    Audi Pacific hooked us up! Da'jhan and Mo helped us get into TWO Q5 vehicles last week. We were so happy with the deal we got to get two of them. We did the deal in under 90 mins and Inna in Finance did not mess around, she got us done quick at our request. Upon pick up, Da'jhan sent a lot of time getting the bells and whistles / electronics dialed in. SOOO happy! We bought another car here in the last 10 years, knew we'd get a good deal here, walked out of there without pressure and feeling like we got hammered. VERY pleasant experience.

    I thought I would give this dealership another crack since they are the closest to my house and it was raining. I had a decent experience last year with my RS eTron GT Project_513/2 for SW updates/recalls, but then they (and other dealers in LA) were not able to figure out an issue- even with Audi Technical Support and Customer Experience Center- that's a different issue. But the service director, Paul Lee personally came out and sat with me to identify and discuss the issue and since it was the 1st time seeing this issue on a very rare car. Yesterday, I brought my 2023 Q5 in Pacific Service since the power telescopic tilt button on the Q5 was not in its proper position- slightly depressed in and angled down so one could not lower the steering wheel. I only chose to go to Pacific since it was the closest dealer in the rain and they said getting a loaner "hasn't been a problem." [Background, car was at Audi Long Beach the day before for oil change, but I forgot about the steering column button issue]. Upon arrival, I was greeted and met Service Advisor, Jonathan. He seemed nice enough. Once I told him of the main issue- he went to physically inspect it and got the shop foreman to look at it to see if it was something easy to fix. [and another on-going MMI and Bluetooth issue that's known across most Audi platforms.] He came back and said that it looks like "outside influence" and that's not under warranty. It would cost $310. "If it was something easy to unbolt a screw, I would just do it for you, but you have to drop the entire steering column." I declined. He also said that if your car was just at another dealer- you should go back to the selling dealer (not possible since in San Diego) or the most recent service dealer since you have a relationship with them on THIS car. This button is on the lower left side of the steering column and slightly recessed. One of the clips on the inside was not holding it in proper position, but the inuendo that "we" broke this is absurd. There's no physical damage. This is the 1st time (and likely last) that this car has been brought to them- I had a terrible experience with a previous service writer several years ago on my eTron SUV where I asked for my keys back and would not return while he was still working there. He reluctantly wrote up the paperwork for the MMI/Bluetooth issue. One plus- I did get a loaner. (Ebin was great- 5 stars to him) When I returned in the afternoon to pick up the car- pending software solution- and they would promise to call me once SW update available (I've been promised that on my previous Audi's and still waiting for those calls). I will appreciate Jonathan's frankness. He said that I should take the Q5 back to Long Beach or BH since I have had the car serviced there before and since I have an established relationship with them on THAT car- they had more leeway to offer "goodwill" and cover that issue. I was shocked that when he told me that the button was now inside the steering column since the foreman pushed it in while trying to assess. When I actually got into the vehicle- there was now an open hole in the lower steering column and a loose button. Since this was caused by the foreman and it was returned this way- this is not returning the vehicle in the same condition as it was brought it. Not taking responsibility since I declined their $310 charge. Not acceptable. What's more outrageous- I took Jonathan's advice and went back to my regular service advisor at Long Beach today. (Charles is awesome). He not only greeted me when I pulled up- he already saw my note- personally took the vehicle straight into the service. In 15 minutes, the car was ready. Not even paperwork needed since it was a single Torx screw to remove the lower steering column plastic panel and put the power control button back into proper place. I even got a snack in their new comfortable, location. I won't be returning to Pacific- fool me once, fool me twice.

    Buying a new car is never fun. I had originally hired a broker and that didn't pan out either. So I reached out to Pacific and Dallah in sales took my best online offer and not only matched it but made it better. He knew I was ready to pull the trigger but wanted a hassle free process and that he delivered. We did everything over the phone and he had my exact car waiting for me. Next time you're looking for an Audi reach out to him. He won't waste your time. Overall 5* star service at this dealership.

