It was such a pleasure working with Boss Brides. After going back and forth on videography for months and with our wedding 2 months away, I found Boss Brides and had the pleasure of speaking with James. He really made me feel comfortable and made the entire process super easy. So much so we decided to book videography AND the 360 booth! James even worked with us to take into account idle time during dinner service (we were able to have the Photo Booth working during cocktail hour and then restart during the reception). Adriel communicated effectively and efficiently days prior and made sure we were all on the same page regarding start time and end times. I appreciated his suggestions tremendously! Where do we even start?! We came across GC Masterpiece/Boss Brides back in 2019 when we were planning for a summer 2020 wedding. At first we were skeptical because they offered a bundle of services that seemed too good to be true, but when we say they killed it we mean it. As a couple planning a wedding from across the country and with COVID interruptions, we could not be grateful enough for the support and service that the team offered throughout this whole experience! We shopped around and they are one of the only teams offering bundled services and this alone is something that we loved because it reduced our vendor list, but meeting the team and working with them the day of the wedding surpassed our expectations! Albert & Vanessa (Photographers) Albert was an overachiever and ensured he got the shots no matter what it took, from standing on benches, laying on the ground, and letting his creativity flow to capture the timeless photos. Vanessa was a working bee and buzzed around the entire event taking pictures of our friends and family, capturing all the candid shots, all while checking in on the bride and making sure she was doing okay and staying hydrated. Our experience with Boss Brides was absolutely fantastic! We were definitely on a budget for our wedding, but we knew we did NOT want to skimp on photography. We are so happy with our choice to go with Boss Brides. We contacted around 10 different photographers, and chose Boss Brides based on their website, sample photos, communication, friendliness, cost:quality ratio. Arthur reached out immediately following our e-mail, and promptly scheduled a phone call to discuss further what we were looking for, and how they can help make our vision come to life. They kept up the communication to arrange for a smooth day. We had a simple wedding/elopement without a traditional wedding ceremony, but they accommodated having a photo session at a park just prior to going to actual ceremony venue. On the day of our wedding, Albert (photographer) HUSTLED. We were on a time constraint, and he made sure to speed through all the photos we wanted, and managed to get tons of fantastic shots!! We had an amazing experience with Arthur, Adriel and team at Boss Brides. From the moment I first spoke to Arthur over the phone to go over the services we were looking for and later meeting up in person to discuss other questions we had about the contract, we knew Boss Brides would be a good match for our wedding day. It was really hard on deciding what to give them as a star not everything was a two star but the reason for it was the price that was paid and my expectations were really off first off let me say I would give a 5/5 to all the photographers and persons that were in co tact with us they were fun energetic and amazing no complain on customer service my overall disappointment was in product expectations and deliverance there are so many pictures we had to do stuff run jump angels that we did not see those pictures in our portfolio given to us and most importantly was the video it was under 15 min I think around 9-11 minutes and to me that was super short there was so many things I wanted to see and people I wanted to remember so many situation events that we did not see or just saw a second of it I thank the person who helped us redo it added am extra min or two but just many things we didn't see on the video so much fun and dancing and socializing events that were happening those are things I wanted to remember and rewatch over and over again really disappointed on the video and the amount we paid there was so much that we didn't receive and so much that was missing it's sad I was really hoping for the best outcome of them they came highly recommended but o guessing wasn't that lucky Overall for 7-8k that they charged me I would say you can find better read more

