Overall it was a bust and repairing it wasn't worth it but I appreciated the honesty and thorough evaluation. The garage itself has access through the alley, street entrance is pretty busy. We communicated via text and phone but during drop off and pick up the main guy wasn't around. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). Overall a good experience despite the fact that my car is officially dead!

After i booked online, the inspector, Dabo contacted me right away to confirm the details, and he arrived at the dealership on time. Even though the vehicle wasn't there (in a warehouse), he waited for them to bring the vehicle to the dealership. Dabo inspected the vehicle thoroughly, and told me of all the various issues he found on the vehicle, and i'm really glad i did not buy it cause it would have been a headache and cost thousands of dollars to repair all the issues the dealership was hiding on the vehicle. I was satisfied with the report (along with pictures) that were provided promptly after the inspection was completed. Because i did not buy the vehicle, i wanted to have another inspection on another vehicle that very same day, and i'm very glad Dabo was able to accomodate my request. Dabo again inspected the vehicle, told me about the issues on the vehicle, and again he saved me a headache because i was able to make a deal with the dealership to fix those issues that he found on the vehicle before i purchased it. He also provided the inspection report promptly. All in all, my experience with inspectiver was very positive. Dabo was very friendly, professional, and his experience in talking about issues that he found on the vehicle was very helpful for my purchasing decisions. In addition, I feel like the price inspectiver charges for doing a pre-purchase inspection is quite reasonable. If i had to buy another vehicle, i would use inspectiver again.

Customers are sent a link that lets them check the progress of the inspection and the report. My report was detailed and informative. I called Inspectiver directly for clarification on their summary and recommendation. The rep on I spoke with was incredibly helpful and reinforced the inspector's recommendations on how to proceed. Having a trusted service to inspect a used car before you make a purchase is crucial. I highly recommend Inspectiver to do the job!

I've been coming to Pacific Subaru ever since I got my Outback, and I have to say they've always…read moretreated me like family. Everyone there is cool, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to. They treat you like a longtime friend, not just another customer walking through the door. I've never felt pressured or like someone was just trying to make a buck off me. Over the years, I've brought my Outback in for all kinds of things. They've handled the regular maintenance, fixed a nail in my tire free of charge, and helped diagnose and repair an electrical issue without any hassle. Most recently, I had to replace a cracked windshield--thanks to a gravel truck. They gave me a great price, installed the new windshield, and calibrated the EyeSight system correctly. I couldn't be happier. Not having to stare at that giant crack every time I drive is a beautiful thing! Hahahaha. Now, to be completely honest, some repairs and services can be expensive. But when you have technicians who truly know what they're doing, take care of your vehicle properly, and seem to care about it almost as much as you do, that's a win-win in my book. I also want to give a special shout-out to Brandon. He is awesome in every way. He's professional, knowledgeable, and just an all-around great guy. I never write reviews but…read more.. I came in to purchase a 2019 Subaru Impreza with a 720 credit score and $5,000 cash down -- a serious buyer ready to sign. During the financing process they tried to slip a $1,000 USWC warranty package into my contract without clearly disclosing it, which kept my monthly payment the same while quietly increasing my total loan amount. I caught it and had it removed. They agreed to a car wash as part of the deal, but after the wash was done the car was still visibly dirty. It was at that point I reasonably asked for a full detail to make sure the car I was about to spend $20,000 on was actually clean. Along with that I asked for a full tank of gas and an oil change credit -- basic customer appreciation on a deal of this size. Manager Manny Alba refused all three requests and told me the dealer was 'losing money' and that they sell hundreds of cars. That response from Manny ended the deal. I took my $5,000 back and walked out. A manager who talks to customers like that before they sign says everything about how you'll be treated after. Read every page of your contract carefully here -- especially the itemization page where add-ons can quietly appear. There are dealers in LA who actually value your business.
