Working with Martin Made Construction was honestly one of the best decisions I made for my home…read more Shane was referred to us from a friend that did a large home remodel with him. I had been thinking about adding an ADU for a while but kept putting it off because the whole process felt overwhelming. Shane made it feel totally manageable right from the start. He listened to what I needed, gave great suggestions, and really helped me figure out how to make the most of the space. You can tell he knows what he's doing--especially with ADUs--and he genuinely wants the finished product to be something you're proud of. His crew was great too--on time, respectful, and super efficient. Now that it's done, I'm honestly blown away. The ADU turned out better than I imagined. It's beautiful, functional, and adds so much value to my property. I still can't believe how smoothly everything went. Shane kept me in the loop the whole time, no surprises, no stress. If you're considering building an ADU or doing any kind of home project, I can't recommend Shane and Martin Made enough.

Noma remodeled our kitchen back in December 2024 and we are STILL obsessed with how it turned out…read more Their whole vibe was collaborative and easygoing. The initial design was good, but together we landed on something even better because they actually listened and engaged. Never once felt like we were being told what to do. Timeline and contractor coordination? On point. There was a moment where a trade was running behind and we raised it -- they took the feedback well and kept things moving. There was also a moment where we pushed back on the slab count and rather than brushing us off, they looped in the right people to work it through with us. That's just good business. What really stands out though is the design thoughtfulness. They respected our very specific taste while also gently steering us toward choices we'd love long-term. And they brought ideas we never would've come up with -- like building in an air switch cutout -- little details that make everyday life in the kitchen so much nicer. Came in pretty much on time. We love our kitchen every single day. Highly, highly recommend Noma to anyone looking for a team that genuinely cares about the outcome.

My designer, Mary Jennings, listened closely to my vision and translated it into a beautiful, functional layout that exceeded my expectations. Once construction began, Project Manager Marcel Moore kept everything running like clockwork, ensuring the timeline stayed on track and keeping me updated every step of the way. The craftsmanship is top-tier. Construction Tech Isaias Sanchez laid a flawless foundation for the work, and Finish Carpenter Ben Hawes executed the detailed woodwork with absolute precision--his attention to detail is truly impressive. Additionally, Javier Madrigal, the electrician, was efficient, neat, and made sure all the lighting and electrical elements were perfectly placed and up to code. If you want a team that delivers high-quality work, communicates well, and respects your home, I highly recommend Mary, Marcel, Isaias, Ben, and Javier at Remodel Works Kitchen and Bath. We are extremely pleased with how our home renovation turned out and would highly recommend Remodel…read moreWorks! We recently worked with Remodel Works to remodel our master bathroom and first floor, including our kitchen, patio doors, and entertainment center cabinets. We had the pleasure of working with Kate as our designer and Daniel as our project manager, and both were exceptional throughout the entire process. Professionalism: From start to finish, Remodel Works handled our project with professionalism, organization, and clear communication. Kate walked us through every step of the design process, provided excellent suggestions, and showed tremendous patience as we worked through the many decisions involved in selecting materials. Her expertise and guidance made the design process both enjoyable and manageable. Daniel was equally outstanding. He clearly communicated the timing and details of the renovation, was frequently on site to oversee important decisions and address issues, and was always easy to reach when questions arose. Most importantly, he continued to follow up with us even after the project was completed to make sure that a few minor revisions were taken care of. That level of follow-through really stood out to us. Everyone who worked on our project was professional, courteous, and pleasant to interact with. We would often stop by to check on the progress, and we were always greeted warmly and given a quick update on what was being worked on that day. Organization: Remodel Works was extremely organized throughout the entire project. The process began with detailed renderings that allowed us to visualize what our spaces would look like. As we selected materials, we received highly realistic renderings that gave us confidence in our choices and helped us see how everything would come together. Before construction began, we received a comprehensive project package that included CAD drawings and detailed catalogs of all the materials we had selected. Daniel also spent several hours walking through the entire renovation with us before work began to make sure everyone was aligned on the plan and details. The detailed project timeline provided by Remodel Works was another huge benefit. Knowing the schedule for each stage of the renovation was incredibly helpful, particularly when planning how long we would need to stay in a rental home. Overall: Remodel Works clearly takes great pride in the quality of their work and in the experience they provide their customers. While any major home renovation inevitably comes with some disruption, Remodel Works did an excellent job of taking much of the stress out of the process through their communication, organization, and attention to detail. We absolutely love how our home turned out and are very grateful to Kate, Daniel, and the entire Remodel Works team for making the experience such a positive one. We would highly recommend Remodel Works to anyone considering a home renovation!

