Thank you Pixel Photo Booth for creating awesome memories for us, and the guests at our wedding! The FLIP BOOKS and PHOTO BOOTH photos were a hit!!!! And thanks for making sure we didn't miss out on the fun too!!! Review: Pixel photo booth was a pleasure to work with. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. Diep was the main e-mail contact and she was quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. They arrived on-time, set up was quick, and their props were fun and sturdy - and lasted through the night! Their photo quality was great and the color was on-point, no one turned out greenish or orange-ish. We had them for both the FLIP BOOK and PHOTO BOOTH and our guests LOOOOVED it and had a blast taking multiple photos and making books! The prints were fast and you did not have to wait too long for them. The attendants kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. They upload all of your photos super quick and it was ready the next day for viewing on their website. They also give you a personal link to download all of the photos for your own personal album. They allow you to bring your own backdrop, if you choose, which worked out best for us. You also get to work with Shannon, their design person, and she was easy to work with and did a great job customizing our photo layout and flip book cover. Another bonus, my now-husband and I were so busy running around that we would have forgotten to make a flip book and take photos if they hadn't reminded us to. THANKS! I would definitely use them again if I have some future event that needs photo booth or flip book services. I highly recommend them for any event! read more

Pixel Photo Booth - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me

We just had a Pixel Photobooth at our wedding last week and it was an instant success. We decided to also get their flip book and people loved making their books and were amazed at how fast the books were printed and distributed. We also were able to share all the photos and videos with other friends and family. A wonderful addition to our wedding and any event!!! read more

The owner of the company immediately reached out to me and explained why things took longer than usual and rectified the situation. After hearing from him on Saturday, we already received the samples on Monday. Let me tell you, the quality of these flipbooks are good. Really good. I requested samples from multiple flipbook vendors, and many were just pictures printed on regular paper. However, the ones from Pixel were made on photo paper. They are a bit thinner than the regular paper vendors I've seen, but these will last longer (don't want people's flipbooks to fade years from now!). I think what's even more unique about this vendor is that their booths can be both flipbooks and be a photo booth. According to the website, while you're waiting for your flipbook, you can take a photo. I've researched all the flipbook vendors and this is the only company that offers this. Even though they offer more things, their prices are still competitive to the other flipbook vendors. Alas, the good people on Yelp were right about Pixel. We are very excited to use them at our wedding and will upload some sample pictures to this page after our wedding next year. :) read more

We choose Pixel Photo Booth for our wedding. The website, photo quality, and equipment are great. However, just like some reviewers have complained, the communication and the service is just terrible in my opinion. Be wary to give him the full payment until you receive all of your products. Below is my poor experience with the owner and why I would not recommend this company. 1. A month after the wedding, I called him for the digital copy of the pictures. He said he will mail it out. 2. Two weeks later, I called back for a status update. He told me that he sent the DVD last week and I should get it in a few days. 3. A week passed, I called him up and left multiple voicemails. He stopped answering my phone calls. 4. Two months passed, and I used my wife phone to call him. He was "surprised" that I did not receive the copy and he will send another copy. 5. Respectfully tried to follow up and left a couple voice messages afterwards and no response! In the end, he never sent the digital copy of our wedding pictures and I did not want to stress out dealing with him anymore. read more

We recently got married this past March 2013 and used Pixel Photo Booth. We chose them because we had good experiences with their work at other weddings and their pricing was reasonable. The technology they use is pretty impressive and top of the time. We opted for the open air photo booth to accommodate for our large groups. The guests enjoyed the Photo Booth. My disappointment (which lead me to give them an average 3 stars) was the poor communication and correspondence during the planning process and event. We exchanged a lot through email, but the response time lagged and I was misinformed about important information. I was told in an email we would have 2 attendants (which lead us to order 2 vendor meals) and only ONE showed up. The photobooth was understaffed and we didn't get as many picture prints as we hoped for (66 total). Also, I was misinformed about the final form of payment. These are both minor hiccups, but hiccups none the less that could have been prevented for us to get our monies worth. Overall, they do good work but could use some work on their professionalism. The best way to sum it up is great socially awkward techy guys. read more

