We booked 8Bit for our wedding and we are so happy with our experience. Michael was responsive in the planning process and the set up and execution was seemless. We booked the meet and greet photos and also photobooth. Our guests had a great experience with the photobooth and especially loved the props. We were so happy to be able to re-live our wonderful night the very next day since all the photos were immediately available in an online gallery for us to view and download. Michael has been wonderful from start to finish. When I first reached out, Michael was very responsive and transparent with his services . We had originally agreed on some services but I had needed to make some adjustments a few weeks prior to our wedding and he was very flexible. He explained everything, and answered all the questions I had prior to signing the contract. Michael was professional all around. On the day of my wedding he made sure the bride and groom got a chance to use the photo booth. He had some of our wedding party find us to make sure. I really appreciated that. My guest also raved about how awesome the photo booth was and that there were very cool props! After the wedding, I received the digital files fairly quickly and was able to view the fun my guests had with the photo booth! We sure would use his services again even if it wasn't for a wedding! (I actually don't know if he does that but it would be cool) If you're on the fence about a photo booth service, I say you say yes! He did everything so that I didn't not have to worry on the day of the wedding! Set up and break down like a ninja lol. One thing I wish I had chosen were the 4x6 photos. I think they're awesome. You have the option to choose which size photos and which way it prints as well as your own design!
If I could give 100 stars, I absolutely would. We booked this photobooth for a birthday party and it was one of the BEST decisions we made for the event. From the very beginning, Michael was amazing to work with -- super easy to communicate with, responsive, and genuinely listened to everything I wanted. I had specific ideas for the photo layout, and he didn't just accommodate them... he completely exceeded my expectations. The final design was perfect, and the photo quality was outstanding -- crisp, clear, and professional. Another huge plus: their website is incredibly user-friendly. There's a built-in calculator where you can customize your package and instantly see pricing, which made planning so easy and stress-free. Pricing was also very reasonable for the level of service and quality we received. Everything went smoothly, guests loved the photo booth and the fun props they provided, and we ended up with amazing photos. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to book them again and would recommend them to anyone looking for a top-tier photo booth experience.
Book them immediately! Literally of all my vendors, this one is my favorite! My point of contact was Michael and he is an absolute sweetheart! Extremely fast and super responsive whenever I had any questions and this was my biggest thing when it came to vendors because you don't need anymore added stress when wedding planning. And of all the Photo Booths I looked at during the wedding planning process, 8Bit has the best props! Not only that, the quality of the images are so clear that all my guests asked for pictures afterwards because it looked professionally shot. Michael was also the attendant for 8Bit during my wedding and he was so sweet and let us retake the pictures if we weren't satisfied with the ones taken so we can pick and choose which ones to print out! Can't forget to mention the design he came up with to perfectly match my wedding theme, the guests loved the printout so much! Honestly, best vendor experience during my entire wedding experience. I would definitely book him again for future events!!
Looking at all of these pics from my big birthday bash makes my face hurt from smiling so much! 8Bit Photo Booth has the best props in the biz! Thanks to Michael and Johnny from @8bitphotobooth for helping us celebrate my milestone with the funnest set of props we've ever seen!! I used the Yelp Project function to find a photobooth company. 8bit was quick to reply and had great communication thru the app and via email throughout the process. They gave me clear timelines on set up, take down and Johnny manned the machine the whole time helping my guests. I was able to request all of the fun Asian props I wanted. You get to pick the backdrop, the size and orientation of the photo prints and even the look of the camera! Friends are still raving about the props! I highly recommend booking 8bitphotobooth!!
Overdue Review, But Well Deserved! Thank you, Michael! You truly focused on making our company's holiday party picture-perfect and captured all the magic that made the event so special. I'm just getting started on the photography puns! One of my biggest pet peeves is poor communication when searching for vendors, especially around the busy holiday season. I totally understand the rush, but when it's your business, timely responses should always be in focus. That's why I was so impressed with Michael--he was quick to respond to emails and texts, keeping everything in focus from start to finish. Michael designed the most beautiful photo frames for our pictures, each one more frame-tastic than the last. He was so friendly and easy to work with, and you could tell he truly cared about making the event memorable. While his pricing is a little higher, you absolutely get what you pay for. He came with a ton of props, incorporated our logo into the photo frame templates, and arrived right on time for setup. His positive energy was contagious, helping the staff feel at ease and snapping the best memories throughout the party. Michael, thank you so much for making our holiday celebration truly unforgettable!
We used 8bit Photobooth for our wedding reception and it was so fun for the guests! We got the translucent prints and our guests liked how unique it was! The vintage air also added to the aesthetic of the wedding. Michael was very easy to work with and responds very quickly to emails. He helped answer questions and on the day of the event, he was able to unload and set up the photobooth so smoothly! We provided him instructions and the location to set up, but we were so busy we weren't able to take photos until later in the night. Shoutout to Michael for pulling us bride and groom to take a few photos since we were super busy! If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't have used our own photobooth at our wedding!! We got some cute pics now :) The online album was also quickly available after the wedding for guests to view. Definitely recommend for any parties and events!!!

