If you're buying online BEWARE- Their website incorrectly lists features the car is supposed to have. Don't waste your time by driving out there unless you get video proof that the car actually has the options the website states. Have to give them 1 star but tbh I wouldn't even put any! I was interested in one their cars and left them many messages to call me back and they never did! I spoke with Vanessa many times and told me I would have to talk to the owner Vahit, which she said he would call me....well he never did either. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT! And then I said I would be driving about 10 hours to look at the car and then Vanessa goes oh there are 2 dents on the passenger side. And again never sent me photos of them. After calling them everyday for a week and a half I have my trip down planned and I just find out that they sold it after discussing with them my plan. So yeah pretty shady people. I went to multiple car shops and dealerships and was tired of car searching. I came across champions on car gurus so I had my mind set when I came in for a 2017 Toyota Corolla, but then I saw they had 2 others and I couldn't make up my mind. Met Vin on the 2nd time I came in and he was so helpful, nice and I didn't feel like he was up-selling me on anything. I couldn't be happier with my 2018 Toyota Corolla! I'm so happy I was able to find something so close and within my budget. Will definitely come back in the future. All of the cars are kept in a garage, very clean inside and out! I brought my car in and they fixed the radiator fan but not the A/C. As for the bumper they drilled holes in my bumper and screwed drywall screws in it! I was a first time buyer, they sold me a run down truck. I've had the truck for less than a year and it's falling apart. Leaks oil everywhere. Power locks nor windows work, transmission slips.Never got my repairs as promised by Luigi. Took 6 months to receive my plates. They've ignored my calls and messages. Once they get their money, they kick you to the curb and feast on the next person. Scam artist. These people are not of their word. They lie through their teeth with a smile. Pros - Fast and easy purchase. Their stock is mostly newer vehicles so overall good condition. Cons - The vehicle is pretty much sold "as is." They don't do a full inspection on the vehicle prior to selling. We purchased our 2018 vehicle 2 months ago and unbeknownst to us, the alignment was off the whole time and we are now replacing all 4 tires before 9000 miles. Of course, this is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty. After calling to clarify if this issue was known about prior to selling the car, we were told that they did the oil change and "other stuff" but did not touch the tires. The alignment may have come that way from Enterprise (where they got the car from). Very disappointing in that we have to spend so much for something that should have been checked and easily fixed before selling the car. Be careful and do your own inspection before purchasing! read more

What a nightmare! WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! So when I first got to the car dealership I was greeted by Vin, he brought the car over from another place they had it at and had me wait. I asked to drive it and he just told me to drive it around the building they were at, not the street or anything like that. Ok. So I liked the car and my dad and I decided to talk numbers with the guy. We were going to come back 2 days later to finalize everything, that was the only time Vin called me to make sure I was going in. So when we did (mind you we drove an hour+) the car wasn't there, they told us to go eat and come back in an hour. We got a call that it was going to be 3 additional hours because there was issues with the breaks, so we waited since we drove all that way. When we got back to the dealer we didn't see the car at all and waited ANOTHER 3 hours. So we were there all day waiting for nothing. They told us to come back the following day... so frustrating!!! I told Vin to call me when the car was ready because the breaks weren't fixed STILL, he never called me, I had to keep calling. So we came back again and finally signed everything payed cash for the car and left. We were very clear before finalizing all the paperwork that we were moving out of state and needed the tags in a couple days, the owner ASSURED us they could definitely do that and would have them in 3 days. 2 and a half WEEKS passed. We kept calling, they kept brushing me and my dad off in such a rood way! I asked Vin if I could speak with Luigi the owner, (that by the way is not at all like some of the staff there, he is an exceptional person) he said he would have him call me. NOTHING. NOTHING!! They just got their cash money and didn't care about the rest. So we were in a time crunch and kept on calling, Denise the receptionist there was SO rood, horrible personality to be dealing with customers, very passive aggressive. I was livid, I called to see if the tags were ready before I drove an hour+ and she said that "my dad kept calling like 10x a day", which was more like once a day to keep reminding them since we had no time left (and btw Denise, THAT IS YOUR JOB! To answer the phones and help clients!! Smh) and that if he really needed them that badly he would of come a day before and that they probably had already mailed them when I specifically told them not to. She put me on hold for a while and finally told me to pick them up.. totally did that on purpose because when I got there they were on her desk and spoke to me in a very passive aggressive manner, again. I was never rood to them, just firm regarding what I needed. All in all, if you don't want to be treated like crap and don't feel like begging, DON'T come here. Stressed me the heck out! Bought a Nissan Versa from them and had a very good experience. The good: great price for the car, the car badly needed to decent rear tires, they offered to either put new tires on or pay me to buy new tires. We opted for the latter...however, no tires were currently available. We had driven 2.5 hours and we were willing to wait for them to put on the tires. None were currently available and I didn't want my son to drive this car another 2.5 hours without safe tires. We had two choices, come back on Monday to pick up the car or they would deliver it for free...that was a nice touch. They put it on a flatbed truck and trucked it North for us to our house. The bad/unfortunate, it would have been nice if they had put gas in the car...it was on fumes and I had to use my spare gas can to ensure I could make it to the gas station...LOL. Other than that, my son and I couldn't have been more pleased with the service we were provided. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again. read more