Review Update (2026)…read more I am updating my original 5-star review from a few years ago. At the time, we were very happy with our kitchen remodel and the overall experience working with Creative Design & Build. The project turned out beautifully, which is why I originally left such a positive review. Over the years, however, I noticed that one section of the flooring felt slightly soft when walking on it. At first, it did not seem serious, so we continued to live with it. Recently, the problem became worse and a section of the floor began to noticeably sink when stepped on and eventually a few edges of the flooring broke. At that point, I became concerned that it could become a safety issue. Because we still had plenty of spare flooring boards left over from the project, I attempted to replace the affected board myself. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the new board to fit correctly due to the locking system, and I could not restore the original board either. I then contacted Creative Design & Build for assistance. One reason I reached out was because our original project manager, Oded, had told us that if we ever had any issues, we should contact the company. I left a voicemail and later received a return call from a staff member. After I explained the situation, she said she would check with management and get back to me. A few days later, I received a text message stating that the warranty had expired and that no repairs would be covered. This was disappointing because I had never been informed that there was a four-year warranty period, nor was I able to find any reference to such a limitation in our contract. When I asked for details regarding the warranty and whether they could recommend someone to repair the issue, I did not receive any further response. There were two other issues relating to electrical and plumbing, however we decided to live with that until we had a major problem we needed fixing. I still appreciate the work that was done on our remodel years ago, and our kitchen remains a space we enjoy. However, I have been disappointed by the lack of follow-up and support when a problem arose. My advice to future customers is to make sure all warranty terms, coverage details, and expiration dates are clearly documented and understood before signing a contract.

He came out promptly, replaced it, and didn't charge us anything. It's rare to find someone who truly stands behind their work like that. Reliable, professional, communicative, and trustworthy. I would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a contractor.

Like any major…read moreproject, we started by reaching out to a couple of vendors to get quotes, that's where we met Alon, the project manager for Lumina Builders. What immediately stood out to us was that he had ideas and solutions to address our pain points and make enhancements, we wouldn't have ever considered, and didn't just wait for us to tell him how we wanted things. He created a vision for us in that first quote visit. The other contractor we spoke to didn't provide any ideas just asked us how we wanted it. It was a very easy decision to go with Alon and Lumina Builders. Our project was estimated to take 2-3 months and ultimately took two and a half months to complete. We designed a brand new kitchen, addressing all of our concerns and adding a few recommendations from Alon to streamline some areas. They ripped everything out aside from the flooring and walls. We got brand new custom cabinets, custom lighting, and new countertops. Our fridge was moved to a new, more accessible area. Our sink was shifted down to align with the stove for continuity sake (never realized how much I hated it being in a corner previously). We had a new little cabinet built in our little breakfast nook area and we had an appliance garage built to house everything that took up counter space. Everything is so much brighter and more open and, even though we know the demensions are roughly the same, it feels so much wider. We are ecstatic with how everything came out. Alon is a genius. He was responsive to us throughout the project, checking in weekly to see how things were going, giving us peace of mind throughout this process, as first time remodelers. We were indecisive about the primary cabinet color (I was very worried we'd be stuck with something we didn't really like) but he worked with the cabinet makes to give us several samples to choose from. He was very patient with us. We LOVE how everything turned out! We'll definitely be using Lumina Builders for all of our future projects.
