This is by far one of the most honest and fair used car dealerships out there. They helped my mother finance her dream BMW x5 and offered a more than competitive rate after patiently walking us through all our options. With less than that 70,000 miles, we got it for an absolute bargain. They really have the best interest of the customer in mind when they sell you a car, which isn't all that common these days. Mario and Daniel did a great job for us and I would definitely recommend checking it out!

My son bought his first car and he's so happy! Thanks Mario

My son found the car he wanted online, a 2010 Nissan Versa with only 65,000 miles on it in our price range. When he called Mario at Elegant Auto Sales to make sure it was still there and he was happy to find it was. I was skeptical about going to such a small dealership but was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. No pushy car pitches or trying to get us to buy a more expensive car. Mario had to move a bunch of cars so we could test drive the Versa. The car looked in perfect condition, it drove well so my son decided this was his car. The financing part went so smooth, Mario got us such a great deal, we told him what my son could afford in terms of monthly payments and he got the payment below the number we gave him. This was honestly the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had... Thank you Elegant Auto Sales! I will definitely recommend you!!

Bought a car here in November. No hassle no haggle. I was out the door in a few minutes. It's been three months now and no problems. Thanks.

The financing process took a little longer than I expected, but everything was explained clearly in the end. Overall, I'm happy with the vehicle and would shop here again.

Yesterday I requested these parasites give buyer's order and I never received it. That's when I should have walked out. Yesterday, hours upon hours of my time was wasted because they were trying to pressure me into accepting financing from them. My own fault for letting these crooks waste my time yesterday. And my own fault for coming back the second day to let them waste my time some more. For those who dont know or too lazy to Google it: A buyer's order is an official, itemized document from a car dealership that outlines the exact agreed-upon terms, pricing, and vehicle details before a car purchase is finalized. Car salesmen often resist giving out a buyer's order because it allows you to leave, shop their price at competing dealerships, or secure cheaper outside financing from your own bank or credit union. A legal buyer's order forces them to tie every single dollar to a legitimate, accountable line item. Without it, they could treat your wallet like a moving target and tack on hidden fees and other charges like they just tried to pull on me today. Absolutely disgusting. I came in with my own financing from my employer's credit union. My credit union approved me for $19,604. Today, Car Lux tried to get me to pay $2400 for some made up fees when I have still never received a buyer's order. They showed me a print out of a DEALER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM PORTAL showing the price of the car. The manager straight up lied to my face and told me that printout of that portal was a buyer's order. Are you kidding me???? These people prey on naive people and they literally BANK on people being stupid enough to fall for their BS; your inability to think critically makes them money. I asked again for a buyer's order, and the employee Ken disappeared for what seemed to be almost 10 mins, only to come back with what I didnt ask for. He handed me a RETAIL INSTALLMENT SALE CONTRACT. That is NOT a buyer's order!!! I have wasted precious hours of my life dealing with these delinquents just to get a car!! I have been at this place since 12:00 pm!! When I received the retail installment sale contract, I prepared to leave. On my way out the door I said "I know you people wont make a commission off of me if I use 100% of my financing, which is why you are trying to charge me fees you just made up when I haven't received a buyer's order". I walked out the door and across the lot to leave the premises, and a car salesman I havent had any contact with yesterday or today prior to this ordeal popped out of nowhere and assaulted me trying to snatch the retail installment contract papers out of my hand!! He said the papers were his. Um excuse me these papers have MY information on them!! There is nothing confidential about you on any of these papers!! There is a review on Car Lux's Google review with someone saying this place tacked on the optional AMO to increase their sister's loan. This exactly the same BS they tried to pull on me. They asked me to pay the $2,400 loan increase. They also pressured that person's sister to use the full amount of her pre approved loan. That is exactly what the manager here tried to do to me by using my credit union's 125% bank limit as an excuse to max out my loan for their own profit. I was approved for $19,604 and they tried to increase the loan to $22,0004!!! And tried to pressure me into paying them the $2400 out of pocket to drive the car off the lot. What a bunch of disgusting lowlife subhumans. I will be sure to sue this place for assault!