We hired 8Bit Photobooth for our wedding, and they were a huge hit! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND them! Nobody else has props like 8Bit Photobooth, especially if you have a lot of Asian guests! Our guests loved the giant boba, cup of noodles, hot cheetos, rice cooker, and even the signs in Vietnamese phrases like "Ham Choi" and "What the Pho?" - so much fun!! Working with Michael and his team leading up the wedding was great. I appreciate that their website is transparent with all the pricing and options that you can add on, which definitely made it easier to figure out what we wanted! It was also super easy to customize the layout and photobooth print to the design we wanted, and Michael and his team were extremely responsive and professional. On the actual day of the wedding - THANK YOU SO MUCH for finding us before you close down and reminding us to take pictures. We love photobooth pictures and would've been super sad if we forgot. In addition, less than 3 hours after our wedding ended, Michael emailed us with the online gallery of all the photobooth pictures. We loved seeing all the pictures that our guests took and the fun props they chose. And, we loved being able to share the online gallery with our guests so quickly!
I have booked 8Bit Photobooth for my wedding and there are no regrets, whatsoever. I don't think I know anyone as kind and patient as Michael. I'm so grateful for him and excited to work with him on my wedding day! - Had my wedding this past weekend and the photobooth was such a hit! My husband is Vietnamese and I'm Filipino and I absolutely adored the props that Michael prepared. He understood the assignment and did extra credit and really did amazing in blending the cultures together. My guests absolutely loved the props and audio guest book!! The meet and greet photos were wonderful and I'm so glad that 8bit provides that service. It really meant a lot that we set aside time to take photos with each of our guests and are so glad that they were able to take the photos as party favors! Highly, highly recommend you book 8bit for your next event!!!!!
Michael has been nothing but absolutely wonderful. The experience with Michael from the beginning to the end has been nothing but outstanding. Michael has been so responsive with my emails for the last seven months leading up to our wedding. And his responsiveness comes at any time of day! He worked so well with my needs and always gave me feedback when I needed it. Any questions that had came up, Michael always had resolutions. I had ideas of what design I had wanted for our photobooth pictures, and he came up with a mock-up within the day. He's been nothing but great, and was my absolute favorite vendor to work with. 11/10 recommended, and you will not be disappointed. Michael, I'll be seeing you soon for future events!

My wedding was a dream come true, and 8Bit Photobooth played a big part in it. I was so happy we booked them as our photobooth. Michael was my main point of contact and he was so helpful with everything! I created my own designs for the photobooth pictures (using the procreate app on ipad) and they turned out amazing in person along with the backdrop we chose. I loved the fact that they had a lot of Asian-themed props. Since we were having a Vietnamese-Filipino wedding, we wanted fun props that our guests would enjoy and they had definitely delivered! My personal favorite props were the huge boba drinks! But I think the guest's favorite of the night was probably the rice cooker! We opted to also get meet & greet pictures taken at the start of the wedding. This allowed us to capture the moments with our loved ones right when they come into the reception. That way, no one is left out of the memories we created that day! The prints themselves were high quality and serve as great mementos from our wedding. 8bit was one of the first vendors that we booked for our wedding. We were so glad we were referenced to them from our photographer and videographer group. Michael was so easy to work with. He always responded with emails within the same day or even within hours, and he's one of the most reasonable vendors that we worked with. He's incredibly professional you won't regret if you book him. We were able to book him for Photo Booth as well as audiobook. His team was flexible in creating three different translated signs on how to use the audiobook for our special day. Their props are some of the best props I've ever seen. Some photo booth kind of have tacky props, but his were so unique and so fun, we received a lot of great feedback from our wedding guests about how nice our photo booth was. We also booked 8bit for our meet and greet but we were worried how the Photo Booth would take up space in the middle of the hallway. Michael was flexible and came to our venue a few months in advance and set up test shots on how the meet and greet photos would look and how the photo booth would look like in our venue space. I wanted the meet and greet photos in one location and the photo booth in a separate location. He came and tested out photos in both spots and sent me the samples. He did this in his own time, too, and without charging us to flip locations. For that I was incredibly thankful for him going above and beyond. 8bit was also reasonable with my request to see a few templates for the meet and greet as well as the photo booth strip, and they had a lot of designs already made. They are willing to even create a design for you based on what you envision or what your invitations look like. I ended up creating my own template. 8bit was able to incorporate them and they looked beautiful on our wedding day. I could not recommend 8bit enough, please, book 8bit as your vendor for Photo Booth, audiobook, and meet and greet. You won't regret it! Thank you 8bit for being one of the most flexible vendors we've worked with. You made wedding planning such an easy process. read more

