion!!! Then, Jayden was our onsite attendant, who was extremely inviting and friendly on the day of the event. He went above and beyond to try to include the entire party in a single photo. We recently used Back Bay Photobooth for our daughter's graduation party and it was the hit of the party! The photo quality is incredible and so flattering and the attendant was so kind and helpful! We had kids from age 2 to grown adults taking pics and everyone was so happy! They got to our house early to set up and it was so smooth and easy and the fact that there was an attendant who stayed the whole time helping our guests with everything was so wonderful! Another bonus was the fact that we could design our own template for the photo strips, my daughter loved choosing the design and color! Can't say enough about how well this went over! I was planning our HS reunion and found this company. Super competitive pricing to start. Staff showed up on time and got everything set. We provided the background for the photos. This was the hit of the party! They printed out photos on the spot and we got texted a link to the photos as well. They have digital booths which print instantly and have a QR code so you can save the pictures digitally. And they have vintage booths which take 2-5 minutes to print and there is no digital copy. Be prepared! Once you pay, it takes your pictures so quick. Each booth also has a slot for you to put your phone to record. The people managing the place were nice. You line up at the door, and they ask which booth you want to go to first. They will guide you to the booth. After that, you can go to whichever line you want. There are sooo many options. Digital booth was $4/session/1 strip only. Vintage was $6/session/1 strip only. I highly recommend this place as a quick and fun activity for those who enjoy photo booths!

Very professional and great service!…read more The owner was prompt at answering all my questions about the size of the bounce house, if we needed a tarp under the jumper, and if it was large enough to house children who are around 8 years old and around 10 of them. He was also not only on time but was early too. The bounce house that I rented had an area that was a ball pit and the owner and his employee were very helpful in figuring out what to do concerning a safety issue. They were very professional and calm concerning my concerns with children possibly getting hurt with how the ball pit section wasn't cushioned. After trying to figure out what to do he even gave me a discount due to my concerns which was very kind. Overall I would rent from them again!

During summertime, you can add the attachment for a pool. The kids can slide right into the pool (or yourself haha). Yelp helped me send out quote requests to several jumper rental businesses and OC Bouncers was the first to respond with details. Extremely responsive, organized, professional, and helpful from beginning to end. Kept me in the loop with all of the steps (delivery, set up, pick up) and made payment as easy as possible. Answered all of my questions. I like their selection and designs for their jumpers as well. The one we got was in great condition and clean. Everything you need to know is on their website. I had a very good feeling about them and I'm so glad I went with them. Will definitely be using OC Bouncers for our next event!

We had the pleasure of having Back Bay Photo Booth at our Claremont Supper Club and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Communication leading up to the event was seamless, responsive, organized, and just easy, which as an event person myself I appreciate so much. Their setup looked incredible and fit the vibe of the evening perfectly. It felt elevated, thoughtful, and added such a fun experience for our guests. The cocktail-themed props were beyond cute and everyone kept talking about them all night. It was one of those details that made people stop, laugh, and instantly want to jump in for photos. Beyond the aesthetics, they created such a fun energy and experience. Guests of all ages were using it throughout the night and it added so much to the atmosphere. **5-Stars!!!** Back Bay Photo was an absolute pleasure to work with for my daughter's wedding! The team (Aaron, Brennon and Ethan were incredibly easy to collaborate with--professional, responsive, communicative, and truly attentive to her every detail. When the venue's complexity required moving the celebration from the cocktail hour to the reception space, they offered solutions without hesitation. Backbay Photobooth was fantastic for our company holiday party! The customer service was excellent from start to finish -- super responsive, professional, and easy to work with. The staff was friendly and engaging, and they made sure everyone was having a great time. The photo quality was amazing, and the setup looked great. Back Bay photobooth is the best bang for your buck there is, with no sacrifice of quality and service! A friend recommended back bay when I was shopping around for my birthday party and I'm so glad they did. The photos were PERFECT, and Aaron & the rest of the squad were an absolute pleasure to work with. They even had an attendant working the photobooth for the entirety of my party.
