I had my wedding outdoor lighting set up from SR Productions and overall experience was really great. They were very flexible and tried to fit my needs in my tight budget. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends in the future. Thank you! read more

We booked two speakers to come get set up so we can play music from my laptop at my dad's 60th bday party and they were great! the sound quality was awesome and I believe the person who came to set them up was named Caesar and he was on time and super helpful. Price was reasonable and I would definitely consider them again for future parties. read more

Coordinating and booking our photo booth from SR Production was one of the easiest things I've ever done Leo is so chill and thorough. Luis showed up to our home with perfect timing before our guests arrived to celebrate my dad's 65th. Everything was all set up before we got underway. He was quick, tidy, polite, and a good sport with our sauced-up guests. We loved the props and the printed photos. It was all easy and wonderful. We'd do it again in a heartbeat. * THANK YOU GUYS! read more

My husband and I were referred to Leo by my boss who has also worked with him. After meeting with other DJ's we were blown away by his professionalism and attention to detail. His office has diverse lighting options to meet any clients needs. Our first meeting consisted of Leo getting to know us (our love story), our music likes/dislikes, and venue details. He was completely honest with us and didn't attempt to sell us packages we didn't need, such as lighting - which I greatly appreciated. We clicked with him right away and looked forward to work him. Leo was extremely detailed oriented, he understood our needs from the moment we met with him. Previous to our wedding we meet with Leo various times to go over the time line, music options/suggestions and Leo even took the time to drive all the way to our venue to meet our wedding coordinator and revise area he would be setting up at. He was extremely prepared and like us planned for any unexpected changes to our timeline. On the wedding day it rained for the first three hours of our event which came completely out of left field for all of us. Our wedding was outdoors and Leo came prepared with his tent. He took charge from the moment he walked into the vineyard alongside with our coordinator made our wedding reception flow smoothly which we are extremely thankful for. Music was completely on point, from the moment dance floor opened to the last dance our dance floor was FULL just how I wanted it. Everyone had a great time and guest continue to rave about the music, and ambience Leo provided (they've even asked for CD's of music played which Leo has graciously provided). Leo also offers game options which I was a little skeptical for, but went along with the idea because it did sound like a good time. After dinner Leo started a scavenger hunt with our guest, I must say the game was one of the highlights of the night - EXTREMELY FUN! Everyone from guests, wedding coordinator to our photographer hadn't experience such thing and LOVED it! Leo also took the initiative to get EVERYONE on the dance floor for a group picture, I must say it's nice to have a picture of all our guest with us. My husband and I have been blessed to work with vendors such as Leo who went above and beyond to make our wedding magical. We will continue to refer him and look forward to work with him in the near future. read more

Had to review Leo because he did such a great job at our wedding. He was so good my friend Lani booked him for her wedding next year... Leo played all the music we wanted and he was a great speaker. We were afraid of hiring some cheesy DJ but Leo was actually really great. I would recommend Leo and his company for your event. For us the most important thing in the wedding was the music. We made sure he knew that and he was confident and delivered just that, perfection. Thank you for making our wedding perfect. read more

I've used this DJ service twice already. First for my wedding and second for a retirement party. Leo is great. I first went to them because my wedding DJ cancelled a month before my wedding. His excuse was I never gave him a deposit. Well, I never got a contract, and I had never looked for a DJ before, so how was I supposed to know? Anyway, in that short amount of time, a friend from church told me about Solo Records. The now husband and I went to check it out and we were happy we did. The communication between the DJ, Leo and ourselves went very smooth. They got an idea of the music we wanted and they delivered. Then I was in charge of setting up a retirement party for a co-worker. My co-workers wanted oldies but goodies. Leo did a great job. We danced every song played =) Everyone at work was happy they attended and I keep getting good compliments on what an amazing party I threw. Truth is, without good music to set a good ambiance, the party would not have been a success. So thank you Solo Records. We will be using you guys again and again, whenever we can. read more

Leo and everyone at Solo Records were such a pleasure to work with! From beginning to end he was professional and thorough. Originally we went through him for DJ/Emcee services for our wedding. Getting to know him, we felt more confident to add on the Uplighting & Photobooth. Both were smart choices! Our wedding turned out absolutely stunning with his help. read more

