DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP. TLDR: Feel Good Motors is still withholding $500 of my $4,000 EV tax…read morecredit after a full year and seven months after purchase.
As of October 15th (2026), I have been sent money via Zelle by Feel Good Motors to the tune of $3,500, a full $500 short of what they owe me. It has now been a full four months of empty promises to send the rest, and I'm at the breaking point. I had to fight for an entire year before they sent me a "good faith" payment of $1,500 on March 31, 2026; given that I remove my scathing review on Google at the time, of course. The other payments are as follows (images attached to review to corroborate):
-April 17, 2026: $500
-May 22, 2026: $500
-July 1, 2026: $500
-August 28, 2026: $500
They will pay me what they legally owe me, or I will be taking them to small claims court. This is not how business should be done; do the right thing, Feel Good Motors.
Adding my original deleted review below (from December 2025) for extra context:
I had been looking at purchasing a Tesla for a while and decided it was time to pull the trigger. After all, there was an enticing $4,000 federal tax credit that you can take off instantly at the dealership. I found the Tesla I liked at Feel Good Motors, a decently rated dealership in Los Angeles, and I coordinated with Kiro on Facebook Marketplace to make a trip to town. I confirmed multiple times that the dealership was offering the instant $4,000 off at the time of sale, and I brought $18,315 in cash to buy the car outright:
16,606.77 (car)
+2,314 (taxes)
-4,000 (instant rebate)
Only when I'm almost there do they call me and tell me: "Hey, something is wrong with the IRS website. We know you're traveling in...we'll figure something out." I get to the dealership, and everything checks out with the car, so we go to make the deal. They tell me that since the website is down, I'll have to front the $4,000 tax rebate--since they can't submit the paperwork just yet to the IRS--but once everything is good to go, I'll be refunded the money by Feel Good Motors. I should have walked away, but hindsight is 20-20, isn't it? I paid the extra $4,000 on my American Express, since I didn't have an extra $4,000 to pull from the bank, and drove off with the car.
It has now been almost 10 MONTHS, and I still have not been refunded my $4,000. They have come up with every excuse under the sun, including the IRS website issue, DOGE cutbacks, and, toward the end of 2025, the government shutdown. I didn't buy any of these excuses, mind you, but I was on the hook because they have my $4,000. I was even told that, in good faith, they were sending out half of my money ($2,000) in the mail. This was told to me on October 9, 2025, and nothing arrived. They then told me they "sent" a second check in November, since the first one "mysteriously disappeared", and that too has not arrived. Most recently, they told me they were going to Zelle me the money, since the checks didn't work out. They even sent a test Zelle of $1 to make sure they had the right account. That was on December 16, 2025, and the rest has not been sent; no surprise there.
If that wasn't bad enough, their communication has been atrocious. I have to be the one to call in and get an update every single time. Even when messaging Kevin (the EV guy), I continue to this day to get: "Yes so sorry brotha. Didn't forget about you. Extremely busy. Calling u today Forsure." Only to never receive a call. The next day, rinse and repeat. Their level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and at this point, I imagine they're hoping I just go away and let them double their money: the $4,000 I gave them, in addition to the $4,000 (of my tax money) they received from the federal government.
I had to write this review and inform people NOT to trust this dealership. If they're pulling something like this - which, in my opinion, they've done with other Tesla customers as well - what else are they willing to do for an extra buck?
And, yes, Feel Good Motors, I have the receipts. Many of them are attached in the images.
