Super helpful team! Didn't end up needing their services but they're some of the nicest people over the phone! Susan was very responsive over yelp messaging and tony who I spoke with over the phone was very thorough in explaining the options to me. I'd like to put in a good word for Tony! He really took his time in making sure I had all my questions answered and I think the different speakers they offer are great! My initial inquiry was for speakers for music for a wedding and I got some awesome photos to my email to help guide my decision! See attached. One thing I learned was that speakers themselves may not be enough if you want to have a nice wedding music DJ instead, but for me I think I'd like my own playlist and don't think we will have a club vibe for the reception. read more

These guys get it. I worked with them last week on a business event for a dinner we were hosting for a group of 50. We needed a outdoor theater quality projector / screen set-up. Specifically a super bright projector that could show a film in full, glorious 1080p. I'm talking massive 12 foot by 9 foot screen! After shopping around to 6 or 7 different rental companies who, quite frankly, sounded like they couldn't care less, I gave these guys a call. They worked with me on the rate for a couple different options and really spent the time to get me acquainted with the equipment that we'd be using. They really took the time to make sure that everything would go off without issue, but Susan the owner did offer a rate for a professional to come with me and do everything, which it sounds like most people do. Overall very friendly, accomodating, equipment is top of the line and in great condition, and the pick-up drop-off process was easy; that pretty much covers the typical pain points of event rentals right? Thanks for helping make our event awesome! read more

After careful consideration for a birthday party for my 9 year old, we did not want to have a large congregation of people inside due to Covid-19. We opted for a more "open air" approach. Since the weather was looking good for the evening, we decided to have an outdoor movie night. We looked around and found Assured AudioVisual. I sent an email, and Susan was quick to respond. She was very polite and professional. I had decided to use them. Pick up and drop off was easy, and set up was a cinch. I will use them for future events as well. I highly recommend! read more

I had a receiver that developed a problem due to a bad HDMI board. I spoke with the manufacturer and they suggested I bring it here for an authorized repair. I called Videotech and spoke with Juan about the issue, and he was 100% confident that a repair would be possible and fast as well. 30 minutes later, I'm at the shop dropping off the receiver. Everyone there is super friendly and in a good mood ( you know when you walk into a business and can tell that everyone really enjoys their jobs....well, this is that kind of place ). Juan tells me that it will take up to a few days to get the parts he needs but that he will call me as soon as it's ready for pickup. He calls me back a few days later, just as promised, and my receiver is ready. When I get there, they don't just give me the receiver and send me on my way, instead they hook up the receiver and show me that the problem it had, has now been fixed....100%. While I was also there, I mentioned that in the future I'd be buying a new hometheater receiver for my main setup. He gives me a quote, that is easily the BEST price I have found from an authorized dealer. I'll definitely be buying my new unit from Videotech, when I'm ready. If you need a repair, whether you're in warranty or not, I strongly suspect you'd have a very difficult time, finding a more competent and friendly shop than Viedotech. These guys are 5 stars, all day long! read more

Susan was awesome! She helped me determine the screen size and projector I needed for my venue. The setup was beautiful and I received alot of complements from my guests! The service was above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend this company for your A/V needs! read more

We rented a small projector and screen for an outdoor movie night with friends. Susan was very helpful and responsive with all of my questions. We were able to schedule drop off with set up and pick up, as our schedules are very busy. It was a seamless process and made for a super fun movie night. I can't wait to use them again! read more

Awesome communication and customer service. From the beginning, Tony had quick responses, would check up to see everything was good, and walked us through how to use the equipment. I would 100% go with this company again. The only thing was that our mic had a lot of feedback noise. Maybe it was a defective system or we did something wrong. Either way, just test it out and make sure you understand the demonstration. read more

Our company had a party over the weekend, we rented 2 projectors and 2 backdrops for the event to play some marketing clips and a few fun video to summary our 30 years celebration. We called in the check with Assured AV on Thursday and got a quote right away. We picked up the equipment on Friday. I met Tony and assume he's the owner. Tony is very friendly and informative. He showed me how to deploy and retract the backdrops tripods. And also how to split/duplicate 1 HDMI signal to multiple projectors. He rent us some 50ft high quality HDMI cables. The backdrops were clean. The tripods were stable enough. The 5500 lumens projectors were bright and clear. The business was a breeze. I recommend Assured AudioVisual. read more

