We hired Prestige Event Productions for our celebration in Oct 2022. We first found Prestige via Yelp and contacted Luis in Apr 2021. Due to uncertainty with covid, we didn't confirm with Luis until Oct 2021. Although prices had since changed, Luis still honored the original price he quoted. We opted for the bronze package which includes DJ/MC, 2 speakers, 4 LED uplights, DJ booth, a wireless microphone and liability insurance. A few months prior to the event, Luis sent us a sample itinerary and worksheet. We had lots of requests and questions, but Luis has been extremely patient throughout the process. He not only responded promptly to our emails, he also offered his thoughts and opinions based on experiences from past events. Jorge was our DJ/MC for the night. On the day of, Jorge arrived early to set up. We were taking pictures so only the guests were in the ballroom, but Jorge already got the music going prior to meeting us to finalize details which we really appreciate. When we got to the ballroom, Jorge went over the itinerary in detail and confirmed the requests we had sent Luis. He accommodated all our last minute changes and announcement. After our last song, one of our friends requested a special song. Jorge played it even if it was overtime. Everyone had a blast and Jorge really brought the party to life! When I contract with them I requested Luis but yet I was sent a rookie that didn't know how to mix, played songs over and over. Told him several times I need the dance floor popping but nothing.
