If there could be 10 stars I would select 10! Diego really helped me out when I was less than 2 weeks from a memorial service for my mom. Diego is a very down-to-Earth, professional, and knows his stuff! He and his crew helped me with audio/visual equipment, and were excellent! They were reliable (punctual and arrived early), went above and beyond (helped with small moving items outside of their scope of work), professional (dressed appropriately and did not delay in setting up), and resourceful (worked around the lack of items that we had provided them with). Diego understood, that I was not well informed and did not understand what type of equipment I could provide, so he brought back up, which was perfect as I ended up using his microphones and sound system. As for price.....he is absolutely beyond reasonable with his pricing. I had spoken to other companies who were charging $900 and up. Diego, on the other hand, charged, what I would consider a reasonable price and one that worked with my budget. I am not saying he is cheap. Instead, he is well priced, when considering all he has to offer. Truthfully, I think he could charge more, but I think his method of keeping costs down within his own business allows him to not overcharge. For this and more, I say, "THANK YOU!". My mom's service was absolutely beautiful and I am so grateful to all that helped me, but my mom's service could not have gone as great as it did without Diego's help, support, and service.
