Harris and team were great at our recent event -- it was a family affair, around 100 people all ages 2 - 82. Harris was always responsive leading up to the event, they provided me with the photo strip template so I could apply the graphics myself no problem (I'm sure they'd do a great job if you prefer them to design the strip). I called our wedding coordinator right away and told them I know its so very last minute but we really want a photo booth. They tell us the quoted for 4 hours is $1000. That rate was ridiculous. I booked this vendor in February 2020 for a graduation party in May. However, the event got cancelled because of covid-19. After I got the cancellation from our venue, I had to contact each vendor to cancel by myself and that's really awful. Believe me, no one wants this but what can I do. This photo booth did all the preparation for my event, design layout, choose backdrop, props... so I wasn't expected a full refund since they did provided some services. (That's also why I'm giving this review because not all my vendor gave me full refund. I totally understand that since they have their own cost too) However, Harry from this photo booth, gave me a full refund without any negotiation. I know you guys must lost a lot from the virus but thank you and I will definitely tell my family and friends to book you in the future. read more
