Harris was always responsive leading up to the event, they provided me with the photo strip template so I could apply the graphics myself no problem (I'm sure they'd do a great job if you prefer them to design the strip). I booked this vendor in February 2020 for a graduation party in May. However, the event got cancelled because of covid-19. After I got the cancellation from our venue, I had to contact each vendor to cancel by myself and that's really awful. Believe me, no one wants this but what can I do. This photo booth did all the preparation for my event, design layout, choose backdrop, props... so I wasn't expected a full refund since they did provided some services. (That's also why I'm giving this review because not all my vendor gave me full refund. I totally understand that since they have their own cost too) However, Harry from this photo booth, gave me a full refund without any negotiation.
