If there was a zero star I would of given it. This place is not honest. Very unprofessional. First off kind of a shady place, when they took my car in they closed all the garage door so I can't see what is going on, then i went to the restroom inside the shop, when i got out of the restroom the guy said "you can't be in here"? I took my car to get my rear fenders rolled and Jason told me the inside lip would be rolled so I would not rub, well after 2hrs of waiting it seems they didn't do a thing, just barely rolled, he me some excuse that all they can do. They claim on their ad that they are cheap and the best! well I now know why they are cheap, you get what you pay for and as far as being the best, they are the best in ripping ppl off! They installed And painted a bumper on my car and it was not installed well at all. It was tweaked and bent from the beginning and the paint was chipping. I asked them about it and they said take it up with the owner. After driving it home the bottom plastic protector under the bumper fell off on the freeway, the temperature gauge ripped, the fog light broke and the parking sensors keep falling into the bumper. they held the sensors in with painters tape, I had to secure it better myself. They refuse to admit they did a bad job and say it's may fault all that happened, how is it my fault? Then he keeps telling me he didn't charge me that much so it should be ok. What? You told me a price.. I never tried to pay for your shop to do a bad job. Overall, bad work, bad customer service. I would give this shops 0 stars if I could. Never coming back, I wouldn't even come back for free if they offered to try and fix the bad job they did. read more

They wanted $562 for them and my boyfriend told them that they were offering them at $500 somewhere else but he wanted to come here. They gave me a great price on wheel and tire package and hid kit for my car all the other shops I went to wanted twice as much for the kit they sold me hid kit for $45 and gave me 1 year warranty in writing. Customer service is lousy. Very rude and they don't seem to care. I had took my car there to get my fog lights installed. Months later I find out by another shop that my grill is broken on one side. I can't even go back because I am barely seeing this months later, never got into an accident and the only thing I can think of is, that it happened when the took off my front bumper to install the fog lights. ALSO the wiring was done incorrectly, the did a b.s job, they did not wire the fog lights through engine bay, which can be dangerous. Also got coilovers installed here, not even 24 hours of driving with them and the bushing on my passenger side broke because it was not tighten properly and ended up damaging my entire inside on my wheel. They tried telling me that I must have had a damaged bushing or that I hit a dip which is wrong because I had my car serviced less than a month before and nothing was ever wrong with it. I ordered a set of low beam led's for my 2016 Tahoe. There responsiveness and keeping me updated throughout the shipping process was great, and the installation video and seeing what the product would look like after install were a big help, it couldn't be any easier. After my very positive experience I just ordered a set of LED's for the fog lights in my car. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for such an upgrade and the prices were very reasonable. It's a good place, better than most local shops especially in the area. I do wish they wouldn't charge instalation fees for nearly everything. I could understand for wheels, suspention and anything involving fenders, or removing the bumper. But really $15-$25 to install HIDs or to put on door/window visors? I'm paying $35-$45+ an you're gonna charge half to install them. Most HIDS are plug and play, most visors are just 3m tape. I get having to adjust the lights but still. read more