Came across the Pixel Photo Booth at my boyfriend's cousin's wedding. Definitely added a little fun and excitement to the wedding. The quality of the photos is AMAZING. Super glossy and sharp, came out fast, lighting spot on. I also like the customized text at the bottom of the picture. I wish that all weddings had a PIxel Photo Booth as great as this one! read more

Another great experience with Pixel! We have Pixel at our wedding & what a great addition to our BEST DAY EVER! From booking the booth through Loi, TJ designing our print, and Diane at our actual event, the whole process was smooth and easy. We had our own backdrop but they brought a backup just in case our plans did not work out! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great company to work with and also great prints to capture your special day. We also live in Portland, OR now! They were able to take care of everything through email. VERY quick at responding to emails, thats an A++++ in my book. :) read more

It seems like Pixel Photo Booth has been at pretty much every wedding I've been to recently. They were even at a 1 year old birthday party. So much fun every time! The variety of crazy props are always a fun addition, but I think the ease of use was what impressed me. The technology they use is pretty neat too. I love the fact that the pictures print instantly. And they're not like the polaroid pictures where you have to shake them to dry. Haha! At the last event I attended, they had a standing "pod" that was different than the previous enclosed "booths" that I'm used to seeing. It had a touch screen in the front and you'd collect your pictures in the back. Neat and clean, with no messy wires. Pretty cool and very modern, I'd say! 5 stars for the friendly and attentive staff and especially for the good times! read more

Hieu Vu from Pixel Photo Booth was extremely gracious and very nice. He was the person in charge of the booth for the Gala fundraising event hosted by Project Motiavate, a non-profit mentoring organization which i am deeply connected to and have been volunteering with, for the past 3-4 years. I remember having so much with the photo "booth." At our event, we did not have a booth (we had a large backdrop), which i personally like better b/c i dont feel restricted (like how you would in those typical booths). We were able to squeeze about 5-10 ppl in the photo if we wanted. But again, its all about preference and i am sure they offer both syles. The props were super fun and my favorite was the picture frame prop. I remember going up to Hieu to thank him personally, for generously donating his time and services to our fundraising event. I think having this photo booth for our event really impressed our guests and brought a whole new FUN element to the night. Thank you again, Hieu from Pixel Photo Booth for supporting a great cause. So Yelpers, doing business with a company that gives back to the community is not just good karma. But you wont regret hiring them; the moments captured on the photos is memorable and priceless!!! read more

I just threw a 50th Birthday Party for my wife and I must say, our Pixel Photo Booth was the highlight of an already memorable Party. You cannot go wrong with these guys, professional, courteous, very accommodating and with the best price points of any of the Flip/ Photo companies. Highly recommend having Pixel do your next party. I know we, and all our friends will. BC read more

I recently had the pleasure of working with Hieu Vu and Pixel Photobooth. I found Pixel Photo booth on The Villa's Preferred Vendor list and though I would not recommend The Villa to anyone after just having my wedding there this last Saturday, I can honestly say that Pixel Photo booth exemplifies superior character and service. Hieu took very good care of me. He delivered an outstanding design for both my picture booth and thank you pictures. I showed him some samples of the theme I was going for and of course I got exactly what I wanted. Good work and wonderful service does not go unnoticed with me. I've experience poor service and poorer business practice especially while planing my wedding. Subpar service and sketchy business ethics is what you will find at venues like The Villa. If you're in the market for great service, respectable business practice and a high end photo booth for your next event, look no further. =) read more

I booked Pixel for my company's holiday party and they were so great to work with. Really responsive, great rates and they came up with a wonderful customized design for our event. Our photo booth attendant, William, couldn't have been better. He was flexible, friendly and kept the operation running smoothly the entire time he was there. I would fully recommend Pixel and hope to book them again for a future event. read more

I definitely recommend Pixel Photo Booth. We booked Pixel for our wedding and it made the night all the more enjoyable, especially for the guests. And now for us, we have hundreds of wonderful photos of our guests hamming it up in front of the camera (we chose the package with the props and the scrapbook). The only complaint, and it wasn't ours, was a guest said that he wished that the attendant was there the whole time to guide guests who were not familiar with photo booths. Another guest told us the opposite though, that she liked the way the attendant was there the entire time guiding the guests. Overall, we thought Hieu did a great job and we were extremely satisfied. read more

