I made my first appointment with So Fresh Maids last week. Elsa and Rosa showed up on time, were very sweet and quick with their work. They brought a nice welcoming letter and candle that smells so good. They were so sweet to my dog as he would get in the way of them cleaning sometimes. My home looks and smells great... even a week later. I have my next appointments booked... as I signed up for the monthly cleanings. I can't wait to see those sweet ladies smiles again and my home sparkle! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great and professional clean. Their prices are in line with the competition out there as well... you can believe me, I've done my homework! read more

It was a fabulous experience. Christina made the booking process quick and painless. On the day of my appointment, she came and looked over the place & stayed with me until the movers came to get rid of my damaged furniture (Hurricane Harvey SUCKS!!). Then Gaby showed up and worked like a cleaning MACHINE and got ALLLLLLL the dirt off my floors from having almost 2 feet of water in my apartment (Did I mention Hurricane Harvey SUCKS?!). I would recommend this service to anyone who has the need for an excellent cleaning!! read more

I tried to get a simple quote for a house cleaning. SoFresh made an initial offer, then when I sought to confirm, changed the terms and increased the price. Then I made a reservation online and they again called to tell me that my cleaning fell into a new category that was priced differently and would be substantially more. After asking that they honor their original price, they declined, and I decided to do business with one of the many other maid services in the area--one that won't mislead me about price. It may be that this whole, frustrating, time-consuming process was merely a product of misunderstanding. I actually think that is true. But this company needs to clearly and simply express and explain their terms and their pricing, and it's not that hard to do. Other companies have no problem with this. I am going to find a house cleaner who makes my life easier, not more difficult and endlessly frustrating. I urge others to do the same. read more

Terrible y'all! Just terrible! The story goes... They take your CC info to book the appointment and just "hold" the card on file. I was sent 2 maids that cleaned my house for 4 HOURS because I selected the Deep clean. We are showing our home to sell, otherwise I would never spend this kind of moolah! I had to ask the maids to go back and clean areas that were included in this "deep clean" price that they neglected. So when she yelled at me from the front door "I'm done!" I assumed they were. I called their office to complain and show them these photos just 5 min after they left. The maid actually called my phone and started arguing with me! What's another word for half ass? They did half ass job. They left my tile soaking wet, so I wiped with a paper towel, only to find dirty mop water with dust and hair in it. Nasty!! read more

I never used a cleaning company before because I was scared. Strangers in my house?? Nah but I had a crazy big party at my house so I decided to go with a cleaning company. I saw the video testimonials on So Fresh Maids Facebook page so I decided that I would go with them. I am soooo impressed with how clean my house was after my party that I decided to retain their services on a biweekly basis. I was so worried about strangers running into my house but it was a great experience. read more

Always cancelling last minute, arriving at odd times, and generally being unresponsive and unreliable.

What can I say about so fresh maids that isn't already in the name. These lovely ladies came into my home like a whirlwind of elbow grease and pine sol. Let me first state that I live in a 4 story 2600 sqft town home and they cleaned this puppy top to bottom. I was amazed at what they accomplished. They spent 4-5 hours at my home and in that time they mopped, put up dishes, folded laundry, organized my clutter, wiped down my baseboards, and cleaned every window. They found dirt I didn't even know existed! Not only are the workers great, but the management is quick and responsive. The management called me before the cleaning to verify, and they also contacted me after to make sure everything had been done to my liking. I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE TAKEN CARE OF. Every inch of this service was professional and I couldn't ask for more! read more

Excellent cleaning service and experience! The cleaning associate was punctual, attentive and thorough. I believe I keep my apartment pretty clean and in order, but after the cleaning associate Brittany finished I was extremely impressed with her work. She cleaned and organized things in the kitchen area, living room and bathroom, and left my apartment looking show room ready. She did such a great job and I am very pleased with the experience and overall results! I highly recommend So Fresh Maid services, they won't disappoint. read more

I have been using this service for a few months now. I am really happy with the service! Excellent value.

I wish I can give this place a zero, very unprofessional, I had an appointment that I had to leave for at noon. Two days prior the company assured me they can be there at 8am the day of. The day of its 9:50 and the cleaning services never came, I complained and cancelled the services because I had to be out the door by noon. Now the receptionist say they might have to fine me $75 cancellation fee. Very unprofessional, doesn't keep appointment times. Waste of time. read more

My first cleaning was scheduled on 6/13/18. The team I was assigned to was Layla and another girl who helped her. They didn't clean much of anything in the 5 hours that they were there. However, Diego assigned Diany to do a second cleaning today, 6/14/18. Diany did a much better job and she did everything in 4 hours by herself! I was very impressed and satisfied with her work. I am disappointed that it took two cleanings in order to have things the way I wanted, so this review only gets 4 stars. I do appreciate the help I received from Diego and Diany today. I also appreciated the courtesy call from Christina right when Diany was finished. read more