I was having issues with my WiFi on my TV and Sharp customer service was not very helpful. I contacted Assured and spoke with a gentleman named Vinny. He was very helpful and straight forward with the price to fix my TV. Before I had them pick it up, Vinny instructed me on how to do a hard reset on my TV to see if maybe that might fix the problem. Well it did! My WiFi was now working! I was very thankful. They weren't about making a buck but more about taking care of a customer. Well now they have a new customer for life. I will definitely be referring them to anyone who needs TV service! Thank you everyone at Assured Audio Visual. Keep up the great customer service! read more

So grateful I found them! Very professional and great communication throughout the rental process, from initial inquiry to when we went to pick up the equipment. I was on a budget so we had to set it up the projector and screens ourselves, and they showed us how to everything! Everything was separated nicely and labeled so that it would be a breeze on the day of the event. They even emailed a video tutorial on how to set up in case I was to forget. Needless to say, our event ran smoothly, the set-up was so quick and easy. Me, completely inexperienced in visual set-up, was able to set up the two big screens and connect the two projectors all on my own, so it shouldn't be a problem for anyone else. I loved working with Susan and Tony and will definitely only use them for future events! read more

Very professional and friendly staff!! The employees are detail-oriented, and I would recommend them for your audio-visual needs!

My daughter and her friends were asked to sing at my uncle's funeral service and we found out two days before the service that the venue had NO A/V equipment for us (i.e. microphones, speakers, etc.). Not only were they so quick to respond, but they were VERY FRIENDLY and so knowledgeable in all the equipment we would need. They even advised us on how many extension cords, cables and a power strip since we weren't sure how far the event was from an outlet (it was held outside in a tent due to COVID). They had all the equipment ready for us by the next day, and even gave us a short training session on how to set up the equipment. The A/V was high quality and the music for my uncle's service went off without a hitch! A HUGE THANKS to Susan and Vinnie at Assured Audio Visual!! You saved the day! read more

Twice now they have saved me last minute. Their equipment is in great condition and they have been super friendly and responsive. They reminded me also that should I ever not need something in an emergency they can actually deliver it for me too! read more

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I had to order a projector last minute for my company and they met the demand. Upon arrival, they showed me how to use the equipment. The equipment worked great and I had everything I needed. I appreciated their flexibility and allowed me to return the projector shortly before they actually opened. The gentleman plugged it in and verified that it worked and sent me on my way. Very easy and painless. I would definitely rent from them again, as well as considering using them for future events. I am also looking into possibly purchasing a projector. Overall good experience. read more

We worked with Assured AV for our user conference, we absolutely would work with them again. The service was really friendly and flexible, and the prices were very reasonable. We had no issues with setup or getting our equipment to work, and pick up and drop off were super easy. I'd definitely recommend Assured AudioVisual if you need AV equipment for any event. read more

1. Outdated hours on website nearly made me waste 3 hours in the car. 2. Made my receiver worse than when I sent it to them 3. No communication after they made my receiver worse. 4. would avoid if at all possible. I was told by Pioneer that this was the nearest authorized repair center to me so I took the time to get my Elite receiver from San Diego to them. I was heading up on a Saturday as their website listed Saturday hours. I called multiple times on my way to make sure they were open. turns out that they do not have any Saturday hours. Luckily my father-in-law (FIL) lives in Orange county and could take the receiver to them during the week. After several weeks, I was told that it was ready. My FIL was able to pick it up for me. I was very excited to get it reconnected, but the excitement didn't last long. the receiver was worse off than when I sent it to them. the auto speaker set-up would not complete, and if we paused a movie/show/etc, the receiver would go back into the speaker set-up. I would have to shut the unit down for several minutes in order to be able to use it. I contacted VideoTech via email (the same method that I'd used all along with great success) to tell them of the problems with the unit, and I was ignored. I will never go back to this place again. read more

Everything was great, I needed a projector at the last minute for an event of 50+ and they were able to provide. Very friendly, flexible with pickup and return, showed me how to work the machine before giving it to me. Very friendly company, trustworthy & reliable. I highly recommend these folks. read more

