I found Keith with Source One Rentals in Santa Ana late Friday afternoon, as business hours were fading, and I was traffic-filled hours away and could hardly make it in time. Keith was so helpful and friendly. He went above and beyond the call of duty and arranged for an employee to meet me somewhere afterhours with the document camera I needed. Everything about my experience was so positive, and Keith was so helpful that I literally offered to write this review because I was so thankful and impressed. We booked dj and bartending services. We had our wedding in Santa Barbara by the beach and they accommodated outdoor and indoor entertainment. We had an outdoor ceremony and they were able to play the exact songs i wanted. Our venue had an outdoor patio for the dance floor area but unfortunately it rained at night. Luckily Chris was able to move everything indoors and the party never stopped. Everyone was dancing and having fun the entire night. We were able to customize the drinks we wanted to have and the bartender was the nicest person. Last minute I asked the bartender if they could set up two tequila shots for my dad and I before our father/bride dance and they were served chilled! Amazing! They are very accommodating and communicative. My guests said they had a great time. Thank you a million times for making my day so special. They were so amazing!! Atmosphere Events are hands down the best! They provide high quality lighting, logo lighting, spotlights and special effects that completely change the atmosphere of an event venue. The initial DJ we worked with since the begining at Atmosphere abruptly quit the company three weeks before our wedding leaving me anxious and nervous but Eric jumped in and made such an unforgetable experience. We had all of our guest requeat a song via our RSVP's and submitted the eclectic list and Erick, our DJ, definitely did not disappoint. Eric customized his set especially for us and it felt personalized. All our guests were excited when the song they requested played (as he even played even the non-mainstram, indie songs!!). When most wedding DJs seem to be sharing the same basic '70s, '80s and 90's hits playlist, Eric blew us away! Our dance floor was full all night and we got compliments from our guests. I understand there's delays but to ignore your client is unacceptable. I had to call another rental company last minute to get chairs and umbrellas for my occasion. Very affordable and transparent pricing. 2. Laura was very responsive and easy to work with. 3. Delivery was on time and efficient. Now for the negatives, and reasons why I removed 2 stars: 1. Chairs arrived FILTHY. I spent nearly 2 hours cleaning and scrubbing dirt and stains off 16 chairs. 2. During delivery the young man swung around a stack of chairs and put a dent in our garage refrigerator. Thank goodness we'd moved our cars out of the way before they arrived. 3. Pickup was supposed to happen the following day (Friday). That day, I stayed home all day expecting a call/text that they'd be arriving soon to pickup the rental items, but no word. Then, the next day at 7:20am (Saturday) I am woken up by the doorbell ringing. I looked at my phone to check the time and saw a text from them only, 10 minutes prior, saying they'd be arriving soon.