They did an amazing job cleaning our house before we moved in! It smelled amazing and everything was sparkling and fresh. They brought in a ladder and looks like they dusted things high up as well as cleaned down low. Super impressed and it was very easy to schedule and pay online. Thanks!! read more

Layla was amazing! Timely, professional and my place is sparkling. The prices are also very reasonable

Top notch move out cleaning! They worked within our tight schedule on our move out day and cleaned the entire house (3floors) too to bottom including carpet cleaning perfectly within our timeline. Would highly recommend them. I wish we had them do this type of cleaning while we lived in that house!! Cost for 2200sqft + 3 rooms of carpet was $417... kinda pricey but stellar job. read more

So Fresh Maids are the absolute best at what they do! Great customer service, excellent cleaners, and on time! I even got a same day appointment. This crew cleaned areas in our house that we didn't even notice needed it. I highly recommend So Fresh Maids. read more

I hired this company to clean a vacant town home 2391 square feet, with new paint and carpet, I asked them to clean the bathrooms and kitchen, vacuum the carpet and mop the tile floors and wipe out the kitchen cabinets. Cleaners spoke no English, so I had to call the office and they had to translate. I called the office three times because the tubs were dirty and the mirrors were not cleaned. The tile floors were not clean and they wiped out about 6 cabinets. They left without having me do a final check, which I had asked the office for a call and I had to clean after them. I had scheduled them to do another property and told them that there work was so below standards that I would clean it myself. I paid $251 for this lousy job. Use someone else!!! read more

I am extremely happy with the service I received from So Fresh Maids. I had no idea where to go in getting my house cleaned and while searching I looked at a few different places. Not only was this company the most reasonable in cost but the reviews I had read lead me to give them a try and I was not disappointed. The ladies arrived promptly, were very courteous and got right to work with minimum instruction. They completed the job professionally and I am very pleased with the service they provided. I will use them again. read more

My Niece was moving into her off campus housing and the apt. was disgusting, obviously the people that moved out didn't do a good job. I found So Fresh Maids on Yelp and Christina picked up my call right away. She was super friendly so we decided to go with her immediately. The next day, Christina met us on time at the apt., but the actual person doing the cleaning was a bit late. It was an empty space, 1 bedroom, 1 bath. She did an excellent job addressing all my concerns and the place was so clean when she was finished. I felt much better moving my niece into that apt. I thought the price was a little on the high side for a 1 time move-in clean (this wasn't a move-out). However, I would highly recommend Christina and her team. We will be calling So Fresh Maids again! read more

Why did I wait so long? Easy to schedule. Responsive to customers. Professional. Place looks great! Breath of fresh air!

Don't use these cleaners! (Not worth one star) We booked a deep clean as we are about to start showing our house and what we got was the worst cleaning job I have seen, as well as a great example of unprofessionalism. As the two ladies were cleaning we noticed a couple of areas they missed like the baseboards in the downstairs bathroom and asked them to make sure they cleaned them. After they left we walked around the house and noticed allot of dust and dirty areas they hadn't cleaned (list below). We called the company straight away and complained, they called us back and offered to send the cleaners back and finish the job, we refused as we had already cleaned all the areas they missed as we had realtors arriving that afternoon. We said we would pay for a basic clean as that is pretty much what we got, so we didn't want to be charged the full amount. But later that afternoon we were charged the full $270. Not impressed! What made it worse was the lady who cleaned the house called my wife after we complained to the office and shouted at her on the phone, completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Looking at their website it would seem they are fantastic at cleaning and at offering a professional service, from our experience this is completely untrue, for the price we have paid and service we received, I suggest finding a different company. Areas not cleaned/missed: -Kitchen surface -Kitchen backsplash (still has food spots on it) -Kitchen floor dust -Microwave exterior -1/2 bath floor and baseboards -Dust on banisters -Master bath counter top covered in dust -Hallway floor was mopped, left wet with dirty water all over it. read more

Everything the website promises, and then some! :) Our cleaner arrived on time and got right to business. She did an amazing job of cleaning the whole house and left it shiny and smelling great. I loved how my kid's stuffed animals were organized on her bed and how even little touches, like fluffing the pillows, left our house feeling brand new for days. What really impressed me is how I never saw our cleaner playing on her phone. We've noticed this with some other services, but with So Fresh Maids we feel like the priority during the entire clean. Highly recommend! read more

Very good service. Quick reply from request for quote. You can schedule and pay online. The two women who showed up to clean were very professional, friendly, showed up at the exact scheduled time, and did a very nice job cleaning. They conducted a walk thru inspection at the end to ensure everything was up to our satisfaction. read more

The house I needed cleaned is a fairly large space. It's a little under 5,000 sq. ft with several smaller rooms that get overlooked. Previous cleaning crews I've hired sent 2 people and it took 9 hours to get the job done. Even then, by the time they got to the last few rooms, they were exhausted and did the bare minimum. I was a bit nervous hiring another crew. But Elsa and her crew of 3 arrived early, and the four of them finished the job in 4 hours. Before they left, Elsa double checked every detail and even had a couple of crew members go over some spots again. She made sure to walk me around the house, showing me improvements that were made and making sure everything was up to my standards. They did such a fantastic job. I would absolutely recommend So Fresh Maids and if you can make it happen, ask for Elsa to clean your home. Super friendly, great communicator and she made sure everything was done right according to what I asked. She went above and beyond, and did not come to play around! Thank you Elsa and So Fresh Maids! read more

