    My husband and I are lucky to have been introduced to Brandon T (internet sales mgr) in our quest for my dream car. We live near two other Lexus dealerships, but chose to drive 50 miles away from home because Brandon gave us the best deal and tended to our needs. He responded to my emails, calls and texts in a timely fashion. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, cordial and professional throughout. Within a span of a few days, we went from initial contact, to locating her dream car, and finally executing the purchase in a seamless fashion. Finance had us in and out in about 15-20 minutes. This was personally, the easiest transaction I have experienced when buying a car. I wouldn't hesitate to refer friends and family to Brandon. Thank you Brandon!     I brought my car yesterday, April 16 at LEXUS South Bay every time I come here for the maintenance of my Lexus RX 350. I am always thankful for the help of the staff at the service center especially to Jessica Rodriguez. She always explained to me what job needed to be done and of course, she's very knowledgeable courteous and very professional. I'm also thankful to Leslie for always providing me a courtesy car so I can do my errands while my car is at service, this place is great. All the staff are very helpful and of course the waiting area is nice and clean. Highly recommended and greatly appreciated. Thank you to you all guys. See you again on my next periodic maintenance KUDOS to you all.

    Spray painted dashboard plastic trim, rubbing off in some places.

    Poor experience with Dino at South Bay Lexus. Dino knew I was flying in to purchase a specific 2019 Lexus and he did not disclose the center dash trim panel was spray painted and done so without removing it from the car. This resulted in paint on the surrounding vents, hazard button and leather dashboard. To make matters worse it was starting to wear off showing patches of the original finish in the center of the dashboard. Dino tells me he did not notice it. However he never examined the problem in my presence nor did he even sit in the front seat leading me to believe he was fully aware of it. Instead, while I was examining the spray painted areas, Dino was trying to call my attention to other areas of the car. I've owned a few Lexus's in the past and always trusted the brand in quality and service. Wasting a full day and $1,000 in related expenses due to lack of transparency diminishes the brand for me.

    Update Was called by the managers to bring the car in to see what can be done. They sent me to tow truck free of charge to pick up the car from my home. It took about 2 months in the shop for me to get it back but it's understandable for what they did. So pretty much the car needed a new engine they were able to order me a used engine with about 18000 miles for the car and replaced the old one. It has been 2 months that I had the car with the engine with no problems. Southbay Lexus kept there word and fixed all the issues with vehicle. And salesman Nokia my apologies he wouldn't have knew the car was going to randomly blow up.

    We have had the pleasure of having Enrique as our sales representative since his days at Santa Monica Lexus. His customer service skills are outstanding that we had to follow him to South Bay. Enrique took the time to throughly answer all my questions on the new vehicle my family and I were purchasing. Even after the long process of it all, he still made sure to take his time explaining all the features on the car, including all the technology available. We're never disappointed with his dedication to make sure the customer leaves satisfied and feeling fully educated. Making a car purchase is a big step and Enrique and the team at South Bay did their best to ensure it was a smooth one!

We have had excellent past experiences with Jaguar and Land Rover of South Bay. This most recent one was no exception. In fact, my dealing with T.C. Collins was exceptional. He was very knowledgable about the vehicle, professional and courteous to the max. On a test drive, he proudly pointed out the amazing features and handling. Our negotiations were straightforward, and they gave a very fair price for my trade-in as well as current incentives. I would wholeheartedly recommend T.C. who even offered to stop by our home if there were any questions or issues with our Jag. Jaguar also has a program with QMerit that will cover the cost of the ChargePoint charger and the installation. This is an excellent time to buy or lease an EV with rebates from the federal government, as well as the State of California (if qualified) and SCE, too. We have also had excellent service experiences with Nate and the service staff for Jaguar and Land Rover (another plus;)!

Purchasing the vehicle was an easy process. We offered full cash for the vehicle and asked if the price would be negotiable, there was little to no wiggle room, so we did half cash and half finance. Drove the vehicle home the same day. On Thanksgiving evening (on our way out) the transmission went out while on the freeway. Car was loaded with the entire family, had to get the car towed to the mechanic while Ubering to our destination. We spent a couple thousand dollars in fixing the transmission, and a few hundred bucks on the tow truck along with the uber on Thanksgiving night. We haven't driven the truck for even 1000 miles and already replaced the transmission, which gives this place a 1 star rating. We did not call when the transmission went out, didn't think we'd get any consideration since we were considered owners of the vehicle already. However, we called 1-week after they responded to our google review and until today, we have not received follow up. If a follow up is received, I will post an update. The entire family was friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process. My conclusion on this experience: I purchased a used vehicle at Hawthorne Motors Express and the transmission went out 3 months after owning it. *we are proud owners of 2 previously owned vehicles, which were purchased from Enterprise Car Sales. I know where I'll be going for my next car.

I saw this car online, it fit the bill for what I was looking for. I called in to inquire about it. Spoke for several minutes with a man named Peter. Peter stated at the end of the call that he wanted to help me, I just had to come up with x amount of dollars for the down-payment and take care of the insurance and we would be good to go. I told him it was going go take some time to save that amount of money, and it did. In the meantime he texted me on at least 3 different occasions afterward, asking me if I had the money yet. I told him no, not yet. Finally I was able to save the money, and was ready to look at the car and possibly buy it. Pete tells me it's at a storage location in long Beach and that I could go look at it "they wouldn't give me any problem". I go over there, there is no staff to show Me the car. He says to talk to someone named "Mr martin". Instead I get a call/text from someone named Jules. I later learn that Mr Martin and Jules are the same person. I miss the call and Jules martin doesn't call back. We kept trying to get a hold of these guys to see the car but they didn't respond. We left and followed up the next day (saturday). They told me they wouldn't be in that day but to try setting up an appointment for Sunday. At this point I'm mainly speaking to Peter because Jules wasn't responding other than asking for a copy of my id. When texting Peter he says I probably won't get financed (forgetting our conversation a month ago). He also seemed to want me to deal with mr martin to make the deal. Later that night for some reason i got a group text. It was between peter and mr martin but i dont think he realized he had attached my number. In the text he told Mr martin to help me the next day and that I just needed proof of income. Mr martin responds with a derogatory, s.exist text calling me a disgusting bug because of my credit and saying they would drag me by the hair if needs be. (See attached image). Well...im pretty shocked. And disgusted. If this is how these people feel, do not do business with them. Mr martin is a crude individual that will take your money, talk trash and laugh while doing it. It is so sleazy. Makes you want to take a shower. Horrible. This guy really shouldn't have a job after this. Apparently he thinks it's funny to hurt women. It's really disgusting laughing about abuse. Fire that guy.

While I do somewhat love the vehicle itself, the service I've received at Land Rover South Bay has been extremely disappointing. For a luxury brand, the level of customer service here is unacceptable. When you spend close to (or over) $100,000 on a vehicle, there is a certain level of respect and attentiveness you expect as a customer. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at this location at all. On my most recent visit, I waited over 30 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me or asked if I needed help. Thirty minutes. In a luxury dealership. That alone is ridiculous and should never happen. The staff moves incredibly slowly, lacks urgency, and treats customers as if they're an inconvenience rather than valued clients. Land Rover South Bay, in particular, should be ashamed of the way they operate. This is not how you treat customers who invest this much money into a vehicle. I will not be doing business here again.
