We had to drive to Evans from Thomson which created a problem with football practice, but we felt like the sacrifice would be worth it. Britney was our tutor, nothing bad to say about her. Dalton really liked her. Week 2 Was scheduled for the following Monday at 7. We arrived in Evans at 6:50 and remained there until 7:30 no one showed up!! After talking to the owner the next day she said she had an "alternant" there, No you didn't , Lies! She told me she would not charge me for that session and the next one would be free. I still got charged. She said she would get the charge taken off, never happened. At this point I should have found a different company, but my son really liked Britney, so we decided to keep going. Week 3 Britney did come to my house for the session as promised. She told us it only took her 30 minuets to get here, not 45 like GPS said. After the session was over, Britney told us she would come to our house from now on. Today she was supposed to be here at 7. No Show! Contacted owner through text, she said we were supposed to come to Evans. Not what we were told by Britney. Owner says Britney doesn't have authority to make that decision. I'm done with this outfit! Not run professionally at all. Save your money, find a different Tutor company!
