I also witnessed a moment myself where he snapped at my sister in front of others; it was uncalled for. The second staff person on-site (Kris) was quiet and professional, no complaints there. But Harris's presence didn't match the warm, celebratory tone we wanted for the day. It's tough picking new vendors for your big day. To be frank, if a close friend asked me for a photobooth recommendation, I wouldn't feel comfortable recommending them. Their product is good, but the guest experience is arguably the more important, especially on your wedding day.

The communication with the team was very easy over email, and we agreed on 4-hour service time with a travel fee of $150 (to San Clemente). It was one of the easiest vendors to book for our wedding. On the day of our wedding, our attendant was super helpful and helped print enough copies for each group and was quick to resolve any issues with the front-facing screen.
