The course is like most courses with online videos, skills checkoff, and a test at the end. You get your online card the same day you complete the course (course runs 3 hours). There is a certificate and wallet size card you can print out. The course here is very cheap than what Atlanta has to offer (59$ vs 89$). There are a variety of classes offered here. I took the in-person 3 hour session, but they do offer a hybrid course where you have an online portion and come in for the skills checkoff. They offer certifications in Heartsaver CPR/AED, BLS, and First Aid. Essentially they work for you and all your needs in the healthcare world. I recommend all should learn CPR in order to equip yourself to helping those you love. This course is approved by the American Heart Association which is the umbrella organization that runs the show not Red Blood Cross. As a future healthcare professional and also a nursing student from Augusta University, this place got me. Good vibes, amazing instructor, would definitely recommend this place to all and hopefully come back for one more certification before life takes me to other places. Definitely plays a part in what makes Augusta, Georgia special. Any questions or concerns, here is the instructor's contact info. John Rogers BLS Instructor Call 706-901-7277 pulsecpr967@gmail.com

If you're in Augusta, do yourself a solid and check this spa out…read more I treated myself and my son to a much needed massage for Thanksgiving week. This spa was highly recommended by local friends. My massage therapist Deanna was OFF THE HOOK! I asked for a DEEP TISSUE focus on back/neck/shoulders/arms and she expertly delivered. I was surprised to learn that she was a new CMT because of her mad skills and obvious passion for the work. My son had Ariel has his CMT and thoroughly enjoyed his session as well. I purchased a 90-min gift certificate for my son to enjoy after his finals. When I come to his graduation in the Spring, we will be back for more!!

The "manager" who hangs out in the front checking guests in talks very loudly which doesn't add much to your tranquillity while waiting in the lobby. During the massage, there was banging going on on the floor above me. It sounded like someone was moving boxes and people walking. I can remember hearing noises multiple times while I was there in the past as well. This detracts from the peaceful calm you hope to enjoy during the massage.

I believe my body was too alkaline as I drank nothing but alkaline water. It may not be the main source but I believe it contributed to it. Anyway, I came in for some Castor oil. Unfortunately, they were sold out but Ms. Valerie put me on the Black Seed oil and gave me the complete run down. She even went to the computer to look some things up regarding eczema triggers. I've never had a bad experience here but today was extra special! Thanks again Ms. Valerie!

I joined Kelly and several other like minded people for an afternoon celebrating the equinox. We set our intentions, sipped tea, journaled, and enjoyed a very relaxing sound bath. It was just what I needed and excited for my back to school race to slow so I can join again for a tuneup. I now find myself listening to a variety of sound baths or singing bowls on YouTube when I feel stressed or want/need the sound to help with meditation. In a stressful world, the more tools that one can add to our mental health toolbox the better. Group Suggestions: Going with a group can be fun but remember that you're joining this event to center yourself. Solo Suggestions: Enjoy tuning into yourself. You'll meet great people but this sound journey is specific for you. Please share your story, reel or photo with me when you venture out to visit Kelly. Wishing you much fun and relaxation.