SR Production - Leo made this Gobo look so incredible! He really stepped up our wedding decor. - DJs Near Me - Orange, California

They did a photo booth for our party and it went very well, they were so professional to work with by email and on the phone , super responsive and communicative. The guy running the photo booth was very polite, professional, nice to our guests, and honest ... I left a card of cash on the props table and he returned it to me knowing it was obviously a cash gift. The photos and prints turned out great, they gave me photo magnets for the photo strips as well. All my guests loved it. Thank you again. read more

I am so happy I chose to work with Leo at Solo Records. He went above and beyond and met all of my expectations. Not only was he an amazing DJ but we became friends through the process. He was so amazing at my wedding that we hired him to do my 10 year reunion. The great thing about Leo is that he provides way more thank just his DJ packages. He supplied up lighting, a white dance floor, 2 monograms, a photo booth, a cake table and decorations and a mirror, a projector screen, TV's for cocktails hour, draping throughout my whole ball room, and candles and floating votives through out. He made my wedding vision come true and I can't wait to work with him again in the future for the 3rd time read more

I have had the pleasure to work with Leo on several occasions, however, the experience that he provided for our company event earlier this year is something I can't keep to myself. Leo exceeded our expectations and did a terrific job from start to finish. Leo has demonstrated knowledge, professionalism and a desire to deliver great service! He is a true professional with an arsenal of experience that gives him an amazing perspective on how to meet the individual needs of each client. He cares about the people that he works with and is serious about helping them have amazing events. He has been generous in sharing his knowledge and experience with our organization and he exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Leo and his team for all DJ, entertainment and event needs. read more

It was such a pleasure to work with Leo for our wedding. Since the very start he was so professional and patient with us. The system that he has set up is so easy to work with as well. At any time during the planning process we were able to log into our profile and add requests/ Bridal party info/ etc. Two weeks before our wedding, we met with Leo just to confirm all the final details. He suggested that we do an anniversary dance at the reception. Neither of us had even thought about it and it turned out to be one of my favorite moments from the day. We made a detailed timeline of the music and reception and felt 100% confident that we were prepared. The day of our wedding was FLAWLESS. Leo made sure to keep us on schedule and he made sure that we took time to eat (which is what people tell you that you never have time to do). Maybe they just didn't have a PERFECT dj ;) The music that Leo played kept everyone on the dance floor all night, and everyone is still telling us how it was the most fun wedding they have ever been too. I feel that a big part of this is because of Leo! Thank you so much for making our big day so perfect! read more

I sub-contracted two monitors with truss from Leo from Solo Records. He was very professional and helpful. His tech Alex arrived on time and did a fantastic job setting up the monitors in a difficult venue. Alex took the time to setup additional A/V boxes for our laptops and he was great with his communication of our needs. Epic Sound & Lighting highly recommends Solo Records for any service. Leo and his team are just outstanding and I am glad to have found a great A/V sub-contractor that I can trust. Thanks Leo & Alex read more

WOW!! Working with Leo and his group at Solo Records was a blessing for my wedding this year. I hired him as my DJ/MC he allowed me and my husband to customize our package to include lighting. I have used other DJs for other events but have never received service the way I did with Solo Records. He helped us create our monogram and projected it on a feature wall for us. Leo is very professional yet still super down to Earth. He is flexible with scheduling meetings and even offered to video-chat when my schedule was too hectic. He showed up to our rehearsal also which made it a lot easier to explain how I wanted the day's events to go. He worked with us soo much on customizing the music for our day and the timeline, to really make our day feel personal and special. He uses an online system that allows for easy access to see your music requests, timeline and correspondence. On the wedding day, his team showed up on time, and worked well with the other vendors. Leo was an AWESOME MC and had my guests entertained the whole time. He made sure to know who the photographers/videographers/event coordinators and even wedding party were so that he could keep the day running smoothly. He made sure the timeline was followed and even helped us catch up when we ran a little late. To top it off, he actually helped my family clean up after the ceremony was over! It was a joy to work with Leo and I would recommend him to anyone for their special event. I will use him for any upcoming event I have. read more