DJ Art was absolutely awesome at the wedding we attended in Oahu recently. He curated the playlist based on the bride and groom's preference and at no point during the party was there a dull moment. 9/2018- After much time and consideration, I decided to use GC Masterpiece. Engagement shoot- November 2018, My photographer was Evan and I could tell that Evan studied my mood board, he was able to recreate exact shots for me. He really did his homework. Early 5/2019, --Evan is no longer with the company. When I asked Adriel about my engagement photo, he said it would arrive next week. Fast forward to 2 weeks before my July 13th wedding, no engagement photo! I immediately called Adriel to discuss the situation. I completed my request for the photo booth design. I specifically asked that the GC website or website not appear on my design. 7/7- the graphic designer sends my photo booth logo with a huge GC website on it. I immediately reply and remind her of my request. 7/8- I've completed my master plan document and had a meeting with Adriel, DJ Art and Roger. On 7/9, a canvas engagement photo arrived. The packaging receipt said the order was placed July 1st meaning they didn't order my canvas when they said they did. My third proof completely ignored my question about flowers and the GC logo made its way back to my design. I was shocked to get an email sent to myself and the designer saying regarding my request to remove the GC logo (see photo). On my wedding day, the photographer, Albert, showed up an hour early. Right away I noticed that he started talking right over people to ask me questions. I noticed he did not have my timeline that included my must have shots. A short while later, another photographer arrived, an understudy. I was informed she wouldn't be there all day. I frequently saw Albert and this understudy chatting off to the side. I had to call them over to the action on several occasions to take some photos. He managed to miss all opportunities to take photos as I was getting ready. I have no idea what he was doing while I got my hair and make up done. He ended up asking my bridesmaids for make-up items (mascara, lipstick, brushes) so that we could take pretend photos of me getting ready. It was clear that Albert had not read my list of must have photos or viewed my mood board. The ceremony is a blur, and I did not notice anyone else my future husband. After the ceremony, when we were taking family and wedding party photos. I noticed Albert getting frustrated because guests were trying to take pictures at the same time Albert was trying to get his shot. I witnessed Albert put his hand on the shoulder of one guest, give her a slight push, and say, "You're in my shot. I'm going to need you to move." Our guest quietly responded, "Don't touch me and you can ask me to move!" I was so embarrassed by this exchange. My guest clearly felt uncomfortable with this interaction. My guest moved on her own accord. Few minutes later, Albert did the same thing to another guest. This guest didn't seem as angered but I didn't appreciate Albert touching my guests in this way. Towards the end of group photos, Albert asked if that was it. I think I agreed with him but I'm wondering why he didn't have my list of must have photos. I was trying to enjoy my wedding, that's why I worked so hard to list all of the photos. When I was taking individual photos with my bridesmaids, one bridesmaid asked Albert if she could move to the other side of me. He said no! I don't know what stick Albert had up his butt but I could barely stand this guy. I was assured that Albert was amazing but he's really a jerk! Had Albert taken my engagement photos with this attitude, I most certainly would have requested another photographer. We transitioned to couple photos. Albert made us do things several times followed by the videographer. I'm sure there's a method to this madness but it just seemed counterproductive to do the same thing so many times. July- Amber, from the Photo Booth, emailed me and said that she was sending over a surprise. 9/25/19-it's been 2 1/2 months since my wedding. Arthur sends me an email to let me know they working on my pictures and video. At this point I still have nothing. No previews, no sneak peeks, no photos. I see GC posting photos of other couples as a sneak peek. Art says they'll be in touch soon, but I wonder what soon means to them. 11/6-Adriel says my photos and video will be ready 11/12. That's literally 1 day shy of 4 months. 11/22-Trailer is ready. I really enjoyed this short trailer. Still no full length video or surprise. 12/6-Version 1 of full feature video was delivered. This very looked very slowly and haphazardly put together. They ensured the video was exactly 30 minutes (contract said 30-40 minutes). The total run time included the 15 second GC intro and outro. 12/30-Still waiting on the final version of my full length wedding video. Still no "surprise." read more

Although I did not end up booking Boss Brides, I think their service was awesome. They were very prompt at answering any questions (weekends are busy in general for everyone in the wedding industry) so responses usually happen during the week! They were very kind in answering all my questions I had and when I told them we decided to go a different route, they were SO professional and kind about it (unlike some other inquiries I have made who then proceeded to post on IG about not getting booked). After two years of planning due to COVID-19, we were finally able to do our long overdue wedding. Art and his team were very helpful and accommodating. I've planned a lot of events before but never was on the spotlight of my own event where I have to plan and host at the same time. They have many services and tiers of packages but we went with the basic package deal which includes photographer, videographer, and DJ. I think for the price the service is good. I especially appreciated the photographer and videographer on our wedding day. With