10/10 experience with Eureka and we will definitely be booking them again for our next big event. The turnaround was unmatched! We got all the pictures back in about 6 hours from when they were taken and that was very appreciated and impressive. We got married this past weekend and they provided an amazing Photo Booth, they were all very kind, and everything was handled as scheduled! Thank you Eureka! read more

They were great communicators and very flexible. Pricing was very competitive! They are very patient and made quality props and themes. I managed to keep the props after the event, they were so cutely done. It took me awhile to get prop photos, but they executed my vision perfectly and were patient with my delays. I wanted a custom passport themed print, and they made it happen. They were very patient with my requests! I also appreciate how they made sure what they made aligned with what I had wanted. The pictures were in a shared drive, they checked with me During the event the staff was friendly and accommodating. She really helped make sure it was smooth! We managed to print multiple copies which was great! My guests loved how the theme came out, and I heard good feedback from my guests. 100/10, definitely booking them again for any future events. read more

Eureka always goes above and beyond! We got our photos and videos from our wedding and they all looked so amazing and fun! We got to customize our photo strip template in a way that we liked and our guests had so much fun with the format and were so creative in the ways they incorporated it in their photos. Also the photo quality is always so good, each one looks like a professional photo with great lighting. The staff is super friendly and is so helpful with getting everyone's photos and even offering pose ideas. A special add-on we had was the best wishes video and it was so sweet to see and hear from our guests having so much fun throughout the night. We really enjoyed everything about the photobooth, and so did our guests! read more

We had such a great experience with this photo booth company at our banquet! Communication leading up to the event was excellent, and they even created a custom template specifically for our event, which made it feel really special. The person running the booth during our banquet, Harry, was amazing. He was incredibly kind, patient, and super helpful with our athletes and their families throughout the entire night. One of the things we loved most was that they printed as many copies as we wanted, which made it easy for everyone to take photos and have keepsakes from the night. After the event, they also sent us a digital photo album with all the pictures, which was such a great bonus. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would 100% use them again for future events. Highly recommend! read more

Nick was very easy to communicate with during the planning process, and super helpful in designing our photo strips. The photobooth images turned out amazing, and will be keepsakes that we and our guests can enjoy forever. We did the "Best Wishes" video instead of a guest book, and would definitely recommend! read more

I recently used Eureka for the Photo Booth at my wedding on May 4th! They were amazing! So patient when I changed my template and unknown number of times lol. They were the preferred vendor for Alta vista country club so I did not do any research or reviews before booking. However, they did not disappoint! I asked them to print two of everything so guest could stick them in our guest book. Some didn't get the memo. I asked for a reprints and they didn't hesitate to say yes. Extremely pleased with their service. read more

This review is LONG over due but playing catch-up on reviews so better late then never! I had my wedding at Alta Vista Country Club and during the booking they had a promotion of two free hours of a photo booth by Eureka. I was more then excited because take home photos are always the best memories! Dalphin and Nick were great correspondents with responding to emails and setting up calls. They have so many add ons it's hard to say NO! Lol we ended up paying $160 extra for the $50 kardashian black and white filter, custom template and pause of photobooth during the two hour slot. **Tip for any future customers that pick the kardashian filter it does not look the best with guests with darker complexions so I recommend choosing a color scheme instead of the black and white. Overall, we had a great experience with Eureka and I loved how we were also given online and fb access to the online prints the same night which was awesome! They also offer some really cute coffee wedding favors which are decently priced! read more

I cannot express how smoothly working with Eureka went and how it brought extra joy to our wedding. Dalphin and Nick are a dream team--great communication, super helpful, and high quality fast printing. We have all the photos already. It's less than 10 hours after they packed up and they send a sweet email with links to all the pictures. I highly recommend them. They are worth it. If I could go back in time.. I would've had splurged to have them there the whole time. Everybody gets a little something special. Our guests are super happy and that made the day even more special. Note: we started this planning process in December 2019. We rescheduled about 4 times. They've never missed a beat. I didn't have any hassles or worries whatsoever with them. Two years later, they really delivered--on time and with epic amounts of class. read more

They were amazing. Setup was quick and efficient, they were quick to communicate and organize with us and best of all, our wedding was so iconic with the added best wishes video. Nick and Daphne were really welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend Eureka over other vendors. They also emailed the whole photo album and best wishes video that same night. We were able to recap everything the next morning. Truly grateful for their service. read more

I can't believe they did my wedding almost 6 years ago and I forgot write a review!!! Sorry guys! Nick and Dalphin were great to work with. Quick communication, very reasonable pricing, we were able to submit frame art of our own. Everything was very easy for me, all I had to do was find them an area with an outlet for their setup and they did everything else. The photo booth itself looked very sleek and modern, and looked nice at our venue. The photo booth operator made sure that we (bride and groom) didn't forget to grab photos of ourselves and the wedding party, which was great with all the wedding schedule and chaos happening that night. We got digital copies of all the photos the very next day or two, and I don't know if they do this anymore but they even made a Facebook album for us to share! The quality of the photos and prints are great! I still have photostrips on my fridge and everything still looks nice and sharp, the colors have not faded at all. I always recommend Eureka Photo Booth to friends looking for a photobooth for their events, so it's about time I actually wrote this review read more