Ugh!! I hate that I am only giving Leo 3 stars because at the beginning it was 5 stars, He was great and helpful at the start, very professional. We went through timelines and music together. I was excited for him. I spent about 6 hours on my music list like I made it a project because I love 90's hip hop and that's what I wanted to hear. Day of wedding, not sure what happen he was low energy, people did not know when I was having the money dance, cake cutting, or the flower toss. I didn't hear any of my dance music besides thriller, I was sad about it all. and he was late with music after we were done with the ceremony he was suppose to put on music and we kind of froze for a good 10 seconds till the music started. Maybe he was having a bad day? On the positive Leo is a good guy and his prices are reasonable. i just wish he made it good for my wedding. Maybe he will be better for yours. read more

We hired Leo for our wedding as DJ/MC. We are so happy with his performance. One of our requirements was that our MC could speak both Spanish and English and also cater to a diverse crowd since we are a biracial couple with a diverse group of friends in both age and ethnicity. Leo did such a good job. He has a great program that that you can utilize to input songs on a must have list and a do not play list to make sure your night carries the ambiance and vibe you desire. I know the DJ and MC have a great impact on the flow and give of a wedding night and he did a great job for us. We are so pleased. Thank you Leo for helping to make our wedding night so memorable. I would 100% recommend Leo. read more

Leo is the best, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. When planning a party or wedding these guys know what you will need to make it pop. Five stars is the highest rating on yelp and I try to stay bias with my ratings but in this case I can't find a reason not to give them anything less. read more

We were looking for Chivari chairs and Leo was able to give us an affordable price! It was all set up on time thanks to Alex and Luis!

These guys are awesome. I (the fiancee now wife) NEEDED a white dance floor for our wedding instead of the brown one the hotel provided. Reached out to a bunch of people and settled on SR. Communication is great and they charge fair prices. Biggest thing was, everyone else wanted to charge some crazy delivery fee for weekends but these guys didn't. I mean, who's getting married that doesn't need a weekend drop off or pick up or both as in my case since I got married on Saturday like 90% of the people in the world. Anyway, you always worry about something like this for the wedding but again, good communication and the day of and day after went without a hitch. The dance floor was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Also required about A/V and while we didn't ultimately do a slideshow, their prices were the most competitive. read more

Leo and his team are fantastic! We used their services for an event that my wife put together and they did an excellent job. It's kind of mind boggling the amount of things he has access to; photo booths, dance floors, DJ's, really anything you'd need for a wedding, birthday party or any other event. The group my wife was setting up the event for wanted her to shop around for competitive bids, but it was ironic that so many of the other people she called either charged more, or didn't even get back to her. Leo is just on the ball with everything. Absolutely impressive! read more

Leo was referred to me by a friend. We researched DJ's and read reviews to choose what would be best for our son's wedding. The couple wanted good music of their style and choosing, and a DJ that was professional enough to manage the flow of the evening and keep things going but not overwhelming and stealing the show. Leo is the perfect blend. He did the music for the ceremony and the cocktail hour, dinner and then dancing and did a very good job! The greatest part of working with him is he is so mild mannered and humble. The way his on-line system is set up we could search for and select types of music down to detailed songs for every part of the event. Leo worked with the couple to understand their preferences and to set up the schedule for the day/night which they were able to share with all the other vendors and stay on schedule. He was reliable and showed up and did everything we asked of him, and his equipment was good. Even in the heat of 106 degrees in Temecula that day, he remained very professional and happy to be there. We also hired him for the photo booth and that was reasonable and a fun part of the memories as well. Leo put together a photo book with the photo strips and that was our guest book for the event. The guests really enjoyed the music for the evening and we really enjoyed working with Leo. We have heard stories from other couples who used other DJ's and we had no issues. I also really liked how he got the entire group of guests on the dance floor for a group picture. The dancing objective was clear, but we also love the picture. I would not hesitate to hire Leo again! read more

I met Leo through a referral when I was looking for a DJ who had Latin music in his library for my client's birthday party. As an event planner, I've met all kinds of DJ's who typically have their own agenda and attitude. But not so with Leo - he was extremely accommodating, punctual, and very friendly and easy going!! When he arrived, he was dressed well, polished, clean-cut, and I felt confident he knew what he was doing. The clients were extremely pleased by his level of professionalism, his easy going demeanor, and they said he played all their favorite songs. The next day, they could not stop talking about him!! I would highly recommend Leo if you're looking for a DJ who will impress you from the minute you meet him. He has become a preferred vendor for me and I will definitely be booking him again in the near future!! read more

