Bar food & environment with 70s music playing (at least every time we go it's 70s). Our go to, literally every time, is their loaded cheese fries. We usually split a medium as a meal. If our daughter if with us we'll do a large and possible boneless wing (which are like nuggets with very light breading--really good)-- and we are all beyond full. Happy hour is good and last until 7p (see pic). We only had the margarita one time but it was definitely lacking in flavor. It's good food, reasonable $$ and local. read more

I was craving a burger, and was hoping Snuffers was the right place. I was wrong. Apparently, the sliders are all served on a small plate.... a very, very small plate. Love coming here. The food hits every time. The fried mushrooms and fried pickles are just about the best out of any restaurant I've been to. I would have given this 4 stars until I saw the bill. I ordered the Fried Jalepeno Burger that shows $11.75 on the menu. I asked for a turkey patty substitution for beef and didn't realize that it cost an additional $2. That's on me for missing that. It was the extra $.75 for an extra ounce/Tblsp of BBQ sauce and$.75 for hubby's extra ounce of Chipotle sauce. And when my burger was 11.75 + 2 should equal 13.75 (for that turkey patty) they charged $14. Had they advertised $14 to begin with, I would've been OK. I just don't like $1 upcharge that I used to get for free as well as upcharge for turkey patty. When we walked in, we were passed by a slow moving waitress who didn't even look our direction to welcome us there. Things have changed here. :( read more

I always have to do takeout because my wife is handicapped. So I order two Classic cheeseburgers. I like the flavor of the meat in their burgers, but usually when I get home, open the box, they are a mess. Crammed in the box, toppings all over the box, etc. Today it took the cake. Got the "knife & fork hotdog" aka "Texas Giant Hotdog". This hotdog was huge and was pretty good. I also got a "small" order of onion rings which was a full/large order in any other restaurant. We happened by one Wednesday with the family and were pleasantly surprised. We had been to Snuffers in the long ago past so it was nostalgic to try it again. The burgers were really good and the grandchildren ate free and loved every bit of it. The service was really attentive and the food came out as ordered and fresh and hot. Absolutely Horrible! We asked for the house wine. They charged us $10 per glass instead of $7. When we brought it to the managers attention- he said "it is illegal for him to correct the price." We come here often. But lately we have experienced very few choices in beers. We were told corporate dictates what they can order and how much. In the last four visits, the beer selection was limited to draft and very small selection of bottled beer. Our question is why the limited selection of bottled beers? One waitress once told us that they were given what they couldn't sell in other locations. Kind of bad business to push what is not sold in other locations to another. Because of this, we are not going to be coming to Snuffers anymore and we will pass it on to our friends. Management needs to be a little more customer conscious. read more

The best server ever, Danielle, served my family and I a few times and never had an issue while I was there eating on Friday night. She was really kind and polite. She's a diligent worker and always on top of things! I overheard the boss belittling Danielle and being hostile to her, as well as another employee that night who was of a darker complexion and had black hair. Since I work in the restaurant business, I could not picture my manager and another waiter talking negatively about their staff while customers are around and able to hear them. I express my regret to Danielle for the way they treated her and inquire as to whether things had always been this way. The manager who is on duty is the only reason I'm only giving one star. I've been coming to one Snuffers or another for about 30 years. The cheese fries have always been the bomb, but I'm old, so I order the burger salad now. If you haven't tried it. DO it. Their famous burger on a salad! We've been frequenting the Colleyville location for a while and Ashanti almost always serves us in the bar area. She is attentive, informative about the menu and drinks and stellar at serving her customers. The food is pretty good, well mine was. The only issue is the service is slow. We ordered the cheese fries and nachos for appetizers. For dinner I got the Nashville chicken sandwich, my wife got the bacon blue cheese that came out all soggy and a mess, while my kids got patty melt and the kids meal burger and it came with a kids drink. I use to frequent the highland village location and was so sad when they closed it down, so Wednesday me and my family couldn't stand it no more we needed those cheddar fries lol. We looked at the reviews from this location and was skeptical but went anyways man are we glad we did food was hot and delicious service was exceptional bathrooms clean and fresh and the best part is we walk in to find out the awesome manager from Highland Village is now running this one. I can't tell you enough how happy that made me. If something is wrong she will definitely make it right and her giddy personality makes the atmosphere perfect! Came out to try their new Mac & Cheese sandwich which was pretty good. They are getting a three star for their service. After we found a place to sit looking for a clean table which there was only one that was clean that was open to sit at. Took awhile to come by to get a menu or even take our order. Our appetizer came out fine but when our sandwiches was wrong. The server took the wrong sandwich back without saying anything. I pretty much finished my sandwich before the correct one came out. We ordered take out. I just wanted a little burger so I ordered the two sliders. They were overcooked and I asked for no cheese on one and that is what it was- a burger in a bun with nothing else! My, how restaurants change. Snuffers Colleyville used to be our favorite restaurant, but not anymore. We went there yesterday December 29, 2023 for lunch and the food and facility were terrible. We were greeted at the door with a strong smell of sewer and then as we proceeded into the restaurant we noticed that the bench seat cushions were all ripped and torn from wear. The finish was coming off the wooden table tops and there was trash sticking out from under the seat cushions. We decided to go ahead and order since we had hungry grandkids with us, but we should have known better. Only ordered cheese fries and they were not good. The fries were not crispy and they tasted old. Even the kids said the cheese fries did not taste good. The service however, was good. read more

Told us we can grab a seat anywhere, very friendly guy. My wife wasn't sure about what she wanted to drink, and Steevie made some great recommendations for her. It's been a long time since I've been to this area where I grew up and it's nice to see a Snuffer's pop up randomly in this shopping plaza's parking lot and utilize this space. Came in on a cold and cloudy Saturday around 2, there was no hostess stand and the bartender told us to to grab a seat anywhere. The place wasn't too terribly busy but had had a steady crowd and every now and then gentlemen at the bar get a little loud and obnoxious but nothing too bad. We were promptly greeted by a waitress and ordered ourselves large cheese fries and a beer. She came back again and we ordered a burger and I got myself a crispy buffalo chicken sandwich. Fries came in about 10 minutes and were cheesily delicious! Good portion of cheese, bacon and jalapenos and taste fantastic dipped in our Texas gravy, ranch! NOM! My crispy buffalo chicken sandwich was a pretty good size. The buffalo sauce was hot and tangy buffalo. Felt the batter could have been a been more crispier but it was still good none the less.