I used them Easter weekend and they did a great job! They let me know they were running late and still did a deep clean! I let the house get a little out of hand and they did the heavy lifting which made organizing later much easier. I like that you can tip your cleaning staff afterwards too! Will definitely be using again! read more

Christina gave me an estimate over the phone for a move out clean of our 3 story townhouse inside the Houston 610 Loop which was comparable to other cleaning services. We booked the service for later that week and the cleaning team was there within the one hour window as agreed. The house now looks perfect for the new photo shoot before putting it on the market. I don't think the oven has been that clean since we bought it brand new! We would definitely recommend So Fresh Maids to our friends. read more

This is probably one of the most professional cleaning services in Houston. They send reminders on when they're coming and really made the online portion of the booking process a breeze. I needed someone desperately for my parents 2300 sq ft house. After searching and contacting many people, I came across So Fresh Maids. I contacted them and received a prompt response with all the details I needed on Yelp. I loved the fact they had a checklist and their rates are not based per hour as some people work slow and some dont. We had Karla and Rosa on the day of the service. They arrived within the time period I selected at time of booking. Yes, they did not know English, however, we contacted the phone number and they translated everything and we were told if any issues to call them back. They were amazing at what they did and we were extremely satisfied with the service. We went with basic cleaning and if needed in future, will definitely go with other services. We are hoping the biweekly service is as good as the first one. Will update my review once we have that done as well. As of now, will highly recommend them! read more

The worst maid service I've ever received. The ladies (Elsa & someone else) assigned to my home did not clean my house based on what I ordered. I paid for deep cleaning, & none of my bathrooms were cleaned. The floors & tiles were not swept and mopped. It was as if they did spot sweeping to make it appear as though the floors were swept. There was dust left under my furniture, beds, and behind my furniture. I have wood floors throughout my home & they left white residue all over my floors. They used the excuse that they had to fold clothes which I never even paid for that service. They were in my home for 3hrs & it looked like nothing was done. Do not use this maid service, Tiffany's review is very similar to what happened to me. I am still trying to recoup the money wasted, I should not have to pay for ZERO service. Terrible service!!!! I had hopes to have regular monthly cleaning but now I will never use you guys again, and will definitely spread the word about your terrible service!! Fake reviews!!!!!! Don't waste your time or money, there are other maid services that will get the job done. read more

So Fresh Maids did an amazing job! My house was left spotless. I would highly recommend them to anybody in the Houston area!

My husband and I talked about using a cleaning service after moving into our new home and I did quite a bit of research to find a company that I felt comfortable with and who had great reviews. I liked the ease of booking and user-friendly website and Christina was able to answer all my questions. I opted for a customized cleaning since we did not need the entire house cleaned and our cleaner, Layla, did an amazing job (I'm very picky and a very clean person and I was impressed). She was very thorough and our house was sparkling clean. She won over my husband who was hesitant at first and we will recommend So Fresh Maids to all of our friends and continue to use them for future cleanings. read more

I called to schedule my first cleaning & Christina was sweet & helpful since this was my first time booking a bi-weekly cleaning. I've only ever had move-out cleanings before & she made me feel at ease with the entire process. Gaby showed up on time, got right to work, & did an amazing job! I'm very happy with my experience so far & feel comfortable leaving my dog at home since we don't have a daycare to take him to. Booking the next few cleanings online was a breeze, & the price for a one bedroom one bathroom apartment is great compared to other companies in the area! I've already recommended So Fresh Maids to other tenants in my building. read more

Horrible. I arranged a "deep clean" for my home and paid $286 after using a coupon code. I returned home after the cleaning to find that one of my bathrooms was not cleaned at all, none of the cabinets in the kitchen were cleaned, nor was the hood over my stove (all part of the "basic clean"), and the chair rail throughout my house was dusty. The top shelves of my entertainment center were dusty, there were cup marks on tables, and the top of the fridge was not cleaned. Also, the master shower was not "scrubbed", and the toilets were not cleaned. I called and spoke to Christina who assured me she sent her 2 best cleaners and they were there for 5 hours. Only they weren't. I have an alarm, so I know they were there from 9:45-12:45, 3 hours, not 5, for which I paid nearly $100/hour. She arranged a re-clean the next day. Gabby arrived early the next morning and I went over the issues 3 times with her. I left for work and when I returned, only one row of cabinets had been dusted and none of the cabinets on my island were cleaned, the chair rail was still dusty, and the toilets were still obviously not cleaned. I called Christina again and she dismissed my complaints and offered to refund me $40. So much for that 200% guarantee. I would absolutely never use this company again. I am shocked by the 5 star reviews and can only imagine they are fake. read more
