They take no accountability for what happened and offered no explanation. It's clear they don't respect customers, their property, or professional boundaries. He was professional, helpful, and really genuine throughout our (multiple) interactions and worked tirelessly with me to see if we could make it work (unfortunately, we couldn't). However, we did eventually land on a car that fit my needs (and made my fiancee happy) and checked all of my desired boxes: a 2026 BMW 330i with all the upgrades and customizations I wanted. After owning it for a month, I absolutely love the car and will take any excuse to drive it (I only long for that B58 engine on the M340 on occasion now). Helpful, accommodating. They are part of the Costco Auto Program, which comes in clutch. I love that they have such a great selection of cars. Some other dealerships have a small inventory of available vehicles, but I have consistently enjoyed the many options here. I appreciate that they have a Starbucks on site, with a nearby seating area where I can work for a few hours and keep my laptop/phones juiced up. This location is down the street from a bunch of eateries, shops and other areas to visit if you need to kill time.