I went through 6 months of promises before I called the bank to cancel the agreement and return the loaner. The owner signed a contract to return my deposit within 30 days. And nothing. I am taking them to small claims. I should have known better when I walked in to a disgusting office with ash and files and trash everywhere. They took my $6000 deposit- sold me a lemon, signed a contract to cancel and return my deposit, and then kept postponing my repayment. I'm literally in the process of filing a complaint with the BBB and small claims. The bank had no issue canceling my loan AS THE CONTRACT WAS NEVER FULFILLED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!! THEY STOLE MY $6000!!!!

I am very happy with the service you provided and I would be happy to recommend you to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car in the future. Kenia is one of the Internet Managers at the Manhattan Beach Toyota dealership and I was mainly communicating with her through text messages. I found her through an affiliate website. Right away she was very responsive in answering me. No BS, no games. She told me the car I wanted was out of stock but she would let me know when it was available. It took a few weeks but she helped me find the car that I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me one that was currently available on their lot. When I came in for a test drive she did not rush me. I felt no pressure at all as I was walking around the car. After all the paperwork was signed, instead of just giving me the keys to drive off, Kenia took the time to show me all the features of the car. For months I had reached out to many dealerships within a 100 mile radius asking for out the door pricing. Some dealerships wanted me to make a deposit upfront, others tried to push options I did not want and refused to remove them when i asked. Most dealerships would stop communication if they did not have what I was asking for. It was like pulling teeth trying to get transparent numbers with other dealers. Kenia really stood out because there was no hesitation with providing the final out the door pricing, and it still beat out most of the competition. Everything she presented was clearly laid out when I asked her to break it down. If you are buying a new car, make sure to do your research! Know what you want, get comparables from other dealerships, and do not rush. Be patient! If you do find the Toyota you are looking for at a different dealership, I would still recommend giving Manhattan Beach Toyota a call and give them a chance to earn your business. I would advise purchasing the extended warranty, but they will lower the price with some pushback. As soon as I got home with my car, one of the headlamps was not working. Turns out to be a technician fault, as the connector plug was removed during the engine cleaning process before putting the car on the lot. Always ask questions for a full demonstration of all mechanical and electronic systems. These are fleet (rental) vehicles, so their history is unknown, but they do a good of servicing while in their possession. Once you purchase a vehicle, you'll be directed to a 3rd party provider for service. They won't tell you this until you have an issues and request support. I'm not disappointed with the vehicle, but honest up-front should be a priority.

Purchasing the vehicle was an easy process. We offered full cash for the vehicle and asked if the price would be negotiable, there was little to no wiggle room, so we did half cash and half finance. Drove the vehicle home the same day. On Thanksgiving evening (on our way out) the transmission went out while on the freeway. Car was loaded with the entire family, had to get the car towed to the mechanic while Ubering to our destination. We spent a couple thousand dollars in fixing the transmission, and a few hundred bucks on the tow truck along with the uber on Thanksgiving night. We haven't driven the truck for even 1000 miles and already replaced the transmission, which gives this place a 1 star rating. We did not call when the transmission went out, didn't think we'd get any consideration since we were considered owners of the vehicle already. However, we called 1-week after they responded to our google review and until today, we have not received follow up. If a follow up is received, I will post an update. The entire family was friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process. My conclusion on this experience: I purchased a used vehicle at Hawthorne Motors Express and the transmission went out 3 months after owning it. *we are proud owners of 2 previously owned vehicles, which were purchased from Enterprise Car Sales. I know where I'll be going for my next car.

What really stood out was being treated with respect throughout the entire process. I left Downey Hyundai. I bought from Southbay Hyundai. That should tell you everything you need to know. If you're in the market for a Hyundai, save yourself the frustration and start at Southbay. It also costs so much time out of your day. My last service surpassed a thousand dollars just for some fluid changes and they told me they would drive the car up for me. So I waited outside for my car. He took my car fob, then turned around and handed me back the fob because he changed his mind. He just pointed at my car in the other parking lot and said "there it is, it's over there" so I had to walk to the other lot with my stroller and fussy toddler in my arms to get the car myself. Really fake customer service here. They just want your money. For the amount of money I spent, they couldn't even help me a little bit by driving the car up. Ridiculous.
