David at Funtastic Photobooth was wonderful to work with! The photobooth was the highlight of my daughter's birthday party! Everyone loved the props, the special backgrounds, and getting to take home their photos. It was fantastic (or should I say FUNtastic? ;)) experience all around working with David and Funtastic Photobooth and can't recommend them enough! I looked at quite a few different companies, but after I talked with David and learned about how much more they offer as part of the price, I was sold and I have zero regrets. Everything to do with Funtastic from booking to designing the backgrounds for the photo printouts to communication to set up and clean up, it was all easy and thorough! I can't say enough great things about David and this company. We even had some roadblocks we had to face (not due to anything David did) and he was calm, patient, and put a lot of personal time in trying to get it resolved, which is just above and beyond what anyone is obligated to do. Highly recommend this company. read more

Fantastic Photobooth provides beyond exceptional service! Our family has continued to book with David for at least the past 5 years through at least 3 weddings and birthday parties. Great communication via email. When creating the template for photos his team member, Brittney, was responsive to all my small changes and requests to achieve my vision. At the event, David stays with the photo both to ensure the photo is taken at the right angle, makes sure everyone fits in the frame (he fit 19 of us), and counts everyone to make sure everyone got a copy. David is the man. We were recommended to him by one of our friends and he really elevated our wedding to the next level. He was incredibly accommodating to me & my wife's ideas for the design of the layout and backgrounds, and was also very respectful and timely about sending email responses and updates. Customer service is key when working with people, and David brings that Grade A quality customer service for sure. And not just that, but THE QUALITY OF HIS PHOTOS IS ACTUALLY REALLY GOOD. Nothing worse than having a blast at a wedding photo booth, then getting low-res printouts. David made sure that all the photos are crisp and clean, and he even went above and beyond to make sure to print extras for my wife & I so we had both physical and digital copies of all the photos taken at our wedding. David can handle BIG EVENTS!!! I was initially nervous when looking for a photobooth vendor to handle an event of our size (500+ people). But after calling to request a quote and letting him know what we were looking for, he made the rest of the process extremely easy for us! He was always available to take calls and personally answer any questions we had. He gave us a good quote and sent it over quickly so we could start processing the payment! His team worked with us in a short amount of time to design a cute photobooth template tailored to our event. Most importantly....He delivered on the day of the event! He arrived on time, set-up, and operated like a professional!