My wedding was on 5/19/12 at the Hilton, Irvine and everyone loved PIXEL. Thank you Loi and PIXEL for being a BIG part of the FUN!!!! My family and friends had such a good time with the new booth. I LOVED the fact that we did not have to cram into a booth. EVERYONE should try the new booth. The booth is sleek and open. Hence, the more the merrier! It definitely was the hit of my wedding. Loi - Super professional and he was there the whole time. Not to mention he assisted in the long line and helped center the guests. Quality - A+++ The photos came out right away and the quality was perfect. hmmm.. when is the next event to have PIXEL?? WE LOVE PIXEL!!! read more

My cousin booked them for their wedding and we enjoyed them enough to book them four our own wedding. It went smoothly. No issues and pictures came out great with all the high resolution pics downloadable. thank you! read more

Pixel Photo Booth is simply amazing! They were hired for my brother's wedding. With unlimited photos, its hard to take just one picture. Pixel loads all the pictures from the event online within a few days. This added service is really cool because you can see other guests' silly pictures and just recount the memories of the night. Unlike other booths, the Pixel booth is so well built that it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb from the elegant wedding decor. Their onsite staff was helpful, friendly and well dressed; so they too blended in well. Overall, I highly recommend Pixel Photo Booth. read more

I attended my cousin's wedding and Pixel was there. I think photo booths are a great idea to have at your wedding. It was fun taking pix with all of our friends and family. They had some cool props like pimp hats and big sunglasses. Pix printed out instantly and we got to do a scrapbook page for the bride and groom for them to keep. A huge plus was that you could fit like 15 pplz in there! read more

Pixel Photo Booth was wonderful and was so easy to work with. We used them for instant photo and photo booth. We asked for a certain photo booth layout design and they were very quick to customize it and make both layout fit into our wedding colors. Day of the wedding they were set up and ready to go. Their staff is amazing and very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to book Pixel. read more

I recently used Pixel at my wedding and they were great! They were the hit of the wedding. My guests loved taking pictures and putting them in the scrapbook. And, they could keep a copy for themselves! Hieu from Pixel was great, he was very easy to work with and helpful. I think the the best part was flipping through the scrapbook the day after the wedding and laughing at all the hilarious pictures of all the guests. They were very creative with the construction paper and scissors! It was nice to have something to remember the night right away. Also, the customized background of the pictures made it special and the props were great. I think that one of the feather boas got trampled, but that is what happens when you put 10 people in one booth. Thanks again Pixel for making our wedding so fun! read more

i never take the time to sign up for these things and post reviews. But Hieu @ pixel did an awesome job, so i thought the least i could do was write him a review. Emailed Hieu with a tight turnaround, and he got everything up and running within a 48 hour time window. What turned out to be a last minute addition to the wedding turned out to be one of the main attractions. The photo booth attendants were very nice people and made everything as smooth as possible. I didn't catch their names though. Hopefully Hieu responds to this review with their names to give them some well deserved recognition. All in all, great service, staff, props, and price. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good reliable photo booth service. read more

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!!! We used Pixel for the photo booth/Flip Book combo and it was a hit! All the guests love the Flip book and thought the attendants were all super friendly! From the beginning of contacting Pixel, they have provided nothing but AMAZING service! I definitely recommend them! read more

Thanks Loi for a DINO-mite photo booth experience and letting us use our dinosaur props for our reception. We love how our design turned out on the bottom of our photo strip! Loi came early to set-up and although the venue was giving us a hard time about not removing one of the tables to give Loi more space to set-up, Loi was patient and tried to make things work given the room he was allotted. Eventually we did get the table removed so that solved that problem. My cousin was basically my coordinator for the evening and of course with everything going on, checking in on Loi was not at the top of my list with all the places I had to be at throughout the evening that it wasn't until the next day when I spoke with my cousin did I realize that I had completely neglected him. I didn't check in to make sure he needed water or if he needed to use the restroom since he was the only one running the booth. But Loi didn't complain and everyone said they had a great interaction with him. I don't know about you, if I didn't get anything to drink or eat and I'm stuck at one place, I'd be pretty angry, but not Loi. So moral of this review is, for a pleasant experience that was very reasonably priced and ran by a professional that has the utmost patience, I hope you get Loi for your next event. read more

