I recently rented a projector & screen for my wedding reception. My situation was a little unique as I was planning my wedding while living in Japan, so arranging things wasn't as easy as a phone call and I burdened them with more e-mails then they'd probably normally be expected to answer before receiving a commitment from me. That being said, Keith was extremely understanding and accommodating. He answered all my inquiries and made my choice to hire them easy.
