We stayed at Hyatt in July for 4 nights and ate here for breakfast every morning since it was included in our booking. We also tried happy hour one day as well. Breakfast can be kind of chaotic since there's always a line. Luckily for hotel guests we didn't really have to wait long. Just queue outside and you get seated right away after checking in.
They had a similar rotation of breakfast foods daily. There were scrambled eggs, hard boiled eggs, either bacon or sausage, French toast or pancakes, and some sort of hash brown or tater tots everyday. They also had oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, juices, tea, and coffee. Food was pretty good for a buffet.
For happy hour we tried several items from their menu. We tried the ube colada, island tide, crispy chicken wings, umami mussels, Cesar salad with chicken, and also ordered pizza and chicken tenders from the kids menu. Everything was pretty good except I would skip the mussels. They weren't too flavorful and it was mostly fries. The kids menu items were a great deal. For about $7 the portion size was really big and neither of my kids finished their food.
Overall, very convenient if you're staying at Hyatt and don't want to walk around for food! read more
