The owners remained on site the entire time operating the photo booth themselves, which made the experience feel even more personal and seamless. This is NOT your typical basic photo booth. Everything about it felt upscale and very technology-forward. They let you customize your backdrop and even choose the style of photos you want. I chose the magazine-style photo layout and the pictures came out BEAUTIFUL. These were not those small wallet-size photo strips you usually get from most photo booths. The photos were larger, high quality, and looked professionally done. They also brought a ton of fun props that my guests loved using. What I loved most is that their setup just felt elevated compared to other photo booth companies I've seen. I honestly would not be surprised if they raised their prices in the future because I haven't seen anyone else doing it like them. I will definitely be using Reflected Photo Booth again and referring them to all my friends and family. If you're considering another photo booth company, don't!!! Book them. You will not regret it!

He gave all the information I asked for and appropriately followed up for booking, logistics, and we rented both a print photobooth and a digital only photobooth. On the day of the event, people loved the booths! Unfortunately, one of the photobooths stopped working partway through, likely due to a power outlet problem with the venue, but Nestor and his team continued to run the other photobooth and even offered a full refund for the one that stopped working. He and his staff were very professional, friendly, and I would recommend them to anybody and everybody looking for photobooth services!

7/6/19 event update. My daughters 1st birthday…read more Oh my goodness, my experience with Ben has been amazing. I booked early and we worked closely on all the details up until the day of the event. My venue required a city license for Cypress and he paid for that expense without any hesitation. He made sure there wouldn't be any problems working our party. He is very attentive to details and always available to answer any questions. I honestly cannot believe I booked this event all via digital communication. I not once met him and everything turned out beautifully smooth. On the day of the event, I had two staff members (sorry, forgot their names) who accommodated the event space I had with the open air photobooth. If anyone came in to observe, they would have been shocked how little space they had. Despite of he restraints of space availability, they were able to make a seamless workaround. They made sure all the little humans and adults were able to take photos with ease (height considerations). They kept a smile on their face the whole time, keep and open line of communication (one hour and 10mins before booth closing notification) so we could well inform the guests. My photo design matched my invites which was perfect. The only caveat I wouldn't recommend for future photobooth customers is a white background. I didn't realize how washed out it was until I saw the printouts. I am in no way blaming Ben and his team for this. I chose it as I figured white is the easiest to work with. It only became a problem for my white hair elders disappearing hairlines etc. In conclusion, my photobooth experience with Ben and his team could not have been any better than the superior service and results that we received. I am very grateful Ben was able to work with our budget, make so many unforgettable memories and still have a 10 star experience. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you again Ben & team. I will be a return customer for sure. * you get photo access via their website and a USB with photos by itself and within the template frames.