I recently photographed a wedding that Leo of Solo Records DJ'd. He was fantastic. I had heard about Leo through a mutual business associate. The associate highly recommended him for his professionalism and attention to detail. I knew Leo could handle weddings and affairs for the younger crowd but I wasn't sure he would appeal to an "older" group. Well, he was EXCELLENT! I had planned a surprise birthday party for my husband's 75th and primarily wanted music from the 40's. 50's and 60's as well as, some contemporary tunes. We had an "older" crowd of 50 people who enjoyed more traditional dancing and they loved the music of the Big Band era. Leo was right on target with a good balance of dancing and listening music. We had a large outdoor canopy semi-enclosed with some sidewalls. He provided all the extra colorful mood lighting for the dining tables and the dance floor that gave us a very festive, elegant ambiance. Everyone was delighted. Towards the end of the evening he upped the music to more current popular dance tunes which appealed to our younger "under forty" crowd. I would definitely recommend Solo Records for any business or entertainment function for any age group. Leo listens to what you want and then delivers. He is impeccably professional. read more

I am sooo happy to have been referred to Leo and SR Production. Leo was very professional. He met with me and my fiancee' (now husband) and got to know us as a couple and our personalities. We left our meeting with him knowing that we were in good hands. Not to mention the online management tool they have that helps you manage and plan your event, helps you pick songs that will be played at your event and make online payments. It made it so easy for me and my husband to search and choose songs. There were no headaches or stress going thru the DJ planning process. And if I would have known that SR production was a full event company, I would have hired them for all other services I needed for the wedding since Leo was so reliable and easy to work with. At the wedding, everyone had a great time. Our guests didn't want the wedding reception to be over because they were having so much fun. Leo had everyone on their feet dancing and having a great time. He even went above what was expected of him by looking for the groom when h was missing to go to the bar LOL. He made our wedding our very own by the songs he played, the energy he brought in yet the class was still there. Even after the wedding everyone are still talking about how fun our wedding was and that was all thanks to Leo and SR production. We not only found a great DJ but we just made and found a friend in him. read more

My husband and I just celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Orange County Mining Co. We met Leo of Solo Records when we were meeting with our florist about six weeks prior to our event. He introduced himself and described his DJ services to us. After meeting with Leo, we were impressed with his professionalism and his presentation. We felt very comfortable with him from the beginning and decided to hire him. We met with Leo on several occasions before our event. He created a timeline for the party, made great suggestions and was so helpful in assisting us with our music selections. Leo worked with our son to make sure our slideshow presentation ran smoothly. On the night of our party, Leo arrived very early and made sure everything was set up to our expectations. He did an outstanding job and we received many compliments on his services. Leo kept the night moving according to our timeline. He also made sure that my husband and I knew what to do when it came time to cut our cake. My family highly recommends Leo at Solo Records. Wow!!! Leo is really good at what he does! He is very professional with it. Before my wife and i hired him as our dj and mc, we met up with him and he DID NOT pressured us to sign the paper right away like others dj did, he told us that to go home and think about it and let him knows whether or not to hire him. We went home and think about it and we came back than hired him! My wife and I did not disappointed with him at all. His systems is all up to date with all the technology. Plus he has the BEST PACKAGES deals. For my wedding, my wife and i do some compare shopping, in Orange County, with the prices that he offers, you can't beat it! Plus he do live DJ. He is a really good MC too, plus he is really really helpful too, he is not just a dj and mc to be there to do his jobs, he making sure everything is on time and everything is going help, my wife and i was stressed out during our dinner time and with all the delayed that we have,he came to us many times to tell us to calm down and let him takes care of everything that need to be done, basically he like a wedding coordinator almost. I feel really bad that he has do to that but he helps us out so much during our wedding. Before my wedding, my wife and i keep thinking that no one will be dancing but us and a few others, but guess what 90% of the people will dancing! He is that good, he play songs that make them get up and dance!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to EVERY ONE THAT LOOKING FOR THE BEST DJ and MC PLUS!
