My car was sent here only to be inspected -- not repaired, not touched, not taken apart. And yet, when I got it back, it was completely violated: My seat covers were torn off the strap's were cut Both mirrors were tampered with and broken My visors were ripped off And worst of all, they cut off my steering wheel cover There was zero reason for anyone to be inside my vehicle. This wasn't part of any repair order. I had photo documentation of exactly how my car looked before it was taken to them -- so I know for a fact none of this damage existed before. They take no accountability for what happened and offered no explanation. It's clear they don't respect customers, their property, or professional boundaries. If your insurance suggests this place -- say no. You are not required to use their recommended shops. Protect yourself and your car. I repeat: STAY AWAY from this place.

I did not have a single missed call, and my voicemail worked fine. Then I left two messages for them and waited on hold for an hour before they disconnected me. NO ONE ANSWERED and no one called back. Horrible business.

I wouldn't normally post most of my experiences with leasing cars over the last twenty years because it can be painful, rude, deceitful all coming from the dealer's side. But walking into Carson Hyundai for the first time after I couldn't make a new deal with my previous dealer closer to my house I was greeted by the salesman Josh L. who was great and made the negotiation pretty painless and we closed the deal very fast. The GM Sean Evans was great on approving all the things I asked for. Sales Manager Eric Huth was terrific in moving my deal along.and making sure my other car was totally paid off. I will use them for service over my local dealer and look forward to going there shortly for some instructions on my new vehicle.

I asked if they can beat it, to which they respond with "come in and see what my manager will do" I told them no, tell me over the phone or I'm buying at DTLA. They then say ok let me talk to my manager again and then don't get back to me for the rest of the day. They then text me at noon the next day asking which car I wanted again... such terrible sales training and communication at this dealership. Just go elsewhere.

She kept us updated throughout the process, and our car arrived right on schedule in March. Going into delivery day, I was honestly prepared for the typical dealership experience where you have to say no over and over to extended warranties and add-ons. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The whole process was smooth, fast, and very respectful. Angel, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient, professional, and didn't feel predatory or salesy, which we really appreciated. They also gave us a fair deal on our trade-in for my beloved 11-year-old Prius which made the transition feel a lot easier. Overall, everything felt transparent and low stress. My experience with salesperson Anthony ("Tony") and sales manager Kevin Monge was completely unacceptable and one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I have ever had. Before providing any personal information, I SPECIFICALLY asked Tony whether my boyfriend's credit would be run. His response was clear and unequivocal: "ABSOLUTELY NOT." He assured us that they would only review our current loan information to see whether there were any options available and that NO CREDIT INQUIRY would occur unless we were physically at the dealership and actively shopping for financing. Approximately 10 minutes after ending the call, my boyfriend received an Experian alert notifying him that Honda of Gardena had performed a HARD CREDIT INQUIRY. I immediately attempted to contact Tony. No answer. I then texted him requesting a call back. He responded that he was with a customer and would call later. I also repeatedly attempted to reach management. Instead, I was transferred from person to person, disconnected, and ultimately ignored. Several messages were left for sales manager Kevin Monge, NONE OF WHICH WERE RETURNED. To make matters worse, hours later Tony texted us offering a FREE TANK OF GAS for the "inconvenience." A FREE TANK OF GAS?!?!?! You placed a hard inquiry on my boyfriend's credit report after specifically assuring us that his credit would NOT be run, and your solution was a tank of gas? I drive a hybrid. I can pay for my own gas. All I asked was for someone to take accountability, acknowledge the mistake, and work with the credit department to correct what appears to have been an employee error. Instead, we received the runaround, silence, excuses, and some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. BUYERS BEWARE!!! If you choose to do business with this dealership, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING and think very carefully before providing any personal information. Based on our experience, verbal assurances apparently mean NOTHING. A hard inquiry on his credit for two years that dinged his score!!!!!

Helpful, accommodating. They are part of the Costco Auto Program, which comes in clutch. I love that they have such a great selection of cars. Some other dealerships have a small inventory of available vehicles, but I have consistently enjoyed the many options here. I appreciate that they have a Starbucks on site, with a nearby seating area where I can work for a few hours and keep my laptop/phones juiced up. This location is down the street from a bunch of eateries, shops and other areas to visit if you need to kill time.
