Helpful, accommodating. They are part of the Costco Auto Program, which comes in clutch. I love that they have such a great selection of cars. Some other dealerships have a small inventory of available vehicles, but I have consistently enjoyed the many options here. I appreciate that they have a Starbucks on site, with a nearby seating area where I can work for a few hours and keep my laptop/phones juiced up. This location is down the street from a bunch of eateries, shops and other areas to visit if you need to kill time.

The difference was night and day. From the moment I walked in, I was treated like a valued customer rather than someone to squeeze every possible dollar from. I explained exactly what I was looking for - a Palisade Calligraphy in specific exterior and interior colors. Rather than trying to push me toward whatever was easiest for them, they actually listened and found me the exact vehicle I wanted. The pricing discussion was straightforward and transparent. No games, no "let me talk to my manager" runaround, no mysterious markups justified by vague claims about "high demand." Just honest, professional service and fair pricing that made sense. What really stood out was being treated with respect throughout the entire process. They tried to upsell me on getting a 15k mile check and I declined, came with cabin air filter, engine air filter, etc. I can do that on my own. So, today, the very next day Tuesday, June 23. I changed my cabin air filter. I'm about to change my engine air filter and when I open the engine bay, I'm shocked to see oil sprayed everywhere... I found the issue, do you see it? The mechanic didn't put the dip-stick all the way back... THANK GOD I checked the next day! So, that'll be my last time going there. I'd recommend going to Harbor Hyundai. It only took 3 hours for the same maintenance (w/ recalls). I left my car at 8am at South Bay Hyundai and at 2pm it wasn't done, even though I saw it just sitting in the back lot, no call or anything. UPDATE: They didn't even use the right oil. My Santa Fe XRT is supposed to be 0W-30. The sticker says 5W-20