If you are looking for a photo booth for your next function, look no further and BOOK EUREKA! We initially discovered Eureka at a wedding fair back in 2019 and were mesmerized with the high quality prints and the Boo Pomeranian dog props. I was immediately sold as I was one of Boo's biggest fan. After our sample photo printed, we were fascinated by the clarify and high resolution of the photo. Were we photoshopped? Did they use facetune?! Are we airbrushed? How did we look so good?! We had to do a double take in the mirror then immediately booked Eureka for our August 2020 wedding. Like other couples, our wedding was postponed and we weren't sure if we were going to proceed with the wedding due to the numerous variant outbreaks. However, Nick and Dalphin maintained their patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. As we finally secured our new date in 2022, the Eureka team crafted our customized face props. Ensure that you have quality selfies that you can send them. I surprisingly don't have any clear selfies and Eureka had to crop my friend out (Sorry Shirley!). Our guests loved our customized face props and they were used in most of the photos. The customized face props were so realistic that we thought we were actually in the photos! Nice way to mingle with your guests! By the end of the night, everyone was having such a good time in the photo booth, there were strangers and photo bombers taking photos and boomerangs with each other! Eureka sent us the digital album later that night and I have never seen so many smooching pictures from family and friends! There was definitely a lot of love in the air that night! Invest in Eureka Photo Studio as these memories will last forever! ;) read more

They even individualized each photo taken and posted them on their website/Facebook. Something that I personally liked a lot. Overall, I had a great time with them. They knew what to do! I found Eureka at a friend's birthday party and I was blown away by their kindness and how efficient their set up was - like all photo booths should allow for multiple prints because if the photo has more than 2 people in the photo we all need a copy of the print and Eureka makes sure of that :) We were one of the couples who's wedding got postponed by Covid not once, not twice, but THREE times and Dalphin and Nick were so understanding and always quick to respond to our date changes. They were there the entire time which is such a blessing to a stressed out Covid bride like myself. They also made a beautiful personalized template for us and they are so fast - they sent my husband and I the photo booth photos literally an hour after the wedding ended! Eureka Photo Booth goes above and beyond all your expectations and is the perfect touch for any event Dalphin & Nick are such amazing people, and that's at the root of any great company: people who genuinely care and value their work. It's hard to find people like them nowadays. Their skills and experience is unmatched! Nick at Eureka Photo was great! We hired Eureka for our YMCA Adventure Guides Holiday Dance in December. Nick helped walk me thru design options for the backdrop and the design of the photo cards attendees would get, pricing, planning and other details. He even had the GREAT idea to create candy party favors for the 120+ dads and daughters we expected to attend. Nick was super helpful as I juggled other details for the event at the dance venue, the DJ, Disney Princesses, etc. I felt like I didn't have to worry about photos because Nick was on it...then COVID starting surging and suddenly we had to reschedule the event. Nick and the team were understanding, pivoted to our revised date in February and were great about our need to go from a Holiday Dance to a Valentines Dance. We all waited until COVID cases started coming down and when they did (thankfully), Nick was the first partner that I heard from. He was ready to go with ideas to change up the backdrop and photo postcard design to match our Valentines theme. He had already created a new logo for the candy party favors and best of all, confirmed that he had 2 stools for our littlest daughters to stand on so they could take pictures with their dads and sisters without feeling left out. The day of the event, was windy but Nick did a great job of taking the initiative and worked with the Country Club to move from the gazebo to their café area. By the time I arrived, the wind issue was resolved, everything looked great, worked great and based upon the smiles and laughter, and all the silly pictures of dads and their little girls, Eureka Photo hit it out of the park! I highly recommend Eureka Photo and send a big THANK YOU from the CA Wild's 97 dads and daughters that attended our 2021 Valentines Dance. The pictures are priceless and the fact that we can download them to share with others are already creating more smiles and spreading our great memories. Thanks Nick and Eureka Team! Be safe and see you again soon, Chance read more

