While I have always been a fan of Waffle House in general and I do acknowledge that no two places are alike, I am happy to see this location. I remember when the Pizza Hut was open and when they closed oh, it seems like it was a long time ago, so I'm happy to see a business in its spot. Like many different fast foods Waffle House gets a bad rep as well I should know because I myself don't particularly like any of the change that are around Waffle House right now besides Sonic on this street. Personally I think Waffle House is a very healthy alternative then the other fast food places around it and a better choice for the high schoolers so it is a prime location. I have been to some Waffle House locations that were not very great but this was not one of them from what I have seen so far. They've only been here a month and when I walked in they looked very clean and the atmosphere was warm and friendly in the dining area was much larger than your average Waffle House and only half of the building so the other half of the building is there storage area from what I was told. First and foremost all of the people that were there were friendly and sociable so I felt very welcome and very willing to sit down and eat even though I was waiting on my car to finish getting serviced at Nissan so I didn't think I would have a lot of time. I ordered my staple biscuits and gravy and had a fried egg with grits. People cooking the meal we're enjoying their time and having fun while doing it and they showed a lot of care for the quality of them food so I was happy to see that. Everybody there seem to be working together as a functioning team which is really important because you need to be able to work with your coworkers and produce quality food which is what this was. The food I had was warm delicious and hearty, exactly what I look for in a breakfast from a breakfast restaurant. They are very easy to see and easily accessible soI will definitely be coming here again in the future and I highly recommend them. With them being so new they didn't have a whole lot of people in there at the time I went but I'm sure they'll be very successful where they are because from what I saw this was one of the better Waffle House locations that I've been to read more

There was four of us and our server spoke under her breath (Nakyra) when we walked in, but when we asked her to repeat herself there was an unfriendly tone in her voice. We were ready to order almost immediately, and when she approached us we gave her our order; her and the staff proceeded to make the orders of others that came in after us. The sausage and sandwich was very salty as if it was deliberate. I typically don't make these kind of remarks, but please lock in for future reference. Love walking in with TouchTunes playing in the restaurant. Anthem and David have great customer service. We always come in on the weekends to get a hash brown bowl. They are always busy on a Sunday morning, which is normal, but they are very quick to get orders out. This is one of our regular spots every week. We took our family here for our annual Christmas breakfast. Normally we go of IHOP but they were short staffed and only had 2 menu items available. We were greeted upon entry. The location is very clean. All of the staff is professional and friendly. They had plenty of staff working and their full menu was available. Our food and drink orders came out in a timely manner, was correct and was the perfect temperature. Our waitress was Arrisha and she was wonderful. This is probably the best experience we've had for our annual Christmas breakfast. And we will certainly be switching and coming back here again next year. read more

Upon arriving we tried to sit at the counter and was told that we'd have to wait for counter to be cleaned off before sitting. However, instead of the waitress cleaning off the counter she just stood there for about 5 minutes doing nothing, while we're still standing there waiting for counter to be cleaned. The people here are so sweet. My friend and I have literally come back for the staff alone. We played music on the touch tunes jukebox and we all were dancing and singing. The vibes were great and we even ended up talking with the table next to us. This is the third time that the service has been horrible here. I was never brought a menu, nor was my coffee ever refilled. I also didn't get one of the menu items that I ordered. Thankfully, it wasn't on my ticket at the register. There were only three patrons in the restaurant, so it's not like they were busy. When I first got there, they said it would be about 10 minutes because the grill wasn't ready. The waiter never brought me a menu, or offered to take my drink order until the grill was ready. So a number of us just sit there in her seats waiting. I know waffle house isn't top of the food chain when it comes to restaurants, but service is service no matter where you go. And the service here has been incredibly bad. Again, the last three times I've been here, and all three times were different, waiters or waitresses. Zero out of five stars for me. read more

After customers finished dinning, no one bothered to sweep the food and trash under and around the table areas. We saw several customers taking their feet to kick away the food and trash under their table . The awareness for cleanliness is absent. We will not be returning. We had not been to a Waffle House in 8 years and will probably not be going back. This behavior exemplifies the lack of training from management. Your restaurant must do better. Saturday morn came in for late breakfast, early lunch it was a little crowded but it was all good. The place was spotless and staff super friendly with everything you expect from a waffle house. The smell of waffles cooking, noise of the waitresses yelling out the orders, and of course hash browns any way you want them, smothered, covered, chunked, and peppered. If I have to explain then you need to get yourself in and enjoy. My daughter had the chocolate chip waffle it was perfect for her tons of chocolate chips. My wife had same but with cheesy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon and we split a large order of the hash browns above. I got the sausage bowl added ham, I opted for fried eggs instead of scrambled wanted to get that ooey, gooey egg yoke, its like the glue that binds it all together. Tried this location numerous times for breakfast. Clean and new with new staff. Problem is employees and one certain "regular" keep the jukebox going with R&B music, too loud to have a conversation. Why is there a jukebox in a 1,000 sq ft restaurant anyway? When asked to turn the volume down, the don't seem to know how. We're going back to Cheek/Sparger location, as no one plays the jukebox there. One other thing... if you like a crispy waffle, forget it. They can't seem to do that. read more