My salesperson, Fulton, was excellent from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with throughout the process. Carlos in Finance was also very pleasant and helpful. The real highlight of my visit, however, was Danny, who finalized all of my paperwork. Purchasing a vehicle can be a long and sometimes stressful process, but Danny's personality completely changed the experience. He was welcoming, funny, personable, and kept me laughing throughout the transaction. We quickly built rapport, and his positive attitude made the 4.5-hour process much more enjoyable. His customer service skills are outstanding, and he is a tremendous asset to Airport Marina Honda. My one area for improvement is the customer waiting experience. When customers are making a major financial commitment and spending several hours at the dealership, it would be nice to have some basic refreshments available. Even something as simple as bottled water or a popcorn machine would go a long way. Sitting in the dealership for over four hours during 90-degree summer weather with nothing offered was disappointing. That said, the excellent service provided by Fulton, Carlos, and especially Danny made the experience a positive one. Danny's charisma, humor, and professionalism truly turned what could have been a frustrating wait into an enjoyable experience.

EDIT: Spoke with Brian the GM and he did apologize for the experience. He was extremely friendly but unfortunately what is done is done. If we are in the market again for a car, I will try to contact Brian to give their dealer another chance. Will increase to 2 stars from 1 as he was very open to criticism and understood why we were upset with the whole situation.

Our family has purchased quite a few cars from CarMax over the past few years across different SoCal locations and have always put a good chunk of money as a down payment. However, this is our first time purchasing from this one and the manager despite us having a cashiers check (like we have provided at other locations) still wanted to look at our online banking info through our phone "for verification". I let him know that we have bought cars from other CarMax over the past few years using a cashier's check in the same amount and have never had our privacy invaded. He doubled down saying it's policy which was a lie because the other stores never had to do that. Also cashiers checks are different from regular checks because it's guaranteed funds from the bank! It seems like this guy just wants to be involved with every sale. We would have avoided this location altogether but the associate who helped us was really nice and the car we bought was exactly what we were looking for. Just come to this location with caution because you may feel distrusted from their manager despite being a long time customer.

I'm so used to having a "manager" come out with high pressure "got to buy it now before someone else gets." Not the case here. Nothing negative about the experience. Had our vehicle been appraised we almost certainly would have driven away with the car we chose. Given our experience there I recommend this business.

The deception at Chevrolet of Culver City started with Jonathan on the phone but it was mostly Daniel / Blake. He told me the car was ready for me to drive the day before I went in and again the day of. When I came in, Daniel/Blake said it was his GM, "Nick," that pulled the car back at the last second and I could speak to him. Instead, Daniel/Blake sat me with someone else who tried to pitch me for the same more expensive car too, just at a discount. Their own finance guy was surprised to hear the story of what got to the dealership that day and what proceeded after the car was suddenly no longer available. Just an awful visit at Chevrolet of Culver City, a dealership that seemed proud to be deceitful.

I was directed to a desk where a sales woman named Chi came to greet me. Chi was completely professional and I was instantly relieved by her professionalism after my walk in experience. Chi steps away and brings a print out with the cost of the car, "add-ons", "fees", taxes, etc. I expect a dealership to offer me add-ons so I was prepared for that. I was NOT expecting the add-on's not to be listed with more than a cost of an additional $7000, plus $895 for another fee. Nothing was line itemed and the cost provided to me was more than $47,000 for a car I was expecting to pay $35,000 plus taxes and registration fees. At $47,000 I could purchase brand new Tesla Model Y *Look at Tesla's official website*. I stand up, shake Chi's hand and thank her for her professionalism and say "Well this is not the dealership for me.", he says "Great!!" walks away and then I walk out. No "Junk" Fees: Charging for "valueless" add-ons--such as oil change packages for electric vehicles--is a prohibited practice. Bait-and-Switch Prohibitions: If a dealership advertises a vehicle at a specific price, they cannot later force you to pay for "mandatory" add-ons that were not disclosed in the original advertised price. This is considered deceptive advertising. Explicit Disclosure: Dealers are required to provide a written document (often under California Civil Code §2982) that itemizes the price of any products or services you are purchasing. You must give your clear consent for these items. I was a guaranteed sale. I walked in with $20,000 down payment and a $40,000 check from my credit union. I left angry but thankful for (1) I was only there for 20 minutes and (2) Chi's professionalism. I purchased a used Tesla the next morning from Tesla Norwalk (Wonderful experience!).
