Sam and PJ were very nice and the Jeep was pretty close to what i was looking for. However, things went downhill when I tried to purchase it. They pulled a bait and switch where the Jeep was listed for $24k but when they brought me the financing paperwork they added $7k in fees BEFORE tax/dmv. When I said I didnt want the gap ins, theft fee, or warranty the finance guy lost his mind and went full aggro on me. It is not only illegal to sell a vehicle for more than it is listed for (with "non removable items") but it makes a customer feel scammed. $31k for a Jeep with 70k miles is crazytown. I sadly do not recommend Jims for their unethical practices.

    I was browsing for Tahoes on Autotrader.com. This place had two of the 4 I checked out from there…read more-- a 2017 Premier and a 2018 LT. I went with the 2018. All of the dudes here were friendly, but Sam (aka James -- inside joke Sam will get if he reads this) was my salesman. I almost walked away because I saw the dealer installed options, which usually means no option for the customer. But Sam quickly confirmed they were indeed options. So, after taking it for a test drive, we worked out a pretty good deal and now I have the truck I've been searching for, for 6 months. On top of that, they offer a 30 day warranty in case anything goes wrong, which I thought was pretty cool. If you're looking for a good used car, they have a great selection and reasonable prices. I highly recommend you check them out. So far, I'm happy with everything. Time will tell...

And a special thanks to Oscar Perez, the Finance Director, who worked his magic to get me into a vehicle -- and to my surprise, it ended up being a 2021 model. These gentlemen are fantastic, courteous, and fair. If you're having trouble getting into a vehicle, I highly recommend visiting them. Ask for Diego, Erick Ortega, or Oscar Perez. They will definitely take care of you. Just tell them Eugene Wright sent you.

I called daily, sometimes multiple times, and was either ignored or promised a callback that never came. I eventually had to borrow my wife's car and show up unannounced just to get a straight answer from Daniel, the service manager. My car was not washed as promised. I was charged over $700 with no acknowledgment of the poor experience. The service recommendations included repairs on components I had replaced less than a year ago -- and the technician's own video contradicted the written estimate, which raises serious questions about the integrity of the recommendations. To top it off, I received a text afterward asking me to give a "10/10" on this survey. I'm giving zeros wherever I can. I am a patient person. It takes a lot to push me to this point. This dealership managed it without breaking a sweat. Avoid Hyundai Carson. You deserve to be treated like a customer -- not a transaction

I have been a Toyota owner for the past 13 years and truly never thought I would drive anything other than a Toyota. But the moment I test drove the Honda, I completely fell in love with it -- and so did my 9-year-old! Although the entire process, from the test drive to finally getting the keys, was long and a bit exhausting, David and Amalia made the experience feel warm and comfortable for us. By the time we were wrapping up, it was already past dinner time, and they made sure we had snacks and beverages. David even gave my son his entire medium pizza because he was so hungry -- which we thought was incredibly kind (and honestly pretty funny!). David worked as quickly as he could to help us get through the finance process and get us on our way. Amalia was incredibly sweet and even helped me clean out my Prius so I could transfer everything into my new car and get home faster. I also want to thank Shaddi, who really made the deal happen by getting my monthly payment even lower than what I had asked for. That meant a lot and truly made the purchase possible for me. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care turned what could have been a stressful and exhausting process into a really memorable experience. I'm so grateful for their help and would absolutely recommend working with David, Amalia, and Shaddi if you visit Gardena Honda. I love my new CRV!!

    I had an appointment set for cinco de Mayo with one of the sales team members named Angel Rivera. I…read moreplanned to surprise my mother with an upgrade for her 2024 Civic for her birthday. I had already confirmed the appointment. However, I received two phone calls from an unknown number today. Once at work. I was not able to answer. The second at home in the evening. The call came in when I was having dinner at home with my family. I answered. My mother overheard the phone call and found out about her surprise appointment tomorrow. The surprise that I had planned for her was ruined. I do not appreciate the high pressure sales environment. If that's how you guys handle loyal customers that aren't there yet, I can only imagine how much pressure you guys will force when I'm there. I am really upset and disappointed. I like Mr. Rivera that's why I specifically reached out to him to handle all of needs. I do not need anyone else calling me multiple times at work and at home. If I made an appointment I do not need anyone else involved to remind me of what I need to do. At just a few days away from my 32nd birthday I think that I am old enough to not be treated like a child by you guys reminding me of my schedule. As I said before. I like Mr. Rivera. Unfortunately, I am canceling my appointment for tomorrow and indefinitely. You ruined the special moment I had planned. DO NOT CALL ME OR EMAIL ME ANYMORE!
