Because of my schedule many a times I am late or have had to cancel last minute and never once has Trish been less than accommodating, rather when I'm late she gives me the same amount of time. I honestly am writing this review because I am humbled and floored that there are still decent people in the world like this. I still have a membership at lifetime fitness (google it- one of the most expensive gyms) in chappequa, Montvale, and west Harrison and prefer Straub's all day ANY day! It's small, local, less crowded and has the same life cardio machines... with amazing personal trainers that CARE about you and your fitness goals! From someone who has been getting personal training almost EVERY SINGLE DAY I'm really not sure what the two reviews below are talking about. Thank you Trish and Joe Straub for making my experience as pleasant as it's been! Also I'm really not sure how the prices are "too high." Being a business owner myself, if you expect people to be in business you have to pay the price. The location alone is worth the affordable price to me. It's unrealistic to expect to pay any less.

In the first message she told me to get a life with a subject title "Asshole". Since I didn't see and respond to that one, she sent me a second message simply reminding me that I am an asshole. Yelp gives individuals the opportunity to voice their opinions and review places based on how they honestly feel about the specific establishment. That is what I did for Straubs. Except now I am getting high school hate messages from a grown woman. Completely unprofessional. Original message I wish I didn't have to give them any stars, but unfortunately yelp won't let me. They kept charging my card after my year membership was over and gave me no notification. They have tricky rules on how to get out of a membership, and the owners are very rude. I have talked to numerous people, and everyone of them have had this problem. It is not worth it. Find a gym with better service, nicer equipment, and less financial burden.

It's split between single lanes and a wider section for open swim during scheduled times. Lessons and classes are offered during the day for babies up through seniors. This can impact open swim so it's best to check out times available. Information can be found on their website and Facebook page. They have various membership options and also allow drop ins for $10 a day per adult. There are locker rooms and a family changing room. There are bleachers and chairs for observers and a cute outdoor pool deck area when it's warm. The staff has always been polite when we go and are willing to answer questions about lessons and other things. There are weekend events such as family swim party and BBQs. Overall a nice place to go and swim for a bit without a huge cost to be a guest.

I appreciate his flexibility and care. The complex witnessed a seizure on 1/19 and Stephon was able to handle the situation appropriately with the resources he was provided by the complex. Management please listen to his request to provide an AED on location. There are men who may experience seizures or heart attacks while they play basketball and it is not safe to wait for EMS only.
