Typically, I've only seen one woman working there, who I believe is the owner. She has always been warm, welcoming, and happy to answer questions. She even helped my mom and me pick out herbs to support my PCOS, which I truly appreciated. Unfortunately, my visit today was not as positive. When I entered, the woman working was friendly, but the energy felt a bit off--something I wouldn't normally hold much weight against on its own. My main concern came at checkout. I came in specifically to purchase oracle decks and found a few decks I liked. One deck, in particular, had a handwritten sticker clearly marked at $17. The other decks had barcodes with prices printed directly on the boxes. When I checked out, the total was much higher than expected, but I was distracted at the register and didn't question it at the moment. Once I got home, I checked my receipt and realized that the deck marked $17 had been rung up as $42. When I checked the box, the price sticker was no longer there. This felt very intentional, especially since I've shopped here many times and know that nearly every item is clearly priced, either with a barcode or a handwritten sticker. The only reason I purchased that particular deck was because it was marked $17. I felt taken advantage of and honestly insulted. I came to this store not only for the products, but also for the sense of sanctuary and positive energy it usually provides. It's really unfortunate, because I've always had positive experiences here and it was even recommended to me by my therapist as part of my spiritual journey. I've enjoyed every purchase I've made in the past. However, this experience was enough to make me decide not to return. I would just encourage others to be mindful of the energy when entering spaces like this and to pay close attention at checkout to ensure items are rung up correctly.

I PROMISE you Apple, LG, GNC or any other of a number of those big name brands will not check on their customers. She started off with an oatmeal milk bath bomb that she makes herself, then a calming soak, nail management, sugar foot scrub, essential oil massage, hot towel, then painting. She hit all of the right pressure points during the foot massage! She had hot tea and lemon water available as well. The way that she leads the class allows us as students to feel at home with one another, and to push our bodies as far as we are able to at the time. There is no competition, and we never have to worry about failure, because each of us is at our own level, and Susie caters to all of us effortlessly. Mind Body Stress Reductions is located in the second string of buildings in a business complex on Columbia road. They have massage tables, counseling rooms, and specialize in psychology, hypnotherapy, massage, holistic healing of the mind, and integrative medicine. Needless to say their offices are very relaxing, and the staff that I have met thus far are all gentle souls who are more than happy to help. I'm hoping that my review will convince you to give their services a try if you are in need of any kind of physical or mental relaxation. These wonderful folks are more than worthy of your patronage. She made me feel welcome and helped me get started, she would gently help me "get it right" throughout the practice, and that made all the difference. The Vinyasa Yoga that she teaches at our gym is really popular, the energy in the room is radiant and it attracts people. I have found that Vinyasa Yoga is hard work. Most of us are not used to working out on such a deep core level. But I am liking the results I see on my body & mind! Been going for 8 months now, so I feel that I really got to know her as an instructor. I like her style, she teaches you to get in touch with your feelings and re-connect with your inner being.
