A very dark car dealership, with employees with dark spirits. If you are sensitive enough... when you get to this dealership you will feel a very low, dark, shady energy. I strongly recommend, that you give yourself a better car buying experience and do not waste any of your time or energy here. I came to this dealership early in the day after specifically researching a few cars on their website and speaking with a receptionist. Everyone I spoke with at this dealership went in and out of different personalities, and were very rude to me. We made an appointment for my mom to see a specific car, and she had been in contact with a sales associate for two days prior to our visit. First he checked to see if the car was still available and according to Jordan, it was and then he confirmed the price. He did not mention additional charges. Two days later, I went to visit the dealership and I asked for Jordan. Come to find out, Jordan is from a third party call center. He didn't work for Car World. I said it all depends. He paused, then introduced me to the man next to him (not Mauricio) and said this guy would take care of me.