We used 8bit Photobooth at our wedding for their photobooth and audio guestbook services. Everything went so smoothly and they had excellent communication throughout the entire process. I appreciate the variety of backdrops you can pick from and my guests and I loved the props that were brought along for our event. Yay for boba and a giant cup of noodles! :) I was very pleased with the audio guestbook! We had so many of our guests saying how cute this is and how fun it was to record a message. We also received the images/voice messages SO fast! We were emailed our gallery either later that night or early next morning. We were very impressed with 8bit Photobooth and would definitely use them again. read more

Highly recommend. If you are looking for a fun photobooth for any event, you came to the right place! 8Bit was very professional and easy to work with. Michael was extremely responsive with all inquiries. He was definitely my most responsive vendor and he is extremely organized and detail oriented. We had a custom design and Michael was super helpful in printing out samples to make sure everything would fit to scale. On the day of our wedding, it was so hectic that we almost forgot to take our own photobooth pictures but we were gently reminded to do so from a staff member which I am so grateful for. Our guests had a blast and I would choose them again if I had another event to plan for. I would definitely refer them to friends and family looking to host any sort of fun party. read more

We worked with Michael on our wedding day, specifically for the photobooth and voicemail recordings that our guests could leave us. Before diving into the details, though, I'd highly recommend going with the voicemail services for your event! We just finished listening through all of them and hearing our guests get progressively more intoxicated throughout the night was so much fun! I'll start with the photobooth - there are two aspects here that I was really happy with. First, the photos printed within seconds, with enough copies for everyone. With weddings, you want to be everywhere at once: the bar, the dance floor, the photobooth, the restroom, and time spent waiting for your photobooth pictures to print can be a little bit of a buzzkill, so having the pictures printed and ready to go before we finish putting the props back was great. Speaking of the props, those were some pretty hilarious props! From hotdog hand gloves to cute boba plushies, Michael sure brought a unique and entertaining list for our guests to enjoy! Second is the voicemail. These days, how many people even know what a traditional landline, corded telephone is? Maybe that's why foot traffic was a little bit lighter to start the evening. This is where Michael came in, when he noticed that guests were overlooking the voicemail messages, he began to walk around pre-wedding (and during cocktail hour) to prompt guests to leave a message! By the end of the night the crowd had found its legs and were all hurrying over to the phone to leave us... unique messages, oftentimes more than once! Like I said before, Michael did a great job helping us capture moments of the wedding from our guests' perspective, and I appreciate having him be a part of the festivities! read more

I love weddings, and I love taking pictures (especially photobooth ones). I'm SO glad my wedding planner recommended Michael & 8Bit Photobooth. This specific one caught my eye due to the unique variety of props, quality of photos, gifs, and extensive reviews. From the initial contact, Michael was VERY responsive with all my questions. He's a very sweet individual who gets to know his clients as well. We couldn't wait to book him, so I reserved our date a year in advance. We had the most amazing vendors, and this was definitely the best choice for capturing our night. Our guests wouldn't stop raving about all the cool props (which you can't get anywhere else). Did I mention he was also able to customize our template to match our wedding invitation? The audio guestbook was also an amazing addition- thank you, Michael! We LOVED working with Michael and 8Bit Photobooth for our wedding! I'm the thick of wedding planning, we forgot about getting a photo booth until 2 weeks out. He was very responsive and we're so happy he was able to fit us into his schedule! He arrived early, brought all his equipment including props, a table and linens, and was extremely friendly - our guests loved the whole experience! Everyone kept raving about how cute and unique the props were. Favorites throughout the night included boba, dumplings, a rice cooker, basically anything Asian food themed! You get print outs of each photo and can choose different layouts. Michael was able to custom design our photo strip based off our invitations so everything looked cohesive. 10/10 would highly recommend working with Michael for all your photo booth needs! read more
