You walk in, all the way, order and pay at the counter and then pick up your order on the other side. They're pretty fast, too. It doesn't take that long to receive your order. When ours was ready, they even gave me an extra bit for a taste. Definitely kid-approved. Our kiddo loved it. I grabbed one of their menus to take with, for future orders.