I received a panicked call from our marketing/events team that our AV supplier ditched us at the last minute, so I was asked to find someone with 48hrs notice to put up gear for a live music act. Monty picked up the phone right away and was immediately helpful and very knowledgable. Some parts of our list were vague and Monty knew exactly what the musician would have wanted. The day of the actual event, Monty was there early and ready to get set up. He spent time on the phone with our artist going over some last minute details like which mix he wanted to hear through his monitor. The event was perfect. We had fans cheering and singing along and the sound system was perfect for the size of the venue we were in. When all was said and done, Monty cleaned up the gear and received compliments from our hosts and the musicians. Needless to say, I am happy that our original team ducked out last minute, because now we have a go-to company for our needs. Thank you Assured AudioVisual team! read more

I brought in my a/v receiver that seemed to have shorted out. Juan was prompt and professional. He ordered the necessary parts and fixed it good as new. During that time he always kept me updated with the repair. Thanks Videotech! read more

For two years in a row we have put on an outdoor Halloween Movie Night in a local park. I am certainly not overly techy when it comes to home theater, projectors, projector screens, etc. Susan and Tony at Assured AV were super helpful last year when I first rented the equipment, and equally helpful this year. They helped us put on a great event, and next year we might need to rent a larger screen from them! read more

My company had a large event last minute hosting about 500 people and I called Assured AudioVisual to see if they could support with this. Assured AV is awesome! Probably the most reliable, accommodating, and reasonably priced place to rent a projector in the Orange County area. Found out we needed a projector and screen for a party just 1 week in advance and Susan worked with us to get the right equipment that we needed within our budget. She even came in on her off hours to let us pick up and drop off the equipment since we had a tight window and were traveling out of town! We will definitely be contacting Assured AV again next time we need audio visual equipment. read more

Called them for help with install of satellite and mounting multiple TVs for a video wall. They showed up in time and provided great service. Juan and Andy did an outstanding job of making sure install was clean and simple. No noticeable cables/wires etc...in view. All hidden providing a seamless flush presentation of video wall. Now I can enjoy watching multiple games during football season. Life is good. Highly recommend Videotech for anyone retail or commercial installations. Would definitely use them again. read more

This past week I needed to find a repair company for my older Panasonic massage chair. Videotech Co. was listed as a certified repair company so I gave them a call. The other company in San Diego is now defunct so what else can one do? I spoke with Juan on a couple of occasions and he tried very hard to assist me however the part we needed was discontinued! One star for Panasonic folks. I could tell that he was anxious to solve my problem and like me was frustrated by their inability to do so. Juan promised to keep his eye open and let me know if he located the part I needed. He was a good man and an individual willing to spend extra time with a potential client. Thanks. read more

The staff & their service is awesome. We needed a screen for our marching band banquet at the last minute. They were to accommodate us quickly. Will definitely use them again. read more

Had a Sharp TV fail just out of warrantee and was referred to Videotech by Sharp. Juan helped me to try to resolve the problem over the phone free of charge and was able to diagnose the problem but it did need service. Quoted a very reasonable price over the phone, I brought it in on a Friday. After looking at it he said parts would need to be ordered and would be done the following Tuesday or Wednesday. Monday morning he called and it was repaired. Total cost was less than I expected based on the research I had done on the Internet for similar problems. Rarely do you find a service that delivers faster and for less $$! Very pleased and would recommend this business to anyone! read more

Already moved into my new place, I was very excited about decorating it! Getting more comfortable with how I wanted to layout the living room, I had a vision of seeing a beautifully mounted flatscreen television above the fireplace. I called Videotech Co and spoke with Juan about doing an installation. Within days, we set up a date to do the work and I am IMPRESSED!!! Not only am I completely satisfied with the job, I'm happy to see how all cables were not visible, the mount was perfectly installed, there was no mess or dust after the project was complete and best of all, the customer service was excellent! Very friendly staff, the installation was well-executed in a timely manner, the flatscreen makes quite a statement when entering the room and I get to watch my favorite shows in my living room! I highly recommend Videotech Co for all your installation needs. In fact, I contacted Videotech Co again to do a second installation in my bedroom and just like the first one, it was nothing short of perfect! Thank you Videotech Co! read more
