I got a driving lesson for two hours here with Dan and I was not impressed with the service. I had…read morean appointment at 1pm but they called me the day before at 8pm to tell me that the lesson will be at 2pm instead. It's quite ridiculous to call the customer the night before. And the instructor showed up 10 minutes late... I think they need to work on communication and punctuality. The lesson itself was ok, I thought he would have more structure to the lesson but he just let me drive wherever I wanted and gave tips as we went instead of instructing me where to go like what an actual road test proctor would do. This kind of made me feel unsafe because I didn't know where I was going and I was driving without purpose. He was very knowledgeable in parallel parking so I got a lot of help but he didn't know much about reverse parking (he said he hasn't taught someone reverse parking in a while). So if you want to take a lesson here, come prepared with questions and exactly what you want to work on because the instructor doesn't provide anything unless you ask.

Horrible Communication!…read more I heard about this school from a friend. I decided to call and book for my son. When I initially called I spoke with a lady who told me that this course was a week long course and that I could pay extra to have the driving test administered there. That way at the end of the week my son would be able to get a drivers license if he passed. I thought..why not? I am thinking back to HS where you do both classroom and driving instruction each day. I tried to ask as many questions as I could, but the lady seemed put out that I was asking them and wasn't really forthcoming with anything other than answering what I asked. The week before my son was to attend, I was then told that no, the first week is instruction only and then you have to schedule to drive the following week. So I asked, this is a two week course instead of one? She told me it was 6 hours of driving, but it has to be scheduled, so more like an additional 2-3 days. On the day we drop my son off I am handed paperwork. I have to list all the days and times of availability for the next 6-8 weeks. What?! I was told a week, then a week and 6 hours.. now its 6-8 weeks before they can be scheduled to drive? The miscommunication is unbelievable. So unprofessional.

They wouldn't let her in for her clothes even though they were in dress code, but because her legs were still showing they were upset. They are very sexist when it comes to the dress code and only target the young girls. In class, my daughter would talk about the offensive jokes the instructor would make pertaining to either sexism or racism, and he made her uncomfortable. She also stated that the instructor often made students feel dumb, yelled at students, and even belittled teenagers who were not in the class and mocked them to the students calling them "idiots". They are extremely high and mighty, even though they have a 1.9/5 star review on yelp. It is surprising they haven't received the hint for the past 5+ years.
