Harris was such a pleasure to work with. His and his team's response time was incredibly fast, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I designed a logo and sent it over, but I accidentally wrote 2027 instead of 2026--and unfortunately, that mistake wasn't caught before printing. However, on the wedding day, Harris noticed the error right away and fixed it on the spot. He went above and beyond by reprinting everything with the correct date and even sent me an updated photo album afterward. If that's not amazing service, I don't know what is. We hired Fotobooth+ for our wedding in September 2025. The technical side of things was solid. The prints came out great, the guestbook was well put together, and the pre-event communication was smooth. Harris (the co-owner) was responsive and helpful throughout the planning process. But on the actual day, we ran into some issues. Multiple guests and a few of our groomsmen told us that Harris came off as rude and curt during their interactions. I also witnessed a moment myself where he snapped at my sister in front of others; it was uncalled for. The second staff person on-site (Kris) was quiet and professional, no complaints there. But Harris's presence didn't match the warm, celebratory tone we wanted for the day. It's tough picking new vendors for your big day. To be frank, if a close friend asked me for a photobooth recommendation, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending them. We worked with Fotobooth+ for our wedding and while most of the night went smoothly, there were several instances of the machine malfunctioning throughout the evening. The attendant was nice and worked hard to troubleshoot, but it did leave some gaps in service, the longest lasting around 20 minutes. Bummer that some of our guests were unable to get prints during this time but they did offer to reprint as a makegood. We booked Fotobooth+ for our wedding this past Sunday, and it was one of the best wedding decisions that we made. First off, being the last-minute person that I am, I started looking at photobooth vendors 12 days before my wedding and booked Fotobooth+ literally 10 days before the big day. Abby immediately responded to my (panicked) emails with all of the information that I needed so that I could make the decision and pay a deposit to secure the date.. Then, Harris was kind enough to accommodate changes to my requests for the photo album vs scrapbook options and provide not one or two but SIX iterations of the footer on a very short notice. I appreciated his flexibility with my indecisiveness. The final version of the footer was a beautiful mix of the gold leaves that Harris pulled from our wedding website and a sticker design that my friend designed. At the wedding, Harris did setup independently and manned the very busy station from 6-10pm. He was friendly, assembled a cute photo album, and even stayed later so he could catch me, my husband, and our 1yo son at the the end of the night to make sure that we were able to take at least one photo together. I cannot recommend Fotobooth+ enough - we were so lucky that Fotobooth+ had availability on such short notice. First, their setup was pretty traditional, a pod with camera and screen so people can see themselves. They also have good background options, if I was correct they have around 20 background options. I came across fotobooth+ when I was browsing online for ideas for a party. I've never thought about having a photobooth at a party but thought why not? We've have many killer parties when everyone was intoxicated by the end of the night, woke up the following morning just to see everyone's got blurry or dark photos from the party. Nothing Instagram and Facebook worthy. So I decided to contact fotobooth+ and other vendors to see if it's within our budget to have a photobooth at the party. I contacted them via FB Messenger and was surprised at the prompt response. The agent was very nice and helpful and explained what is required and what services they will provide with the detail price quote. To my surprise, it's actually not that expensive! We decided on giving fotobooth+ a call because out of the whole bunch, they sound the most profession and seem to know what they are doing. We signed the contract, paid the deposit and booked them for a party. The attendant showed up a bit over 1 1/2 early to our event to set up. They explained that in detail but it's nice that they are early and punctual instead of being late and rushed. He was dressed up in nice button down shirt and pants and looked very dashing and profession. This was a big relief because I don't want some kid showing up in ghetto ass gang gear at my party. He set up all the equipment and told us to leave everything to him and just enjoy our party. Our party guests went over to the photobooth and had a ball. You can see on the monitor the pictures he took and they turned out to be excellent. Later I found out this young man is actually in art school studying to be a professional photographer. He asked me if he can use some of the pictures for his portfolio. Of course I said sure. The pictures all turned out great and my guests were able to get a printed copy to take home to remember this special occasion. We booked for 2 hours and the photographer stayed about 15 minutes over which I really do appreciate. It seems like this company's staff really enjoy what they are doing because he was mingling with the guests to get them in the right pose and right mood to take the best pictures for our party. He was friendly and professional and I will definitely request him as the photographer next time I use them if it's possible.
