I spoke with a salesperson named Eddie and requested the out-the-door price. I was then asked to provide a California ID before receiving any numbers, which I declined until I could review the full pricing details. After that, I was told that management believed I was not ready to purchase and I was asked to leave the dealership. I ultimately left without being shown the final pricing and without the opportunity to proceed further. As a long-time Honda customer of over 15 years, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled during what I believed was a ready-to-buy visit.

I would advise purchasing the extended warranty, but they will lower the price with some pushback. As soon as I got home with my car, one of the headlamps was not working. Turns out to be a technician fault, as the connector plug was removed during the engine cleaning process before putting the car on the lot. Always ask questions for a full demonstration of all mechanical and electronic systems. These are fleet (rental) vehicles, so their history is unknown, but they do a good of servicing while in their possession. Once you purchase a vehicle, you'll be directed to a 3rd party provider for service. They won't tell you this until you have an issues and request support. I'm not disappointed with the vehicle, but honest up-front should be a priority.

He just pointed at my car in the other parking lot and said "there it is, it's over there" so I had to walk to the other lot with my stroller and fussy toddler in my arms to get the car myself. Really fake customer service here. They just want your money. For the amount of money I spent, they couldn't even help me a little bit by driving the car up. Ridiculous.
