Their crew arrived early, adhered to locally mandated COVID-19 guidelines, and even brought extra safety supplies for guests! The consensus from those attending the event was unanimous - Rememory Booth is the only photo booth I will use for any event or gathering I have in the future. Their pricing was also much more reasonable than other booths I contacted, and they even stayed an extra hour at NO ADDITIONAL COST! Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

This "business" is unreliable, unprofessional, and has exhibited extremely poor communication…read moretoward customers and even among themselves. I booked (or thought I had booked) their photo booth for an event two weeks in advance, via OfferUp. I was told I would receive an invoice the following business day. I did not receive an invoice, let alone any type of notice. A week later, I contacted the person on OfferUp again to confirm if my event was still booked and to let them know I never received an invoice. They assured me that everything was arranged for my event. They asked for a $50 deposit and charged me more than the price listed on OfferUp. I paid the deposit and agreed to the price they gave me because my event was only a week away. The day of my event, no one showed up at the time that I was told. I called/texted the two phone numbers listed on the invoice and on the OfferUp and yelp listing SEVERAL times. No one called me back. I finally received a text almost an hour later from one number telling me there was no attendant for my event and they apologized and pretty much told me there was nothing they could do. Another hour later, I received a text from the other phone number saying they never received my deposit and that's why they never booked my event. This person didn't even have the decency to apologize for their mistake. I asked for my $50 deposit back and received it the following afternoon. This was embarrassing because my guests were expecting a photobooth that never showed up. Please don't trust these people. Do some research before trusting anyone with your money.

I wanted a high quality looking set-up as well as great pictures and they definitely delivered on both! I gave them the details of what I wanted down to the custom template for our pictures and they did such a great job on creating exactly what I wanted. On the day of the party the set-up was quick & easy and they had all the graduation props on hand as well as some of the more adult props for the crazy grown-ups who enjoyed the photo booth just as much as the kids. The photo booth attendant was great with everyone and did an excellent job of telling people where to look and how much time we had in between photos. All of our guests were really impressed with the set-up and loved the kiosk where you could email or share pics on the spot to social media. Will definitely use AV Photo Booth again & recommend them to all of our family & friends. Thanks Adam for making our party a huge success!!

I would love to give five stars, but after trying to resolve an issue for ten months now, I'm going…read moreto give them one star for price, and one star for the quality of their photos. I hired them for my daughter's sweet 16. They took photo after photo, agreed graciously to stay an hour later for which we paid, and the guests loved their photos. I felt they were very easy to work with. Toward the end of the party, I asked about the video portion of the package and why the guests were not being told they could do that. They corrected this, and offered to do it. At this time I was bothered by this because the session was just about over and they were barely offering to video guests. We could not get messages from all of the guests due to the short time available. We had the guests go on camera toward the end of the session, and very quickly they all gave a very heartfelt birthday messages to the birthday girl. We tipped the attendants VERY well because we felt they had done a good job and happily agreed to stay an hour later than we had contracted. We got our photos on a flash drive before they left. We were so grateful for their service and help we tipped them well, and they left. Later, we looked at the pictures and my daughter wanted to watch the videos the guests had made for her. There were plenty of great photos.... but not a single video. They had not said that we would not get the videos so we were confused. None the less, I felt that we were very understanding and patient when we addressed the situation with them. And I felt that they would do right by us. At first we were in contact about the videos, with Adam giving us updates and everything. Then.... nothing. It became apparent that they were avoiding any inquiring emails and voicemail messages. Ten months later, I still sent yet another email... and still no response from Adam or anyone from this company. I still have not received the videos or any word about them. I'm going to assume my daughter will never hear the happy sweet sixteen messages from her guests that we paid for as part of the package. Nor will they tell us what happened to them or apparently offer restitution for not giving us this portion of our package. I wish I can even get the tip back because I feel so disappointed with them. I waited to write this review hoping they would rectify the situation. As they still have not, I decided to share about my experience in case others are trying to decide between AV Photobooth and another photo booth company.

We hired Dayvid for both photography and photobooth services for my sister's 19th birthday on September 2, 2023. While the photobooth arrived on time, Dayvid himself was about 3 hours late because he forgot his camera batteries -- a basic necessity for any photographer. As a result, he missed 75% of the event, including the most important moments, leaving us with barely any professional photos from the party. To make matters worse, when he finally arrived, multiple guests mentioned how rude he was. While I understand the stress of forgetting equipment and dealing with traffic, that frustration should never be taken out on clients or their guests. We did receive a discount -- after negotiating -- which felt like the bare minimum given the circumstances. Overall, this was an unprofessional experience, and I can't recommend his services. I hope this feedback encourages him to handle future events with more care and preparation.
