    Find a BMW on Facebook . It was too good to be true. I decided to call Regency. I got a pleasure to speaking with Mike. He sent me the Carfax and a FaceTime with me. So the next day, I decided to visit them he was very friendly took me to the test drive answered all my question. Made the whole process very easy. It's been a two months and I'm very happy with my purchase hopefully to do business with them again

Purchasing the vehicle was an easy process. We offered full cash for the vehicle and asked if the price would be negotiable, there was little to no wiggle room, so we did half cash and half finance. Drove the vehicle home the same day. On Thanksgiving evening (on our way out) the transmission went out while on the freeway. Car was loaded with the entire family, had to get the car towed to the mechanic while Ubering to our destination. We spent a couple thousand dollars in fixing the transmission, and a few hundred bucks on the tow truck along with the uber on Thanksgiving night. We haven't driven the truck for even 1000 miles and already replaced the transmission, which gives this place a 1 star rating. We did not call when the transmission went out, didn't think we'd get any consideration since we were considered owners of the vehicle already. However, we called 1-week after they responded to our google review and until today, we have not received follow up. If a follow up is received, I will post an update. The entire family was friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process. My conclusion on this experience: I purchased a used vehicle at Hawthorne Motors Express and the transmission went out 3 months after owning it. *we are proud owners of 2 previously owned vehicles, which were purchased from Enterprise Car Sales. I know where I'll be going for my next car.

Due to protests I ended up holding off a few days but made them fully aware I would come up to see the car. I stopped getting replies to my e-mail after that. The day before I was coming up I couldn't get a hold of anyone, I had requested to get additional photos of the front and rear bumpers' because they were blurry online when you zoom in. I got nothing. The car has been listed since March but they didn't seem to caring much to sell it --- I ended up making the trip ( I had a list of cars to see in the LA/OC area) and stopped here first because I was very interested in the vehicle which was listed a reasonable price, I wasn't even going to haggle the price. I walked around the small lot for about 5-8 minutes, inspected the car from the outside but never got approached. Finally walked in to get some attention but I felt like I was in their way instead. The guy gave me the keys willingly to check out (which is why I didn't give one star), he let me just have my time with it. But seemed like he was getting a new car dropped off, he didn't really care much for me and there legit was no other customers there to help out. Made my way off the lot pretty fast after sitting in the car for two minutes . Bad vibes and very disappointed. The other half of this, their website offers getting value for a trade-in. When I let him know of my interest and letting him know I had a trade in, he quickly told me they do not take trade in's at all because they have no money. Maybe take it down from the website as an option? All in all, the guy seemed bugged about something rather than me being there as a customer. He didn't even try and sell to me, he had no interest of talking to me. For someone who claims to not have money, you would think they'd try harder to make a sale. Ended up buying a 2022 BMW 540i from a dealership in Downey, paid a little more than I wanted but at least they tried and got the Gen 2 B58 so at least the day ended good.

I came to this dealership early in the day after specifically researching a few cars on their website and speaking with a receptionist.     Buying a car there was one thing I worked with Patrick and he was amazing. He wasn't there the day…read more I finally picked up my car as it came from another location so I had somebody else and that did not go as well. But Patrick did the main part. Two major things the first thing is the tires looked bad , I brought the card to my mechanic because I had that first trial period to bring it back if anything needed to be fixed and I told him I didn't like the tires that didn't look safe and he completely agreed. Carmax told me they were at the minimum safe range and they refused to give me new used tires so I had to buy four new tires a couple months later. Secondly, my other issue is that you cannot get in touch with the repairs department- you literally just have to walk in there. Then an oil change I thought was very cost-effective through them, but even with an appointment, it takes three or four hours so I've decided to go back to oil stop where they check everything. They specialize in changing oil and it may be more expensive but at least I'm in and out in a reasonable amount of time and I don't have to get an Uber from Carmax or sit there for four hours. The last time I got my oil change I mentioned that my trunk was getting stuck. It's electric and it was getting stuck close and stuck open so they said they checked and everything was fine but that night and the next day my car wouldn't start. The battery was not catching when I would try to start it. And finally two days later of this and not be able to start my car at one point I ended up having to call AAA and my battery was dead and I had to get a new battery. It looked like it was the original battery that was in the car. My car is a 2021. Initially, I made sure that all the connections were good because it just started after I had them change the oil and check the electric trunk.-I brought it to the garage so they could check all the connections cause it was acting like something was loose. So I don't really know what they did to check the trunk or if they check electronics or if they do anything with the battery but it just seem coincidental. But again moving forward, I won't bring it back there for an oil change and I would recommend that you make sure you get somebody who actually cares about you and answers your questions and like I said Patrick he's young, but he's so knowledgeable and he was so good. He just wanted to try to get me a car. He never pushed me and I didn't feel like I was working with a sleazy car salesman.
