    Alex and his team were awesome to work with! I came in to check out a Lexus LC500, sat in it, and realized immediately it wasn't for me. I thanked them and was about to leave when the owner came out to thank me for coming and asked if he could help show me anything else. It just so happened that they had my dream car for sale for a great and affordable price! Most dealers require the salesperson to be in the car with you for a test drive, which sucks when you're looking at a two seater and your girlfriend is with you and can't come along for the ride. He just said, "take it for a spin, enjoy it, and take your time to get a good feel for it." Long story short, I ended up buying my dream car, a Mercedes AMG GTS, here. It was definitively a great experience and I will be buying my future exotic cars from Alex directly. We've all had those crap car buying experiences where the process is stressful, dishonest, and unnecessarily time consuming... these guys made it fun, relaxing, and enjoyable. I felt like $1,000,000 when I drove off the lot. Thanks Alex!

    One of the most pleasant buying experiences ever PERIOD. Walked in to check out a Macan S and walked out with a Macan S, and traded in my RCF. The whole process was an hour and no pressure!     Just bought a 2018 Range Rover from them on 10/16/21, the car is great, process was simple. I walked in, did the paperwork, and went home with the car. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Neil was great and so was the other gentleman.

    What can I say.... this is where I found my hard to find white on black 997 WITH a proper 6 speed and hardtop. When your a car buff, this is the type of dealership you wanna see. Their lineup and inventory is highly impressive. Immaculate high end vehicles all around. Quality is top notch and service is bar non. Between Kevin, Andy and Alex, it's a guarantee win win as far as experience goes. They treat you like family whether you purchase or not. - no haggle - no upsale - no pressure - no BS! Thank you so much for being very responsive to my questions and transparent with pricing! I am very happy with the service you provided and I would be happy to recommend you to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car in the future. Kenia is one of the Internet Managers at the Manhattan Beach Toyota dealership and I was mainly communicating with her through text messages. I found her through an affiliate website. Right away she was very responsive in answering me. No BS, no games. She told me the car I wanted was out of stock but she would let me know when it was available. It took a few weeks but she helped me find the car that I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me one that was currently available on their lot. When I came in for a test drive she did not rush me. I felt no pressure at all as I was walking around the car. After all the paperwork was signed, instead of just giving me the keys to drive off, Kenia took the time to show me all the features of the car. For months I had reached out to many dealerships within a 100 mile radius asking for out the door pricing. Some dealerships wanted me to make a deposit upfront, others tried to push options I did not want and refused to remove them when i asked. Most dealerships would stop communication if they did not have what I was asking for. It was like pulling teeth trying to get transparent numbers with other dealers. Kenia really stood out because there was no hesitation with providing the final out the door pricing, and it still beat out most of the competition. Everything she presented was clearly laid out when I asked her to break it down. If you are buying a new car, make sure to do your research! Know what you want, get comparables from other dealerships, and do not rush. Be patient! If you do find the Toyota you are looking for at a different dealership, I would still recommend giving Manhattan Beach Toyota a call and give them a chance to earn your business. You might just be pleasantly surprised with the experience.

I went through 6 months of promises before I called the bank to cancel the agreement and return the loaner. The owner signed a contract to return my deposit within 30 days. And nothing. I am taking them to small claims. I should have known better when I walked in to a disgusting office with ash and files and trash everywhere. They took my $6000 deposit- sold me a lemon, signed a contract to cancel and return my deposit, and then kept postponing my repayment. I'm literally in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and small claims. The bank had no issue canceling my loan AS THE CONTRACT WAS NEVER FULFILLED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!! THEY STOLE MY $6000!!!!

    I never write reviews but…read more.. I came in to purchase a 2019 Subaru Impreza with a 720 credit score and $5,000 cash down -- a serious buyer ready to sign. During the financing process they tried to slip a $1,000 USWC warranty package into my contract without clearly disclosing it, which kept my monthly payment the same while quietly increasing my total loan amount. I caught it and had it removed. They agreed to a car wash as part of the deal, but after the wash was done the car was still visibly dirty. It was at that point I reasonably asked for a full detail to make sure the car I was about to spend $20,000 on was actually clean. Along with that I asked for a full tank of gas and an oil change credit -- basic customer appreciation on a deal of this size. Manager Manny Alba refused all three requests and told me the dealer was 'losing money' and that they sell hundreds of cars. That response from Manny ended the deal. I took my $5,000 back and walked out. A manager who talks to customers like that before they sign says everything about how you'll be treated after. Read every page of your contract carefully here -- especially the itemization page where add-ons can quietly appear. There are dealers in LA who actually value your business. So it turns out that the vehicle we were interested in did not work out with the previous buyer who bought it impulsively. Sebastian kept in contact with me to let me know that the vehicle would be available for purchase again. Alejandro & Javier assisted me on the day of sale. Miguel, the manager, spoke with me personally and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. Because of these guys, my faith has been restored. I would advise purchasing the extended warranty, but they will lower the price with some pushback. As soon as I got home with my car, one of the headlamps was not working. Turns out to be a technician fault, as the connector plug was removed during the engine cleaning process before putting the car on the lot. Always ask questions for a full demonstration of all mechanical and electronic systems. These are fleet (rental) vehicles, so their history is unknown, but they do a good of servicing while in their possession. Once you purchase a vehicle, you'll be directed to a 3rd party provider for service. They won't tell you this until you have an issues and request support. I'm not disappointed with the vehicle, but honest up-front should be a priority.

I'm 65 so I have purchased a lot of cars in my life, and this was BY FAR the easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. They found me the exact car I wanted, worked with me on all the bells and whistles and got me off the lot with my new car for far less than I expected to pay. I just can't say enough about what a pleasant experience it was. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and helpful and I felt very comfortable. And I love my new car!

    I recently brought my vehicle into this dealership for a recall service and unfortunately had a…read morevery disappointing experience. When I dropped off my car, the paint on the hood was in good condition with no clear coat damage or chipping. After picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed multiple areas of chipped paint -- some down to primer and even bare metal -- along with visible clear coat damage and stripped coating on the hood. I brought this to the attention of the service manager, but instead of properly addressing the concern, I was told the damage was caused by "rocks" and that the clear coat stripping was due to "water penetration." These explanations do not make sense given that the vehicle was in the dealership's possession during the service and did not have these issues beforehand. I The vehicle was also washed by the dealership during service. Given that the paint damage and stripped coating appeared immediately after pickup, it is reasonable to conclude the damage may have occurred during that process, especially considering the severity of the clear coat removal." This appears to be a clear case of lot damage that occurred while the vehicle was under the dealership's care. The lack of accountability and dismissal of the issue by management is extremely concerning. I am not questioning warranty coverage -- I am pointing out that my vehicle was returned to me in worse condition than when I left it, which should fall under dealership responsibility. Keep in mind this is a 2024 Mustang - damage to the paint at that severity and not taking accountability is not professional. I am hoping this can still be resolved properly, but based on my current experience, I would advise others to thoroughly inspect their vehicles before and after service.
