They are a monopoly in this space of reviewing for businesses and starting businesses like this will NOT be able to compete with those who are subscribed to their dozens of paid services. They will also place you down on their search engine because you're not paying Yelp.. That's why Google is a much more accurate place to find honest business reviews in my opinion.