COVID we had to adjust our program so we didn't have much in between time and with the basic package, your hours are shorter so we had to cramp everything in. It was certainly a lot to do in a short amount of time, but they made the best out of it and delievered The DJ that helped us out was a bit green and didn't review our list of songs we wanted to play prior to the wedding... so we had to ask him why he wasn't planning our songs during the reception. The actual ceremony he did a good job though! Attention: if you have a wedding planner just for the day of the event and are planning most of the wedding by yourself, I highly recommend you to try minimizing the number of vendors. GO WITH GC PHOTOBOOTH! I've been to many events with many photo booths. All of them are great. But I'm happy that I went with Arthur and GC Photobooth. Why? The quality was top notch. Instead of some small flash they had a huge umbrella reflector which made the photos look really good. The photo booth itself was high quality and not like many, wobbly where you see the camera already falling out halfway. The backdrop was just as I imagined. And it's big enough that we could fit 7 people in the picture. I'm a designer and photographer so I requested them to let me design the photo template. Amber was a great help. She was actually amazing. I celebrated my 30th birthday on a yacht last weekend and the theme was all white. Amber came prepared in all white and set up the photo booth an hour before we arrived and she kept me updated with everything. I had gotten their all inclusive kiss package which included the photographer, videographer, dj, and photobooth. They even included an engagement photoshoot session, however my husband and I had already had ours taken before we reached out to them. We contacted GC Masterpiece for a birthday celebration. We were assigned Sopano and he was more than we expected. Sopano is professional and knowledgeable, he really knows the filming business. After we let him know what and who we wanted included in the video, he got to work and was easily/naturally able to engage with the guests for the shots that he wanted. We received so many compliments about Sopano. We let him know and showed him our appreciation. We would definitely request Sopano for future events, so get him while you can because I expect his career will be moving up and forward and he won't be doing this very long. Thanks Sopano! Booked GC Photobooth for our wedding and the process was super easy! Roger answered all our questions via email / phone and we worked with Mae on designs for photo strip. I wanted a hedge backdrop with colors similar to my wedding flowers but they only had white ones. Roger said that if we brought our own faux flowers, the photobooth attendants could set it up for us. To be honest, I was really nervous about this since I had no idea how it was going to turn out. Well, the two ladies (unfortunately I didn't catch their names =\) who were our photobooth attendants were great! They were friendly and set up the flowers better than we could have imagined. They also brought in cute table decorations for the scrapbook table which had us initially wondering who from our bridal party set those up. Thanks GC! Highly recommend. read more

I am beyond impressed by the service and profession of this business! They were probably one of my only vendors that made this planning during COVID the most easiest and accommodating! The communication between myself and them was great! They were so quick to respond and always replied with such great and professional attitudes! The day of the wedding, they were so accommodating with my coordinator on how early they would come to make sure they were set and didn't interrupt any of our important events. Hi! So not much of a yelper, but dropping in because this company went above and beyond. We used Boss Brides (at the time GC Photo) for our wedding reception party solid 3 years ago. Unfortunately, my backup game was slacking and when my laptop recently died, i realized i may have forgotten to backup the photobooth photos to the cloud. It was as easy as e-mailing the team and they sent us a new link w/ all of our old photos still there. What amazing service! Not only was the service day of great, but also the point of the photobooth was for the memories, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had the photos to look back on. Thanks guys! read more

GC Photobooth is THEEEE photobooth company you want to hire for any events/b-days/wedding/etc!!! I reached out to GC a week before our event. Although the planning was last minute, they were so accommodating. I spoke with Peter in regards to the setup process, payment, frame design selection, etc. He was quick with responses and answered any questions/concerns. He was very informative and made sure I wasn't left in the dark. He had their designer, Mae reach out to me with the frame design for our event. Mae was on top of the revisions and got back to me very quickly! Roger was our host for the day of the event. He arrived two hours before the event and set up everything beforehand. As the guest arrived, he enticed the guest to come to the booth and take pictures. At first, our guest seemed shy but he made it fun for everyone.