Was there to pick up 2 parts for my car, first thing that annoyed me right away was the fact that they use "boss" at the end and beginning of every single sentence! Boss anything else boss... Is that it boss, yes boss okay boss boss boss boss boss... Like really? That's annoying stop kissing butt! Second; they seemed rushed as in they want you to walk in and pay and leave. The place is small I wanted to still look around but left fast for the same reason being. To install something they charge a arm and a leg... And I drove all the way from LA at the time just to be rushed out.... I purchased LED bulbs with them and didn't like the way the item performed. In fact I was having a difficult time seeing that night with the bulbs that was supposedly as good if not better than H ID lights. Mind you, I have had other vehicles where I have installed H ID lights and know the difference between what is brighter and what isn't. First of all that is very easy to determine by any person despite their experience level with lighting. When I returned to let them know of the problem they made me feel like I was an idiot saying I was the only person to ever come in with that issue. You can tell that the attitude that I was receiving from them was that of annoyance and not wanting to deal with it. Their customer service is horrible don't even go there I only give them one star because they did give me some of my money back which was only 50% due to a restocking fee. I didn't even want to haggle and try to argue my point anymore because I knew that they were set knowing that they were right and I as a customer was wrong. Whatever you do just be aware of this business especially if you're going to make a big purchase. Thankfully the LED bulbs I purchased was only $60. I rarely write reviews but when I do it has to be exceptional service or just very bad service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my car so they can install a rear wing but before I took it I plastic dipped it.so i took the car over to them and the dude approached me with an attitude.i still decided to go through with it thinking they will do a good job. After they were done it looked good but they peeld the plastic dip off the corners. I told the employee about it and he walked away from me ignoring me. I walked inside to tell the owners brother and he was really rude about it just like in the beginning. I fucken had it already with that pussy son of a bitch. So I called him a pussy to his face and he and the employee tried to jump me inside. I told them to come outside but you now how pussy they are. So my girl goes inside to see what's the problem and they start to yell at her to shut the fuck up and get the fuck out. I can't Believe that to a female they talk like that. No respect for customers. So we left and the owners brother decided to call me to give me $6 to buy another can of plastic dip. Why do we have to go through all of bs. Just admit that you peeld it. So I called last week 4-12-17. I explained that my light bulb went out but I won't be able to go to them until 4-19-17 due to work and having a busy schedule I asked if it was going to be a issue that my reciept expired 4-18-17, male advised no and they would take care of me. So I called right before I was on my way on 4-19-17. I spoke with the Manager by the name of Jason (so he says) he told me that I would not be covered because it was passed the one day. I asked him if he was serious and he replied yes it's passed one day. I understand it technically passed one day but why was I told differently the week before? That makes no sense to me. Well the bulbs will last about 1 year then go out once your warranty is up which is total bull crap. I think the manager handled this incorrectly even when I have told people about my good experience a year before. Given the chance I would not go back to this place ever again due to the bulb going out just before the year warranty is up. I'll let all my motorcycle friends/ car Club buddies to go else where. If you're looking for good lasting bulbs don't go here. They will only go out after the year warranty is up and you'd have to go spend another $100 a year later. One star because they lost my buisness and I'll be sure to tell my friends and family. read more

I've made huge purchases with this shop, sets of rims plus tires, front lip etc. the guy who answers the phone has absolutely NO knowledge of anything in the shop, nor anything referring to auto parts. Anytime asked a question the answer is "ummm, i dont know" followed by him hanging up the phone and not answering any followed up calls. For how much money i have spent on this shop i can guarantee i will put in four times the effort to make sure nobody else visits this shop. when i have a tire fail, which is often considering the fitment of the car, i call them to pick up a quick replacement right. well if this guy answers the phone you can be sure to be told any questions you have about what tires they have there, when the next shipment of tires comes in, or what type of tire they are carrying such as all terrain, performance, etc. the answer will ALWAYS be the same "ummm, i dont know" click. This is one of the worst poorly managed shops i have EVER came across. There are so many other local small private owned shops that will be ecstatic to take your money over and over again and respect your frequent business along with pushing there business. I will never visit this shop again and i hope it gets the review status it truly deserves. I'll give it a one star for the sympathy of the owner which im sure has no idea how poorly this guy is handling his business. adding to this review, further more heading to file a business complaint to the better business bureau they have no known business. Honestly this shop is an embarrassment and I mean literally an embarrassment the customer service is lousy if you ask me. I bought a HID kit a day ago and had trouble when I installed it personally. So I brought it back to them and I brought my vehicle as well and told them what the problem was on the kit. I paid them the amount for labor so they could see and fix the problem that was occurring. They ended up installing the SAME kit which came with the SAME problem which was when you flash the high beams It would flicker and the lightning to my headlights would completely shut down. When the guy turned in my vehicle I told him to test it to make sure it works. He honestly had that look like its brand new why should I even test it at all and he told me you have to talk to guy who helped you up in front. I told the guy to go see what was happening to my vehicle but he was to busy on his phone to even bother paying attention to a client. When he did reply he was completely acting like a fool that he didn't understand and I would have to pay again for labor. Why should I pay labor again ? if I am paying you guys to fix my problem that's the reason I even came into the shop in first place that's a disgrace. Honestly when it comes to money that's when they really pay attention they don't care if you leave satisfied or not. That's really disrespectful, lousy, and not a serious working environment. I work in the automotive paint industry which is 10 times more serious than installing lights. In my industry just because you have the paint code of the vehicle does not mean it will match there are times where the paint doesn't match at all. This shop fails and I personally would never recommend this shop to friends family or anyone coming here. read more
