IMO, this small humble chain reigns supreme and does so for some very specific core reasons. First of all, the equipment is plentiful and extremely well maintained. Although I haven't been a member for very long, it all appears to be basically new. Also of utmost importance is cleanliness. Any time I've ever been there staff has been actively cleaning, making sure that everything is orderly and sparkling. Not sure about the rest of fitness aficionados but to me, cleanliness is as important as equipment, if not more so. Being open 24 hours is certainly a benefit but I've never really taken advantage of it. Nice to know that if someone works an off hours vocation, a comprehensive workout in a clean facility can be had any hour of the day or night. Staff is also more than friendly and quite attentive to the needs of their membership. In my fitness tenure I've literally been a member of a dozen or more gyms including New York Sports, Crunch, Retro and a bunch of others. Of them all, this small independent provides the most bang for your buck and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get into shape or maintain whatever awesomeness they've previously attained. Is it the nicest tennis facility in the region? No, but it is the friendliest and most fun. The leagues, instruction by the pros and pick up games are all with like minded tennis addicts, and super enjoyable. USTA League teams have made it to Regionals, Sections and National championships! And the staff -- Donna, Bill, Val, Steph -- is the most accommodating, they are like family. There is racquetball facilities downstairs, and a full gym with weights because as Bill says, you have to stay strong to play tennis! AND they have a bar! So after a fun night of tennis, you can relax in the lounge with a Sam Adams or a Shock Top and a plate of pretzels... A day or evening of tennis at Orange Hollow really is one of the best parts of my day!

They continue to admit members when they have filled the gym with pre-existing members. Often times I found myself waiting for 1 of 45 treadmills to be available. 6 of them would probably out of service with no warning sign on it. 2. As far as the sauna, be prepared to be joined by 15 men. 1 of which will be taking a business call. 3. You will see a 45lb dumbbell placed in a 15lbs dumbbell spot on the rack because people don't understand how to put things back. 4. Lastly, their locker room is disgusting. My friend got Plantar Warts walking once barefoot. Towels are everywhere, locker room attendants are hitting their vapes. End of story, It's not worth the monthly payment unless you will be going 5AM-7:30AM or 7:30PM-10PM due to crowdedness.

We've been Life Time members for years and previously used another club where the staff were consistently friendly. I won't dwell on the facilities here--fees are high, amenities feel dated (though I know upgrades are underway), and comparable clubs in other high-cost areas offer more. That's not my main concern. My issue is the pattern of rude behavior at the front desk and the lack of awareness and follow-through from management. Most troubling, my child recalls being called "illegalist kid in the world" by someone wearing a Life Time jersey in the Kids Club. I reported this to both management and the Kids Club manager. There was no follow-up. My child stopped going for a while--especially disappointing since the Kids Club was a big reason we joined. I also notice a clear difference in how people are treated. We continue to go because it's convenient, not because I want to spend my hard-earned money where discriminatory behavior is tolerated or customer service concerns are ignored. For what it's worth, not all Life Time locations are like this--our experience at other clubs has been much better. I hope this feedback prompts meaningful action: acknowledge the complaint, follow up with families, train staff on respectful conduct, and ensure accountability. Feeling antsy and the need to work out I ventured out to look for a spin class in the town of warwick . I will be discreet and not disclose the name because I'm not out to attack anyone . Having said that my loyalty and dedication to FFF remains ever stronger . The class I took was for beginners at best and the instructor never even saddled her bike . It was a real eye opener for me . The spin classes at FFF are for everyone beginner and advanced .trust me I was a fifty year old beginner and now I keep keep up with the twenty year olds. Nancy will get you to your desired goals and then some .All the classes are amazing and fun . The ladies have an awesome time while getting fit. I look forward every chance I get to my workouts with Nancy .