Photo booths have become a staple these days for any event, especially at weddings. The Pixel Photo Booth staff is incredible! I witnessed them work a 360 guest wedding for 6+ hours. The guys were friendly and did a great job not only with the photo booth, but they also took pics for every guest that wanted a photo opp with the newly wed couple. They printed out the pics for you instantly. A great memento for everyone to remember the special occasion. The photo booth was nice bc guests were also able to record a message to the couple inside the booth. That was something different that I never saw before with other photo booth companies. Great service, product and awesome staff! Highly recommend for those in SoCal interested in booking a photo booth or photography business. read more

We used pixelbooth for our wedding at the smog shoppe on 2/14/14. Loved them. The pictures come out super clear and your skin just looks flawless. Everyone looked so good! They help customize the "frame" that goes around the photo and they matched it to our invitations. The flip book aspect was just so cool and different. I These acted as our wedding favors. After the event, Pixel sent us the digital photos and digital gifs (of the flipbooks) which were super hilarious. I saw that I was missing a few prints so they mailed me some which I thought was very nice. I recommended to our venue to add them to their preferred vendor list. One thing though is that the backdrop was black. I was wearing white of course but other people in dark suits kind of just looked DARK. I'm not sure what kind of background would be better but it's something to think about. The bride wearing white has NOTHING to worry about. The black background was a nice contrast to the white so I was happy. read more

Pixel Photo Booth is a great company that not only provides great service, but also reaches out to the community. Project MotiVATe, a non-profit mentorship program, worked with Pixel Photo Booth last month for our annual benefit gala and was impressed by the quality of their products and service. Having them apart of our event added a fun experience to the night that the guests could take home with them. We definitely appreciate Pixel Photo Booth and the lasting memories that they have provided for us and our guest :) read more

We wanted to have a Photobooth at our daughter's first birthday party for our guests to enjoy & to take home a little memorabilia... After reading all the reviews on Pixel, we inquired with Hieu, the owner. Working with Hieu has been so easy & pleasant... Pixel design team customize the photo card for us to fit our "hot air balloon" theme, it was great. The staff that came to our event was professional & accommodating to all the kiddies who loved playing with the prop box. The booth gave a good amount of space between each shot. The pics came out clear & the developed picture was fast. All our guests were able to take multiple pictures & we love that we're able to view all the pictures online. Highly recommend this vendor for your next event. read more

We just had Pixel at our Girl Scout Bowling event and they were AWESOME!!! So easy to work with prior to the event and the guys that hosted our two open-air booths were fun and so accommodating! There is no question I would highly recommend them!!! read more

FABULOUS!!! Top notch. This photo booth seriously MADE my party. They arrived on time and set up the outdoor booth and brought a great box of props. The photos were uploaded within 24 hours and the print outs for fantastic. The print outs take seconds - so your guests can take tons of photos. You work with the company to design your own background and print layout which was really awesome and added a personal touch. I HIGHLY recommend Pixel and I will use them at all future parties. read more

I have been to quite a few weddings with photobooth service but I would have to say that the photos generated from Pixelbooth have been by far the best in quality. You really pay for what you get and these guys were great to work with for my wedding and were very attentive, accommodating, and professional. They made sure that enough copies of photos were printed out for our guests during the evening. Book with Pixelbooth! You won't regret it! read more