Eureka did an amazing job at our reception! They came recommended from our venue, Alta Vista Country Club. From the very beginning, Dalphin and Nick were very attentive and worked with us on all the details. John, the attendant the night of, was friendly and great! Though the DJ didn't do a great job of reminding folks about the photo booth, people eventually found their way out to the lobby and loved it. Plus, they were able to print extras for our guests to use in the guest book. It was amazing to be able to get the digitals very quickly after the event and a FB album to share as well. The Eureka team was such a pleasure to work with! We hired them for our wedding and would 100% recommend them to anyone for future events. Nick and Dalphin were super responsive and communicative throughout the entire process and easy to work with when it came to all the adjustments for perfecting our layouts. We were also so happy with the quality of the prints as many online photos make it hard to gauge print/image quality of photo booth providers. The staff managing the booth was also very detail-oriented and consistently ensured that the guests were looking at the right place and getting the best pictures of themselves as possible! We can across Eureka way back in 2019 at the OC Bridal Expo and were thoroughly impressed by the quality of their sample photos. Originally, our wedding was supposed to be in August of 2020 but due to Covid, was push back to March 2022. During the hiatus, Nick and Dalphin regularly checked in with us which we definitely appreciated. Leading up to the wedding, their communication was amazing and they were very patient with us as we were finalizing all the last minute details with the template, backdrop, and our custom headshot props. On the day of, their staff was very friendly and helped guide our guests to paste their photos into our scrapbook. Eureka was a hit with our guests and everyone was raving about the amazing quality of the prints. Eureka Photo Booth came out and helped celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday and they were a HUGE hit! Why have a photo booth at a kid's party? WHY NOT?! I want to say that they enjoyed it MORE than the adults and I have the photos to prove it! I want to say that Dalphin and her staff are AHMAZING. Prior to our event, she communicated all the details about what was needed, what they needed on the day of the event, and of course my own expectations of what I needed/wanted for this event. We didn't have a header for the photo booth photos, so she created a cute header and sent it to me for approval (the first draft was awesome) but before I could accept, she decided it didn't met HER standards and created the cuter one we used for the party. Talk about exceptional service and attention to detail! On the day of our event, John was our attendant and I have to say... for wrangling about 40+ kids and their accompanying owners (haha), he was awesome. He came prepared with two stepping stools for the kids, set up was quick and so was the break down. He let the kids take their time and helped organize the whirlwind chaos of 3-8 year olds. He entertained EVERY single request for photos from what probably seemed like a million children, managed the line, and was professional. They all had a blast taking photos, watching it come out from the magic box and were thrilled they got photographs of them and their friends! (The adults were too!) Make the investment. Hire this team. You not only entertain your guests, but you and your guests get great mementos of your party. Did I mention you can download the digital copies of the photos? Whether it's for a party, a wedding, just because - you won't regret it. read more

Amazing photo booth services. We used Eureka Photo Booth for our daughter's birthday party. They were able to customize the layout to perfection. Exactly what we wanted the design logo and words to look. The staff were super nice and organized. Came early to set up and clean up was easy. All the guests really enjoy have their photos taken. The thing that sticks out, is that the "booth" isn't enclosed so we were limited in the number that would fit in each photos. The nephews and nieces (all 10+) loved being in the same photo. The props are creative and fun. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a photo booth at their event. read more

Dalphin and the Eureka team were very friendly, professional, and diligent in their communication throughout the entire process. E-mails were answered in a timely manner, and even much quicker than expected. We originally met EPS at Brea Bridal Show earlier this year in January, and kept in touch with them ever since for our wedding this past weekend. They definitely provided exceptional quality service. They provided a customized mock-up of the photo strip right away, and everything was set to go for the day of. The photos turned out amazing, and we kept hearing nothing but praise from all our family and friends about them. What touched us the most was they went to grab us from the hectic wedding reception schedule to go to the photobooth to take photos. If they hadn't, I don't think I'd even know when to squeeze in time for it during the night! Thank you so much for everything! We highly recommend them for all your photobooth needs. And they were willing to match what my now wife wanted as the theme for the wedding. Setup for him was super quick that I didn't know he was ready to go before I came. The quality was super clear as if we had a huge professional photo shoot. He gave us the insta 3 shots and also uploaded the very clear, bright, and true colors the very next day. Stumbled onto Eureka photo booth in an OC wedding fair. Unfortunately, due to Covid, our wedding got postponed. Twice, I know. But Dalphin and Nick (Eureka) we're so accommodating and didn't charge extra or up charge anything. Communication was also lightning quick (template designs, frames, props, backdrop, set up, etc). On day of wedding, they set up perfectly without any needed babysitting or directing which is awesome since you know weddings are hectic. They provided photo booth postcard sizes or long strips and can almost add anything you want. They can also do boomerangs! At the end, they also send you a digital copies of all the photos so you can keep them forever! For the second time this year we had Eureka cover our Father Daughter Dance ag a country club. They were total professionals from start to finish. We rented two booths and were happy with both the booths and the guys working them. They checked in with us ahead of time regarding the backdrop design, delivered on schedule, and packed up at the end. They were flexible about where to set up and gracious with our guests during photo time. One downside: we did run out of photo prints at the end of the night because of, they explained, COVID-related paper shortages, but we'd already taken hundreds of prints at that point, so it worked out. Pricing was fair and there were no hidden fees. They even made great party favors: packets of gummy bears. All in all, Eureka is a small business that gives you a great experience. read more