Quite honestly before our wedding, I cared less for photobooths. In fact, we weren't even going to book a photobooth until we decided to take "Thank You" photos with guests, and changed our minds 1.5 months before our wedding date. And boy, have our impressions changed and boy, are we glad we booked Pixel! Firstly, the quality of photos that Pixel produced were amazing. You especially know when the photobooth photos are good enough to become guests' profile picture! Secondly, Pixel is not just a photobooth. We ordered the Open Air Photobooth, and we were able to take single-shot "Thank you" photos with guests when they arrived during cocktail hour. When reception began, we were able to smoothly transition into the traditional 4-shot photo. We were able to fit so many more people in the open air booth!! Thirdly, staff have been really amazing!! Diep helped me throughout the booking process. We upgraded on our backdrop to a damask backdrop, and I was a little nervous on how that backdrop would come out to be. Diep met with us for literally 5 seconds just to show us the backdrop and get our approval. How great is that?? Shannon helped us design the photobooth print-out design. She was also great, and would send us drafts in the middle of the night!! Dedication right there - this group works around the clock for their clients! One thing I might add though is that you will need to provide as many files, graphics, pictures, text fonts, etc to them as possible. Lastly, but not least, WILLIAM, our photobooth attendant was sooooo great. He was fluent in both Vietnamese and English, and it really helped with our older guests. He was also great with kids!! =) He interacted with our guests, and didn't just sit around like many other attendants I've seen in the past. As newlyweds, we had such a blast going through all our guest photos, and saw that our guests had a good time. The photobooth definitely captured lots of moments that we missed!! We are so glad we booked Pixel, and definitely recommend Pixel for weddings, and any event!! read more

The Pixel Photo booth was a total hit at our wedding! Every guest that attended said that it was such a great idea! Almost every minute, someone was in that photo booth taking pictures! We actually added one more hour of time to the contract because the line was so long! I especially enjoyed the scrapbook that the guests were decorating with their own pictures (since they print out 2 copies, one for the scrapbook and one for the guests) Plus, you get a CD with everyone's pictures at the end! What a treat to sit down later and see everyone having a good time and dressing up with all the props that they brought for us! The quality of the picture is amazing! It doesn't look like a regular photo booth picture, but rather like a professional photographer with HD camera! Hieu was great! He set up before the reception and got the photo booth running smoothly through out the reception. It felt so reassuring knowing that he was there to help out in case we had any questions. Thanks Hieu for being so professional! read more

Everything was great! We had a friend design a picture and were able to get it on the picture sheet. Diep responded to emails in a timely manner. The flip books were a great hit and it was fun to get a copy of all of them and watch. We were able to bring some additional props to add to the theme of the wedding. The poor attendants were out in the cold for the event but were great sports about it. One of the most competitive prices out there. Overall, great to work with! read more

Thank you, Pixel Photo Booth for being so great to work with! My husband and I hired Pixel Photo Booth as our wedding flipbook and photo book vendor. Throughout the whole process, they were great to work with. They helped us create creative flipbook covers that matched our theme, had the best props for our guests and were extremely reliable. A big thing that stands out to us about them is that on the day of our event, they were extremely courteous to all of our guests. We had a 400+ guest wedding, but Pixel Photo Booth was extremely respectful to all of our guests and made sure to keep the line moving. This was definitely the perfect choice when it came to choosing a photo booth for my wedding day. Very professional and friendly. The quality of the photos were amazing. We hired Pixel for our corporate holiday party this year in Costa Mesa and the photo booth was a huge hit. Everyone enjoyed it and we even ended up extending our package for an additional hour because so many guests wanted to continue taking pictures. Hieu with Pixel was great to work with and made setting everything up a breeze, as well as customizing an awesome design with our logo for the prints which complimented the theme of the party. Furthermore, I researched four other local photo booth companies beforehand and Pixel's price was easily the most competitive. I definitely recommend Hieu Vu and Pixel Photo Booth as a cost-effective, fun and easy addition to any event. read more

Pixel Photo Booth exceeded all of our expectations. I worked with Hieu to get a photo booth for our fundraising event. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions and even brought up some things that we didn't even think of. When the day came, everything worked like clockwork. They came early to setup and had everything in place before we opened the doors, you would think this goes without saying but there have been plenty of times where we were disappointed by other vendors not being ready when they said they would be. The booth was sleek and state of the art. It didn't stick out like a sore thumb. Photos were high quality, and printed fast which was necessary because the line never ended. It was very easy to use and even kid friendly. They provided us with 3 copies of all photos; the pictures themselves, a photobook, and they even post the pictures online. The guys at Pixel made the day easier to manage, so we can worry about other things. These guys are professional, courteous, and dependable. Definitely look forward to booking them for our next event. read more
